The self-delusional world in which liberals wallow truly is amazing. It takes an Olympic gymnast’s level of agility to warp your logic enough to think like one of them and a recent report on the left-wing blather site Newsvine is yet one more example of the backbreaking contortions that liberals must indulge to make themselves feel better.

In this post on the presumed falling numbers of the tea party protests and an amusing subsequent praise of the coffee party effort, this left-winger calling himself “MoeZilla” desperately tried to massage the truth in order to make his losing left appear as if they are holding their own in the American political debate. The truth is, of course, that our pal Moe warped reality in multiple ways in order to make it seem as if his side is winning — or at least is treading water — while the tea party is losing.

He began his “report” saying that organizers for a tea party protest in Stockton, California were “hoping for 1,000 people to join the protest,” but only about 250 showed up (according to ABC News 10). MoeZilla segues on to reveal that the tea party event in Sacramento “was only around 2,000.” Moe estimates that the April 15 protest was an 80% drop from last year’s tea party protest.

Then MoeZilla goes on to imagine that the Sacramento tea party folks are trying to stop the free speech of those that oppose them.

But the low turnout is even more ominous when you consider the chilling effect it had on other organizations. According to the city officials, Tea Party organizers reserved all four sides of the capitol building, so no counter-protesters could be issued a permit for the same day. (In a Facebook comment, one Tea Party member had warned that “You may be escorted off the premises,” adding “the police have been put on notice.”) Tea Party organizers even reserved the capitol grounds for the entire day, though their protest wasn’t scheduled to start until noon.

“Ominous.” Now that is funny.

I first met David Saucedo last October in Waco, Texas.  I was impressed.  He was a young Christian construction worker who spent his free time counseling inner city youth.  After tough days of framing and pouring concrete, he went door to door pounding into these kids that if they got an education and worked hard enough, anything was possible.

This is America.

David Saucedo is also a heck of a rapper. His rapper moniker is Politik. The kids dig his music.

I was happy for him when the Tea Party Express decided to feature him on their Tea Party Express: Just Vote Them Out Tour.

Oh by the way, David Saucedo is of Hispanic background. His skin is brown. According to the progressive elitist and mainstream media mantra, Dave doesn’t exist.

He doesn’t exist because they profess that the Tea Party Movement is only made up of white guys and angry racist extremists.

Is there anger in the Tea Party movement? You betcha! People are pissed because every time they call for limited government, lower taxes, fiscal responsibility and integrity in leadership: they are called racists.

Yesterday on Big Government, Levi Russel, the communications director of the Tea Party Express posted an update about the status of the police investigation into who threw eggs at the Tea Party Express bus in Searchlight, Nevada.

With egg yolk dripping down his windshield and obscuring visibility, Tea Party Express bus driver Jerry Ragle pulled to the side of the road and told an officer what had happened, giving a brief description of the thrower.

We could be mistaken, but perhaps that description is what led the officer on the scene to look for a man in a mask, (1:19 in the video below):

Poring over our images and footage, we can find only one Harry Reid supporter wearing a mask that day:

This just in…Potential identification of the man who threatened to behave in a way which would necessitate his imprisonment if Andrew Breitbart was allowed to remain on a public sidewalk in Searchlight, Nevada.

Last night we received an email from blogger Liberty Chick potentially identifying the man who threatened Andrew Breitbart:

Can’t say 100% but I think the dude from Searchlight that threatened Andrew (said to keep him away from him or “I’m goin to jail”) might be Jim Nardi, who belongs to a whole slew of progressive groups in Nevada, for example:

So, I went back to the second video posted on http://biggovernment.com/amarcus/2010/03/30/video-the-egg-man-of-seachlight-nevada .  You have to listen and watch really carefully – at 1:51 in that video, the black guy in the dark wool cap & dark coat on the right (holding the rolled up American flag) says “Come on, Jim” and holds him back just as he steps in between the “or I’m goin to jail” guy and Andrew to try and calm the situation.  You have to listen a few times to hear it.

Anyway, take it for what it’s worth.  Maybe someone else can confirm for you 100% whether it’s Jim Nardi.

When we first reported that Harry Reid Supporters threw eggs at the Tea Party Express bus, some on the left tried to blame Andrew Breitbart, claiming that it never happened, or that if it did, Breitbart probably threw the eggs himself to make the Reid supporters look bad.

Too bad for them there is video. In this clip, a Reid supporting union man is busted egg handed!

The egg man featured above was also recorded calling Breitbart a racist, and blocking our camera, almost pushing me out into the street.

They weren’t gunshots but the pops were startling nonetheless.  As the eggs hit the windshield, visibility immediately became a problem.

Jerry Ragle was pretty shaken as he pulled the Tea Party Express bus to a stop.  He had just prevented 40,000  lbs. of tour bus from crashing into 15 or 20 people.

I was on that Tea Party Express bus conducting some interviews for Right Network’s new show: “RUNNING”.

Throwing eggs may be funny when you are in high school, but none of us were laughing then.

Andrew Breitbart witnessed first hand today the cunning manipulation and violence of the unhinged left. Harry Reid supporters stood on Highway 95 outside of Searchlight, Nevada and held signs steering tea party protesters heading to the Tea Party Express Showdown in Searchlight Rally in the wrong direction. Andrew also witnessed these violent leftists attacking the Tea Party Express bus with eggs as it drove by. The Harry Reid supporters then swarmed him, harassed him, threatened him and made false statements to the police.

The biased writers at the Associated Press said the tea party in Nevada would draw angry protesters today.

They were right.

Supporters of Democratic Senator Harry Reid attacked the Tea Party Express bus today in Nevada.
This statement was just released:

Supporters of Senator Harry Reid have just thrown eggs at the Tea Party Express bus caravan – striking at least one of the three buses (the red Tea Party Express bus) with multiple eggs.

About 35 Reid supporters had lined Highway 95 in front of the Nugget Casino in Searchlight where they were attempting a counter-demonstration the tens of thousands of tea party supporters who are gathering for the “Showdown in Searchlight.”

Do you suppose the state-run media will be as outraged about this as they were about the bogus hate crimes or coffingate story? Don’t count on it.
