I saw that the GOP alternative was scored much better by non-partisan CBO, but of course Nazi-Pelosi wont have anything to do with it because it cuts jobs.
No death panels? I mean where are her friends that she owes favors to going be able to milk the government for money if there are no death panels to staff?
Quite frankly, Congressman Joe Wilson is an American Patriot.
He was the first man to stand up, and tell the truth in CON-gress in a long, long time. Rather than CON-gress censuring Joe Wilson, they should have nominated him for the Presidential Medal of Freedom. When Wilson shouted "YOU LIE", it was not the fact that he shouted it, that caused such a gasp. it was the FACT that he told the truth. Sometimes, the truth hurts, especially those who deal with lies on a daily basis.

I did see the article on Fox including this blurb:
"Thousands of protesters arrived by bus for the rally, which the GOP is calling an emergency "House Call." The event drew the conservative "tea party" activists but unlike past rallies was officially sanctioned by House Republicans. "
I was being a bit sarcastic, but it didn't come off right, in essence I was saying that the GOP's plan killed jobs, namely the death panel positions that would need ot be filled under Nazi-Pelosis plan
Although a Joke she will probably use somethign similar to try and demonize it.
The problem with modern society is that we get all worked up over how someone says something vs. what they are saying and whether or not it's true.
President O is a liar, that never seemed to come up in all the debates over the issue, only how Joe said it, where he said it, when he said it etc. this is truly the sign of a society gone wrong, form over substance to the extreme.
When I call my Congressman it's mostly a heated debate about the meaning of "is" if you get my drift, I live in a land populated by Leftist Zombies.

Here is a link to a blog that explains the passage in the stimulus bill that empowers the government to make life and death decisions and it has already been passed and is in place if they can pass this bill.

H.R. 1 (more commonly known as the Recovery and Reinvestment Act, even more commonly known as the Stimulus Bill and aptly dubbed the Porkulus Bill) contains a whopping $1.1 billion to fund the Federal Coordinating Council for Comparative Effectiveness Research. The Council is the brain child of former Health and Human Services Secretary Nominee Tom Daschle. Before the Porkulus Bill passed, Betsy McCaughey, former Lieutenant governor of New York, wrote in detail about the Council's purpose.
Daschle's stated purpose (and therefore President Obama's purpose) for creating the Council is to empower an unelected bureaucracy to make the hard decisions about health care rationing that elected politicians are politically unable to make. The end result is to slow costly medical advancement and consumption. Daschle argues that Americans ought to be more like Europeans who passively accept ‘hopeless diagnoses.’

Today is the 6th anniversary of the day I had surgery for a rare cancer that has limited treatment solutions. Because I had good insurance and because researchers are allowed today in this country to work to find cures and treatments I was able to see my youngest child grow up. Under these plans I would probably be dead or fighting for my life.
I also have a disabled child and am concerned that my child would not get the care it needs because it seems to me we are the "surplus population" to Obama, Pelosi, Reid and all who are trying to pass this bill. They would rather we got out of the way and died.
Which is rich because the cancer I have may have been caused by second hand smoke and I have never smoked, nor has my spouse. Yet, Obama the chain smoker will get the best of care, because they will write the bill to exclude the politicians from this so called health care bill. There is nothing healthy or caring in this bill as far as I'm concerned.
Politicians do as my mom used to say and "use the brains God gave you". Just say NO to this bill!
As long as guys like Wilson make mandatory that our elected "representatives" subscribe to the government option expect none.
Mr Wilson had an excellent point. Just look how successful this administration has been with the H1N1 vaccine they supposedly were so proactively seeking? Why on earth would we want them "overseeing" our health care?
If Joe Wilson keeps speaking to, with and for the American People I would be open to his possibly running for President.

One wonders why the AARP would wade into the healthcare debate in favor of the collectivization. Could it be the $650 million in royalties the AARP receives annually from the healthcare industry and anticipation of more? Seems a bit of a conflict of interest. joe wilson is unpatriotic and unchristian. he is a disgrace to the senate and i look forward to the day he is no longer an elected official representing the great state of south carolina.
I'm in the process of gathering hundred's (if not thousands) of families that have disabled children. 95% of these families will either 1. have to give up there children to the state for them to live, 2. Quit jobs and live on Welfare or 3. Watch there children die in hospitals (that won't get paid) because there was not Medicaid to pay for their breathing machines.
My goal is to march to the White House with our disabled children. My blog and facebook will be up asap on this.
ObamaHitler will be killing disabled children for his own agenda.
