Did the Democratic Party Field Director Lie to Police?

Quincy Pundit thinks they found him. According to them, this guy is a dead-ringer for Brian Dimarzio.
Considering Dimarzio is the Field Director for the Nevada Democratic Party and prior to that job, he worked for the AFL-CIO, it seems like a pretty good match. What are the odds that a guy who looks exactly like our pal in the video also worked for the AFL-CIO and is now the Field Director for the Nevada Democratic Party?
I guess stranger things have happened.
Andrew Breitbart gave him a call.
After identifying himself, Andrew was met with a distinctive “click” on the other end of the phone. Brian Dimarzio hung up on him. If Dimarzio, Field Director of the Nevada Democratic Party isn’t the guy in the video, why didn’t he at least say “hi”?
If this is the same guy, I think the Nevada Democratic Party has an important question to answer: What are you going to do with your employee who has been caught on video lying to law enforcement officials?
If Nevada Democratic operatives haven’t been paying attention to Big Government over the past few days, let’s bring them up to speed:
The guy in this video (who looks exactly like Brian Dimarzio) lied to the police in Searchlight Nevada on Saturday, March 27. After an egg was hurled past Andrew Breitbart’s face and smashed against a bus carrying peaceful, law-abiding tea party members, the police came to investigate. ”They’re throwing eggs and blaming us” he said, to a police officer on the scene. When she looked at Breitbart and his associates, she asked who they were with. ”The Tea Party”, they responded. Without hesitation the police officer said “The Tea Party? You didn’t throw eggs at the bus.”, but our weasel (who looks exactly like Brian Dimarzio) continued his lie and then scurried away.
Meanwhile, it’s been 12 days now and we still don’t have any evidence that anyone shouted a racial epithet at the Congressional Black Caucus.

Don't think about or look at the deals between Dems and Unions to prop up the mismanaged pensions or cattle proding to produce new members with double secret no paper trail voteing. Keep up the pressure! Its disgusting enough that they've tried so hard to bait people into misbehaving (and congrats to the thousands of protesters who did not take the bait, with that many people, I would expect one or two kooks!) but to then lie when no one did is unbelievable. The lie isn't actually a violation of law (unless a Federal Agent is lied to during a criminal investigation). The charge would be "Obstruction of Justice" or possibly "False Reporting" as the slug identified Andrew as the one who threw the egg.
I have a question… Why is AB left to do his own investigation for the Police? Me thinks the investigative powers of hte Police could have quickly found out who these guys are, and that they lied to cover up an illegal act.
AND, now that the investigsative work is done… What are the Police going to do?

As a former bouncer, I found that if one is in a fight with less than honorable people, fighting honorably can be a handicap. I'm not suggesting we sink to their level but there is clearly no reason that this weasel should be left comfortable in his life. We should do whatever we can do to get him prosecuted and exposed. In my mind, this also gives us the right to ask pointed questions of the press, the DA, and any other enablers, over and over again. Let them know there are consequences. These lowlifes have been too comfortable for far too long. We are in a fight for our lives here and every decision we make from where we shop to where we get our dry cleaning done should be weighed with it's implications. I avoid supporting anything to do with any union, which in my case, among others, means I no longer go to one of my favorite restaurants. I'll eat at Pizza Hut inside a Target store before I'll knowingly support any union operation. It is time to stand up and be counted.

I would think that any upstanding law abiding American would have a reason to call this goon and ask him why he is lying to the police and committing a misdemeanor. Read what the outrageous demands have done to McCormick Place in Chicago, the largest convention center in the US. Conventions are fleeing Chicago and the jobs lost in other industries (hotels, restaurants, etc.) are huge.
People are fed-up with the teacher's unions for numerous, egitimate reasons.
I was a union carpenter. My mother was in the Chicago Teacher's Union (she was a nurse, though, working in a handicapped school) She knows the teacher's unions are destructive. My father was in the IUOE, even president of his local. He clashed with others because he was reasonable. He also was the hardest working person I've known and didn't like the loafs who took advantage. He saw the self-destruction of the unions; quit protecting the bums and quit making unreasonable demands.
Oh, the stories that could be told about some of these everyday working man union people who supposedly are only trying to fight the the working person.
The story of the first female union plumber to work at Chicago's O'Hare airport, who was threatened on her very first day (I'm talking about threatening her life, threatening to sabotage her work, etc.) Her horrific experience led her to blow the whistle on union plumbers involved in a payroll scam. You see, they had other people punch in for them and never show up, or they'd punch in themselves and leave for the day, ripping off the taxpayer.
So, thugs like those who Breitbart encountered are not only not uncommon, but do a disservice to all honest, hardworking union members.

Charity and compassion are often used to facilitate crime because they tug at heart strings and to question such enterprises gets good people labeled as racists, haters of the poor, and xenophobes. The police should definitely arrest the egger. I'd love to see wussy boy Dimarzio go down but there probably isn't enough concrete evidence that he lied. Nothing new here. Union thugs have a long history of terrorism in this country. As a boy growing up, our car was bombed by unions and I slept every night with my head directly under a headboard with a bullet imbedded in it from a drive by shooting. They don't search for truth, it's too hard.
