Etheridge has been caught up in a controversy involving a video running at Big Government and Breitbart.tv showing him violently attacking to students who asked him a question about his support for the Obama Agenda.

I think Etheridge is still high on all that big talk from Captain Kick A$$. So he decided to show the world how tough he could be on a couple of college kids with cameras.

Typical clueless troll/idiot. My post said nothing about “crime of the century”. You said it, which doesn’t make it a valid point.
My point clearly states politicians work FOR their constituents and our country. There are responsibilities that come with it, including being part of the public eye. Etheridge, whether he likes it or not, accepted the responsibility which makes him accountable to ALL of us. At that point, there is no position in debating that issue. He clearly assaulted his constituent. And enough of this video clearly shows the assault was unwarranted.
An employer has a responsibility to their employees and vice-versa. And along with that responsibility comes “respect”. If an employee initiates an assault on his employer, regardless of the circumstances, the employees’ actions are inexcusable, period. You want to justify Etheridge’s actions because of your “personal opinions” regarding politics. Live in your fantasy world all day long, troll. I could care less. The fact that you accuse the “journalists” as a “bunch of wimps to be scared of someone who is a member of AARP” is a pathetic attempt at justifying assault from a member of government. Regardless, Etheridge’s action is unjustifiable. And it shows just how desperate this man is.

What a load of dribble. Common Courtesy? The young man asked him a simple question. Granted they were capturing it all on video but all this politician, so called representative, had to do is refuse the interview or say "no comment". Instead he grabs the young man by the wrist demanding to know who he is? What's more is he swats at the camera. What does he have to hide that he should be so fearful of being recorded answering such an innocuous question?
This is why our nation is in the condition it is. People like Husker are beholden to their political party and go out of their way to defend them. Naturally this happens on both sides of the isle. The problem is that most Americans are not thinking as Americans but as Republican or Democrat. This only makes we the people easier to manipulate. As Congressman Etheridge has shown us the longer these people remain in office the more arrogant they become believing that their opinion is more important than that of their constituents.
