We may not see any prosecution until at least 2010, but certainly they can be kept off their game by spotlighting their misdeeds and keeping the heat on.

We seriously need to get of these scumbags. They will ruin this country until it's un-recognizeable. If the elections in 2010 will be hijacked because of marshall law, then I smell politically correct blood as in a "Honduran Revolution". Sick and tired of this and them.

It's scary to see such blatant, obvious and substantiated corruption of our election process. Unfortunately we have an AG that didn't think voter intimidation was a problem either.
At what point can an AG be brought up on charges of dereliction of duty?
America is not some third world country where you can just stuff the ballot boxes as you please. It's an insult to every American that our leading law enforcement officer doesn't take disenfranchised citizens seriously.
Holders boss, who wraps himself in the purple of SEIU, doesn't come out and say that his foot soldiers may have acted "stupidly" when they violently attacked Ken Gladney. The MSM have been trying to sweep this assault under the rug and some how state and local officials are complicit in the process.
This isn't just a black eye for SEIU and ACORN it's CRIMINAL. All these things are illegal and yet Federal Law Enforcement looks the other way sorry strike that Holder is essentially saying that it is OK just like voter intimidation. That's not law enforcement that's enabling.

Media sources that are tied to corporate entities operate on a for-profit basis. As a result, Journalism responsiblities may be compromised due to the fact that making a profit is a necessity for these corporations to survive.

Actually, here in Indiana, as you heard, State Prosecutor Rokita is investigating & will press charges, our problem is that it came out of Lake County, the only place ACORN & SEIU have any power. Lake County (Gary, Hammond, East Chicago, Merrilville, New Chicago….) has so much corruption in there that it has been difficult to tell whom is fixing for who.
For the next year or so I will expect to see very little done to prosecute any and all liberal entities and individuals. At least we can keep the heat on and keep it all in the public's eye so people will realize that their vote does count. And we need a lot of HONEST VOTES to offset the millions of DISHONEST VOTES!

Obama has deep ties to ACORN, he was their legal council, he has helped train workers for ACORN, he has friends that are still employeed by them. If ACORN goes down so probobly will Obamam as well as other members of his cabinet. It may be in the NAtion's best interest to see ACORN, (pardon the pun) have their nuts streched, but it damn sure isn't in Obama's best interest. That's why Obama has hired new council at the White House.
That exactly right U2Dave! In fact, Holder wanted the Justice Department to prosecute anyone in 2008 who even mentioned voter fraud, because as he said, the mention of voter fraud intimidates voters. Why aren't the Repubs screaming for an investigation of Eric Holder, for dereliction of duty just for starters? It's becoming quite obvious that he has no interest in investigating any organization with ties to the Dems, and Acorn and SEIU have been tied to the Dems for years.

Actually it's all bad news. Rokita has been making these outlandish accusations for quite a while now but doesn't have a single shred of evidence to back them up. Pesky thing that Constitution where you can't prosecute and convict someone on accusations alone. Where is Kim Jung Ill when you need him.
ACORN on the other hand has filed a serious lawsuit in several states including Indiana where they are expected to win as they just did in Ohio earlier this week. This forum was nice theater for the handful of people who actually care but amounts to nothing as far as testimony since anything requiring serious testimony would require actual evidence to support accusations in which case nobody on the forum's panel would have been legally qualified to testify without facing perjury charges themselves. Theater. Funny theater but still theater.

A few folks up the page here said it right. Conservatives need to work real hard to rally ourselves, inform folks about this BS, and get out the vote. We need to make some BIG changes in both houses. Then we can rid ourselves of the likes of Acorn at least for awhile. Acorn will be out in force in 2010. We need to at least match their efforts in 2010.
Acorn will continue to rape the tax payers of America until we replace congress. (What does Holder actually do anyways?)
