Will Obama’s Inexperienced, ‘Controversial’ Deputy OMB Director Heather Higginbottom Take Jack Lew’s Place?
by Wynton HallWith less than a month to go before President Obama is required by law to submit a budget to Congress (February 6th), Mr. Obama’s decision today to make Jack Lew White House chief of staff leaves deputy director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Heather Higginbottom to take Mr. Lew’s place as the director of OMB.
As The Hill newspaper reports, Ms. Higginbottom has only served one month in her present role as deputy director of OMB and is considered a “controversial appointee” due to her thin–some would say “nonexistent”–budgetary resume. Prior to becoming deputy director of OMB, Ms. Higginbottom was a deputy policy adviser to President Obama and worked on his campaign as a policy director.
But it was Ms. Higginbottom’s lackluster performance during a March Senate Budget Committee hearing that raised Republican concerns about whether Ms. Higginbottom was even qualified to serve as deputy director of OMB.
Whether President Obama will deny his current deputy director of OMB Heather Higginbottom the role of acting director remains to be seen. But if Mr. Obama does, expect Republicans to use her appointment as further evidence of President Obama’s budgetary incompetence and rudderless fiscal leadership.

The good news is she makes him look experienced.
Having seen some of the statements out of Nancy Pelosi, Debbie Blabbermouth Schultz, Obama and a myriad of others I have to wonder what it would be like to be able to make the most outrageously false statements and know I would never be held to the truth.
Sen. Sessions obviously didn't get the memo – Democrats lies are never to be questioned. Expect a media barrage of falsehoods to support the lies spouted by this completely devoid of honesty administration and the Democrats as a whole.
To paraphrase El Rushbo; Liberals cannot be honest about their plans because they would only ever get the votes of those who want the U.S. to be a soviet style of society.
It takes a fool to know one, Obama picked her.
And the country elected him. We can only "hope" that enough of the fools who voted for Obama don't make the same mistake again.
I'm sure she has her own set of kneepads – isn't that all it takes?
Finally, Obama is going to take a first step in balancing the budget. What the hell has he been doing? Spending trillions and trillons of dollars and we have gotten nothing from it but pay offs to his political cronies.
The next POTUS will find all departments of government stacked with these unqualified LEFT leaning bureaucrats who have been installed with sabotaging any future attempts to shrink government in mind. One of GWB's major problems as POTUS was the actions they took to foil his agenda. Democrats always hire like mad during their terms, and Republicans are foolish enough to believe the entrenched bureaucracy will behave professionally in their jobs. This is exactly the method that has been used to turn the EPA over to rabid Lefty environmentalist. Any government department where they can push the agenda to the LEFT, has been infiltrated. Firing them has become almost impossible, and the media makes a huge stink whenever any POTUS shows the inclination to clean house. Perhaps WE THE PEOPLE will have to take on that job?

That naughty librarian look is about the only thing ole Heather has going for her. I'd let her nomination go through. If The One submits a budget crafted by this good looking twit, that'll be quite useful as the campaign heats up.
Presidents and Congresses may change, but the bureaucracy soldiers on.
This woman is a microcosm of this administration. She was asked several direct questions and not once did she give a straight answer. She tried (unsuccessfully) to bury the question in an avalanche of twisted language and misdirection. She knows the answers to those questions and she also knows that if she were to be honest this house of cards we call a government would be exposed for the incompetent fools they are.
Most transparent administration……I guess that's true because it's painfully obvious this administration is full of crap.

Think back on the campaign between barry and hillary when they were fighting over who should be the dem nominee. They were both inexperienced new senators and the ONLY difference between their policies was which one of them they thought should be the one elected to run the country over the cliff! Barry won and has done just EXACTLY that! If Hillary had won we would be in the same exact condition that we are now since they had the same exact policies, except the howl would be from the obamatons demanding that he replace Hillary! Hillary is nothing more than barry in white face and a pants suit!

The SuperCommittee should have been a gaggle of frugal grandmas. They'd have our finances detangled in a week. Any challengers would become paralyzed by "The Look" (as in, "Sass me at your peril, child!") from said frugal grandmas.
