Here’s another example that shows just how ‘accepting’ liberals are of people from all walks of life.
High School teacher Al Levie refused to accept an MLK award from Rep. Paul Ryan because, well, Paul Ryan is a conservative no matter how Levie tries to frame it. Levie stated that “Paul Ryan has no business being at an MLK event.” That’s a pretty bigoted action.

Next time you hear sanctimonious wails from the left about how Gov. Scott Walker (R-WI) and Republicans want to take collective bargaining rights away from workers, remember that basic evaluations and disciplinary actions for awful teachers is something these union believe need to be negotiated and are not, in fact, the built in right of the employer (that’s you, the taxpayer).
Here’s “Exhibit A”:
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo stressed the importance of officials agreeing on a new statewide teacher evaluation system at yesterday’s State of the State address. Michael Mulgrew, President of the United Federation of Teachers, tells WOR’s John Gambling, Cuomo showed real leadership, but until Mayor Bloomberg negotiates the law the union will not act outside of those parameters. Is this the distempered, hatemongering that our “teachers” are teaching our children?
The video below is the last seven minutes of a townhall meeting that was held on March 7 in Wisconsin. It was hosted by Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner (R, WI) and State Senator Leah Vukmir (R-Wauwatosa). The video shows that the pols quietly listened to the whiner teacher issue her lies about what the situation is in the state but when State Sen. Vukmir went to the podium to try and respond, the crowd filled with distempered union thugs erupted and would not let her finish her points.
Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but when scenes like this were reported to the nation back in 2009 when Tea Party members were interrupting townhalls because they were so upset at Democrat lawmakers, why, the Democrats and their handmaidens in the Old Media establishment were filled with dire warnings that the uproars were evidence of the end of our polite political discourse was nigh.
So, where are the scolds in the Old Media and the Democrat Party to tsk tsk these union thugs for being so uncivilized that they forced this townhall to be shut down?
The teacher is Jack Senzig, music teacher at Gifford Elementary School. Senzig runs a blog for the Gifford choir as well as parents of choir members.
The quote and image below are from elementary school music teacher Jack Senzig’s political blog “WI The People.” Not content to spew his hate anonymously, Senzig acknowledges his identity and links the political blog from another blog - his home blog based upon his role as a music teacher and available to his young students.
Senzig’ home blog, “Jack Senzig’s Weblog,” with the raw url of http://joinchoir.wordpress.com/ is based upon his work as choir director at the Gifford Elementary School in Racine, Wisconsin.
On February 20th Senzig used the blog to announce the cancellation of certain music activities and directed readers to his hate-filled political blog. No doubt the same union that continues to fight for the ability to compel membership and extort dues from every current, or future teacher in Wisconsin will now fight for the right of a Jack Senzig to expose Wisconsin elementary school students to violent, blood filled cartoons and accusations of rape against sitting Governor Scott Walker.

Most readers are already aware of a growing scandal involving the pro-forced unionism Association of Community Organizers for Reform Now (ACORN) in New York, Baltimore, Washington, and now, California. For those who missed it, ACORN representatives were caught on camera giving advice to undercover journalists on how to open an illegal brothel, launder its profits, and commit a host of other illegal activities.
According to The Washington Examiner, teacher union officials have contributed over 1.3 million dollars (in mostly forced union dues) to ACORN since 2005.
We decided to do a little digging into union financial disclosure forms on the Department of Labor’s website. After examining union financial records, it turns out that officials of several high-profile unions diverted large sums of mostly forced union dues dollars to the same ACORN offices in Washington and New York that are implicated in the hidden camera scandal.
