Media Matters: Never Mind About All Those Facts… We Have a Police Report!
by Larry O'Connor
The new ACORN video released today clearly disputes most of the claims made by Ms. Katherine Conway Russell in her September video that eerily resembles a hostage message. Russell is the ACORN employee featured in O’Keefe’s video. The footage clearly disputes claims that they were not dressed in any strange way, that they never mentioned prostitution, etc. In the latest attack/defence from ACORN apologist and George Soros-funded Media Matters, none of these points are addressed in any way whatsoever. They seem to simply fall back on the fact that the Philadelphia ACORN office had filed a police report and that the mere existence of that report proves all of their other claims:
“O’Keefe did not dispute the authenticity of the police report ACORN filed with Philadelphia police following their visit. The filing of the police report by ACORN — Russell can be seen holding a copy of it in O’Keefe’s video — indicates the Philadelphia ACORN office had no intention of helping O’Keefe and Giles conduct any illegal activities, and ACORN said the police report “proves our clear understanding of this scam that was being portrayed.
So, about that police report…
1. The video clearly shows Giles mentioning prostitution, wouldn’t this have been something to mention to the police if you go to the trouble of filing a report?
2. The copy of the police report also makes no mention of the under-age girls from El Salvador that Ms. Russell herself admits were a subject of discussion with Giles and O’Keefe. Again, wouldn’t it make logical sense to mention this point to the police as well?
3. The name of the “Complainant” on the police report is “Keith Crosby” not Katherine Conway Russell. If Ms. Russell was the person who witnessed the “Verbal Disturbance” then why didn’t she file the complaint? Russell was so busy that day at ACORN that she delegated the duty of relaying this “Verbal Disturbance” to Mr. Crosby?
4. In the police report, under the heading of “Offender Information” only O’Keefe’s name is listed, not even mention of a second party whose name was unavailable. Only O’Keefe. But, in Russell’s video message, she continues to refer to “them” and details Giles’ contributions to the conversation.
5. According to the Media Matters web site’s description of the police report:
Fox News cites Philadelphia police report posted by Media Matters. In his October 21 report on the press conference and video released by O’Keefe and Breitbart, Shawn stated that Media Matters for America, “a group that has been very critical of coverage of ACORN, released this police report. It’s from the Philadelphia Police Department. It shows, they say … basically James O’Keefe was in that office causing a ‘verbal disturbance.’ “
Look again… that is not what the report says… it can’t possibly say that because this is not a first hand account from the police. This is merely a recording of the claims made by Mr. Keith Crosby who, himself was not a witness to the encounter, Ms. Russell was.
All the incident report can claim is: “Mr. Crosby says that Ms. Russell says that Mr. O’Keefe caused a verbal disturbance.” That is a far cry from Media Matters’ position.

Your right
I e-mailed a police officer, said report was filed with dates and times specificed but the police just write down what they are told by the reportee's.
I also find it interesting that a 27 year old white male made the complaint, where is he in the video?
That's an aside, I suspect that someone got a bit suspciuous after the fact, but that they didnt want to document the converstation that really took place, that as Ricky Ricardo would say would "Take some splainin Lucy"
I wonder what would happen if Soros' assets got frozen… How long would it take for the Leftists to run out of money?
Why has there been little if any mention of any AG's starting investigations and issuing warrants and subpeonas? Obama and the dems are into this up to their eyeballs and SEIU is right there too.
Cat's outta the bag…
"Well, she said that he said that…oh you're all RAAAAAAAAAACIST!"
tsk…tsk…tsk
You do what you can with what you have and clothe it with moral garments. Saul Alinsky
well the police used to be more suspicious of these groups when they werent a union and reliant on their money and
various networkings
now, well theyre just taking care of their union comrades
The only "Verbal Disturbance" I seen was when the ACON Worker opened her mouth and spoke! Has charges been filed against Ms. Katherine Conway Russell?

I seriously question the police report, I am a police officer and for a minor report like, that If I were a friend of someone in acorn and a not so honest officer (not that there is such a thing in Philly) I could fake that report and put it on file without anyone knowing when I did it. all anyone would have is the date to go by. Dispatch recordings would be where anyone serious about the truth would investigate. I'm just saying
Not sure, but it would really expose the wealthy liberals for what they are…they wouldn't put up their own money for the causes they tell everyone else to support, ESPECIALLY the Hollywoon liberals.
Another case where after the fact she realized she was busted and tried to cover her arse. She had her male co-worker call the police because she did not want to be the one who would lie to the police.
I'm still interested in the 4 minute response time to a verbal disturbance. What was the police man sitting outside the office in his car?
Hi Doc….aren't the pages of the police reports sequentially numbered for the incidents? Would the number for this page (not shown) indicate in the police officer's the citation number in between the two previous and after????
I hope someone from Breitbart can go look up the police report to see if it was doctored. Considering how many lies Acorn has told already, is it too much of a stretch of the imagination to wonder if the "police report" they've displayed is totally authentic?
The demise of George Soros is nearing the top of my list of the very best possible developments for western civilization. The guy is evil. James-Bond-villain evil.
I just read the AP story and part of it says, "ACORN spokesman Brian Kettenring said: "We've always been clear about Philadelphia. We got them out of the office as quickly as possible, and filed a police report on them within hours."
So which do we go with? The 4 minute response time, or the "within hours' as claimed by Kettenring?
ACORN can't help it…the leaders lie and that is passed down to each and every worker. It is a pervasive habit within the organization. Thanks for this new video to convince us more and more of the corruption of ACORN.
I'm sure there is a recording of the call that was placed to the police department
The police weren't witnesses to the incident, they simply took statements from the ACORN liars. Obviously at some point they surmised they had been had and decided to create a police report. There is nothing to see here, folks, move on. The police report is meaningless.
The video nails the ACORN critters for all of the world to see. Normal reading comprehension skills destroys the imbeciles at Media Matters. It's that simple.
The police report was clearly fudged in order to make ACORN look good….only part of the story, the part that makes ACORN look like the victim, is told.
Not only that, but just because a report was filed, doesnt mean that James or Hannah was guilty of anything. People make false claims to the police all the time.
Philadelphia Police Report?
Their motto? "To Serve and Protect"? Who are they "serving" and who are they "protecting"? The Philly Police wouldn't be as corrupt as ACORN, would they?
OK.
Defamation !!!
It would be interesting to know what went on in the meeting in which Ms. Russell and her management decided to make their "police report" video. They need to get the police to release all the official records and Acorn needs to make their people available for interviews.
The guy in San Diego claimed to have called the police, too.
This reminds me of when OJ Simson broke into that hotel room to steal the sports paraphinalia (sp?). As soon ashe realised he did somethig wrong, he called the victim and left a voicemail that he only wanted his own stuff, not the victim's stuff. This appears to be the same type of situation.
I was on the job, as well, in the Chicago Land area (aka Da Region). I've experienced how tight of a grip these groups (ACORN, SEIU, etc..) have on large departments via political power, my hope is that the responding officer(s) was/were not one of THEIR officers, meaning , "a friend on the department" & that there is a "paper trail" because it looks, right now, like there are grounds for charges against Mr. Crosby for False Reporting (legal language may vary).
Such nonsense and non news. With an organization as corrupt as ACORN is on a national level, I could care less about a piddly forged police report. I hope Soros paid a pretty penny for it though. I will be happy when all his plans come crashing down. He'll never break the spirit of the American people, but he will waste a large chunk of his money and his reputation trying to do so. It sucks to be him!
Right. Look at the Balloon Boy's parents.
My thoughts exactly, OneC.
A day of prayer for the demise of all of Soro's evil plans is in order. If the Muslims can do a day of prayer, then so can we.
If one would go to the header at the top of this page, and watch all the videos in sequence, Breitbart and O'keefe lay everything out in sequence, starting with the first statement from Congressman King. If the MSM can't or won't pick up this story, they better turn out the lights and lock the doors. It is over………….
Hi CL – new to posting here but have watched since inception, 2nd time after my letter (and thank you for your kind comments), I hope you have work and are doing this for fun, as you are quite busy here….
Asked an earlier poster here, Hi Doc….aren't the pages of the police reports sequentially numbered for the incidents? Would the number for this page (not shown) indicate in the police officer's the citation number in between the two previous and after???? I don't know a single good police officer that takes a page in between and uses it in the future for some "unknown reason."
I am a retired officer and now an Investigative consultant. A lot of departments would not have even taken a report as no crime has been committed. If the Acorn RP would have pushed for it then they would have got the whole smash of a criminal investigation where everybody gets interviewed. I would love to talk to the officer who took the report as he/she would have many additional details such as: How much did they push for this to be documented in a report? What was their demeaner at the scene? Why did you you wait so long to report it? making it almost impossible to make contact with the alleged disturbing parties, Who are all of the witnesses? What was said? What provoked the problem? Was something said or done that initiated all of this? Most officers know when somebody wants or demands a report their is a good chance they are the ones that instigated the event? Oh, one last question. Did they ask at the scene if and when a copy would be available?
Oh, and…officially from the United States Patent and Trademark Office…

Enjoy meeting you.
You would think, with all that Soros money, Media Matters would be able to hire a better class of idiots.
How many more leaks before the dam breaks and the flood flushes the rat soros out?
Tanya,
Your letter still sticks in my mind. It was excellent. I wish everyone could have read it. I am fortunate in that I work for myself, and have the luxury to spend some time here. No, I am not doing this for fun, none of it. The time that I spend here, takes me away from making money, yet there are some things that are worth more than money. The United States of America is one of those things. What motivates me? The fact that on the current tangent this Country is headed in, my children and grandchildren will not live in the America that I have had the priviledge to live in and enjoy. That distresses me greatly.
Sometimes, folks just have to say "I've had enough, it's time to stand up". I have been here since day one, hour one at this website. I believe in it, I believe in what Breitbart, O'Keefe, and Miles have stood up for. It is time for other people to stand up also. I am passionate about this.
Tanya,
With that being said, are you a lawyer, and what type law? There are many avenues that Citizen Statesmen, Citizen Reporters and Citizen Journalists can serve, and some of them might be needing good, capable representation in the very near future. I would like to contact you.
Your statement: "a single good police officer"……..
"Good" would be the key word. Unfortunately, I know a lot of folks in law enforcement, and there are sorts of "tricks to the trade", whether that would be a phoney citation number, one taken out of sequence, or a throw down Saturday Night Special left at the scene of a crime. It remains to be seen, yet will be interesting as it continues to play out.
[...] The clowns at Media Matters try and fail to put Humpty-Dumpty back together again with a “police [...]
Yeah, that's actually my read on this, too. O'Keefe leaves, the ACORN people start talking about the whole encounter among themselves and get suspicious (either because they start to suspect they've been had, or perhaps even realize that they might have broken the law) and file a police report just to cover their butts. But chances are, the idea that they might have been filmed never crossed their minds until the first videos started showing up–and by then events were mostly half forgotten.
While I admire what O'Keefe and Giles have done, I've got to admit that in this specific case there's enough wiggle room that ACORN can and probably will squirm their way out. But it still doesn't make them look good.
I think the full, unedited version of the Philadelphia office visit should be posted soon. I'm guessing that Breitbart is hoping to do more nose twitting of the MSM, which is probably why the complete version hasn't been released (in which case, chances are there's possibly some really damaging stuff on the segments not yet released).
Are the Philly cops union affiliated with the SEIU by any chance?
Philadelphia Police Patch motto: Honor, Service, Integrity.
Really? It appears they might be solely focused on Service, and might have forgotten about the Honor and Integrity.
"Do your duty in all things. You cannot do more, you should never wish to do less"
~ Robert E. Lee ~
I would like to ask James one question. At any time did he tell them his full name or did he just use James? In all the other videos James never mentions his last name when asked. The police report states his name is James O'Keefe. How did ACORN know James' full name 4 min. – a few hours after James and Hannah left the ACORN office? Very suspicious, don't you think?!!
Interesting little tidbit:
http://mediafilter.org/CAQ/CAQ55.CopsVsCr2.html
Look at Item #1, paragraph two. Who was this sponsored by? Joe Biden. Biden has old ties in Philly.
Interesting tidbit.
http://www.therealseiu.com/Be_On_The_Lookout.html
It appears the SEIU is not police officer friendly. I wonder why?
On the job for 10+ and now an investigator and consultant. I would take an incident rpt if pushed, but I would note the circumstances and question the motives. I would NEVER take a statement from a third party who was not a witness to the incident. WHY? Produce the witness/victim or I'm outa here.
To Doc's point, I could fake this all day long, but there's no reason to because there's not crime, no filing, et cetera. I have an aversion to writing paper, especially when I suspect the motives. This was a "cover your a$$" report. Besides, it's obvious that Russell lied. Nuff said!
Someone has got to check the dispatch tapes, office logs, and the exact time the rpt number was pulled. That may be very telling.
Obama's Enemies List?
I don't have a Crystal Ball. I do not know if you are on it, or I am on it, or your nextdoor neighbor. But I would be willing to bet greenback worthless US Dollars it would be ranked as follows:
1. FOX News
2. Andrew Breitbart
3. James O'Keefe
4.Hannah Giles
5. Rush Limbaugh
6. Glenn Beck
7. Bill O'Reilley
8. Sean Hannity
9. Karl Rove
10. Michael Savage
I'd like to see the serial sexual philander at CBS, David Letterman do a better Top Ten List.
Jason, I've noticed your frequent "sign my petition" posts, with a URL that says (my)freepress (there's another one, I don't know if connected to each other, for "freepresscanada." No offense intended, but I wouldn't think there would be many takers for anything marked "free press" on this site. I suspect most of us are familiar with THE Free Press, established by McChesney (who considered Marx, Lenin and Stalin to be just too commie-lite).
Filing a false police report is a crime…….
LMAO……you should read the comments over at Media Matters….I think we should all spam them with our comments. What ya say people?
at the risk of being flamed, I will give you an email address that I WILL NEVER USE, but will look tomorrow to get into contact tawnyalawyer@aol._om… you have to put in the "c" and the account will be closed after tomorrow, so please respond.
and you are correct, and very intelligent, the word "good" was put there on purpose, as I know many "good cops" I would love to personally speak with you, as I have seen your postings…
Rats are good swimmers.
That's a great idea. I'm heading over there. (By the way, just how old are you?)
Just ask Balloon Boy's parents.
If the MSM didn't give up after Rather-gate, the MSM will never give up. They will do whatever they can to throw themselves in front of the oncoming bullet train to defend their beloved ruler. They have already sacrificed what little credibility they have left (Assuming they had any in the first place).
Can the recording of the phone call to 911 be obtained by the media? Isn't public record?
This is priceless…even Fox News sold this heavily doctored and edited piece of crap video down the toilet. The *unedited* and *un-doctored* video can be found here:
http://mediamatters.org/mmtv/200910210046
If the truth is on your side, release all the unedited, un-doctored tapes. That is, if the truth is on your side?
What I don't understand, don't these hacks have attorneys who should be telling them to "keep their mouths shut"? "Oh look…lawsuit number three! Hope I can still afford video tape by the time my stupidity gets done with me."
Oh Leeta, if the truth is on your side then why? If you think the comments over at MMFA are bad, you should have seen how fast Michelle Malkin dumped her lead blog story about this heavily doctored and edited ACORN video released today. She wiped it off her blog faster than wiping dog sh#t off the bottom of your shoe.
Nobody gave a crap about this ACORN derangement syndrome to begin with and now, these hacks just screwed themselves with this absolutely most pathetic display of desperation ever witnessed. I feel sorry for the Republicans who signed on for this abortion today.
Syntax_game,
"The *unedited* and *un-doctored* video can be found here:…."
I didn't find it. And those lawsuits by ACORN merely serve to show just how truthful the films, and film-makers, have been about ACORN – concerned not with the truth or righteousness, but their own power and vindictiveness. A righteous organization, having had some of its employees clearly caught offering illegal and immoral advice, would NOT go after (on a non-universal technicality, no less) the young people who had captured those acts and attitudes on tape. Rather, it would simply 'fess up, then clean up. And it would be thankful to the indviduals who had brought that corruption in its midst to its attention. Which reminds me – that's JUST what Bertha Lewis INITIALLY (after first making denials and aspersions) did, THANK Hannah and James for their bringing that corruption to light. Clearly, Bertha was not sincere.
media masters are a bunch of children playing with pimp daddy Soro's money. The orgy's over, Soros. You just got PWNED by a couple of kids! Take THAT big media complex!
Oh, great press conference AB!
I don't have the stomach to read a bunch of air head dribble right now. Going to media masters is almost as hard as watching Keith Ogayman on PMSNBC.
ACORN is the tip of their spear. This guy is ours:

You missed Mark Levin.
You need to fix the impression that the video is not complete … It gives the impression that something is being hidden from the viewer.

"The footage clearly disputes claims that they were not dressed in any strange way,"
While normal people who desire to preserve what's left of common decency would consider this kind of attire strange in any public venue, it would not be surprising that a person who deals with a variety of different people on a daily basis would consider their dress appropriate, or normal.
Having said that, I hope that the investigative work these young people have done continues to wake up more people to the deceitful practices of the socialist bees in our society.
Keep up the good work, Hanah and James.
Add Michelle Malkin, or as Kieth Overblow calls her: "A mashed-up bag of meat with lipstick"…what a class guy that pr*ck is.
Nice catch. Of course had their been a real disturbance they would also have included Hanah Giles on the report as well. We know well enough by now that she would have been right up front with James rather than biting her tongue.
" … video that eerily resembles a hostage message. "
When I watched the video of her statement, it did remind me of videos of hostages when they are forced to say something. It makes me wonder how she was threatened to say what she did in that video.
Does "Keith Crosby" exist?? Is "Keith Crosby", ie., K**** C*****" a pseudonym for KC, ie., Katherine Conway?
What people are missing: THIS IS ONLY THE FIRST HALF OF THE VIDEO- I hardly think that Andrew, James, and Hannah DIDN'T think they would be confronted on this front. What MMFA is doing is showing their true colors and further discrediting their reputation- how? By not calling for ACORN to release the audio of their employees, of course. The truth is under the mute button and any reputable journalist would WANT to let that story out. Instead, they go after the film makers. Didn't address the Police Report? THERE IS STILL A SECOND HALF OUT THERE- They are saving this for when MMFA reacts to the first half, and will use this information to continue to make them look stupid, biased, and unprofessional.
The police report is meaningless. It's totally ignorable. It's an after the fact attempt to create cover for ACORN. Raising it as an issue is Media Matters attempt to deflect attention away from the damning video. People are smart enough to figure that out.
The video is the smoking gun, it's devastating to ACORN and it needs distribution as far and wide as possible. I would suggest that everyone link it and send it to your state legislators and congressman. State legislators need to have their feet held to the fire, they are too often ignored. We need to force them on a state level to clean up election fraud.
I tried to get the report, but Philly PD only release actual thefts, burglaries and accident via the internet. You need to order it and it takes 12 weeks according to PPD web site. The sequence numbers seem to match the same days for that district(9). Interesting, the sequence number on the report would had to be made after 11:05 in the morning, long after they departed the office. I think the 9-1-1 tape needs also to be pulled. I actually think they made a false report to the Philly PD versus a bad Philly cop. Yes Philly PD has a union, but trust me the Philly PD cops would not risk their jobs for these clowns./
LOL… Acorn is flopping about like a dying fish.
To quote Carlos Mencia… "dee, dee, dee"…
Of course the first thing you liberals like to mention about these videos is that they've been edited. Of course what you don't hear mentioned is Jason assertion he made about having recorded a full 32 minutes of conversation with Ms. Russel. We also can't equate the silence of the mainstream media about this subject to "nobody gave a crap". The difference is these people, the nobodies, are still watching the mainstream media expecting to get "news" and truth despite the statements made by Anita Dunn about controlling the media. If the democratic campaign had enough influence to "control" the media before the election, one can only imagine the kind of "control" Obama's administration in exercising over the media now. Yet people still trust them over the news media outlets that have not fallen sway to such corrupt Chicago style politics.
I actually checked out the Philly police website, trying to find a copy of this report ever having been filed. I can't, though I may have been going about checking in the wrong way. Can anyone else? As far as I can tell, Mr. Crosby filled out the report himself from a form that is posted online. Is there any evidence that it was ever actually filed with the police and on what day?
I'm not up to date with what the PPD reports look like it looks like what my department used to call (before we went completely electronic) a miscellaneous incident report (which was no report at all, just documentation of a call). The fact that the crime is listed as an "M/D" (miscellaneous disturbance?) tells me that I'm most likely right. I also noticed that there is nothing about prostitution (child or otherwise) anywhere on the card Someone should call the reporting officer and ask what he remembers about that particular call for service — like if it was reported on the day of the incident or if the call was generated weeks later and reported to have occurred on that day.
I haven't read through all the comments so I apologize to anyone who has already made these points.
ACORN figured that this video didn't come out with the others, maybe they didn't have it or a technical error, so lie. The stinger had to be smiling as they prepared this ambush, ACORN looks even more foolish and there crack headed supports are trying to CYA and ignore reallity. ACORN is helping the country identify there corrupt supporters (no tears here) , one of Soro's mouthpieces just stepped in it.
Simple, Eric & the 'boys' at MediaMutters are liars.
If this ACORN employee considers their dress "normal", then she's obviously living in a 1970's era cop drama show. O'Keefe is dressed so over the top, Huggie Bear is jealous.
Gunny, you look a lot like that old picklehead, Dutch Reagan.
This looks like a game of chicken.
Best I can tell, PA is a two party consent state. Redacting the audio from the video is legally meaningless. It's the act of recording that violates statute, not making it public.
It seems ACORN thought O'Keefe knew this and were gambling they wouldn't release the video, therefore they could play this to their advantage. And in trying may have given themselves too much rope. (Con't)
O'Keefe, OTOH, called their bluff. He's already in hot water for the recording. ACORN could file charges at any time, and may have communicated that to O'Keefe, so they took a preemptive strike and released a redacted video with a challenge to ACORN to allow it to be made entirely public. If ACORN now files charges, they have nothing to lose releasing the audio publicly. A legal and public relations disaster for ACORN, not to mention the possibility they will be charged with filing a false report. If they agree to release it, it goes public and they've lost the ability to file charges and they might be charged with filing a false report and suffer a public relations disaster. If ACORN refuses to allow the release, it looks like they're hiding something and lying, and it brings the police report into question. They lose on all counts.
Just my HO.
because this is not an actually crime or accident, you can not order online. There is a form you have to send to obtain it.
You are right. Philly PD uses the 75-48 form for any incident, they are behind the times as far as electronic reporting from their cars.
HOw did they know O'Keefe's name? If this was filed the day of the incident, his name would have been unknown to them. Obviously, a faked police report. How sad. And damning.
Should be easy to FOIA the police communications for that day.
Has anyone seen this police report? Have you checked with the police dept. to get a copy of the report yourselves? I wouldn’t put it past them to put up a fake report.
Thanks for leaving "Stage Right" off the list!
This report stinks to high heaven, Doc. James never identified himself to Ms. Russell nor any other ACORN stooge using his real name. He presented himself under a false name. He and Hannah were long gone from the premises by the time ACORN alleges they filed this "report". So how the hell does ACORN know his name for the police report? The timeline of when this "report" was publicized was well after James and Hannah had already released the first 2 or 3 videos and their true identities had become public. Once ACORN had a target, they got some bent servant of the people to phony up this report to use as a weak defense. Follow the timelines. This report never existed until after ACORN was exposed. Gee, a corrupt cop in Baltimore? Who'da thunk it?

Did I say Baltimore? Duh! I meant Philly. Same difference.
As an ex-cop with 17 years experience, I can say that a police report means absolutely NOTHING. Any citizen is allowed to file a police report for suspicious activity, and the only thing it will reflect is what the complainant tells the reporting officer. That’s it. If the complainant says they saw a green zebra, then the police report will indicate that the complainant said they saw a green zebra. I would closely scrutinize the date and time of this report, as well. I’m pretty certain that it was taken after the fact as a CYA measure.

You're right on the police report down below in another story it show the cop claimed it took place and 4 minutes later he was there according to his report.
Yeah I read the report below and it shows the cop was there (wink, wink) in four minutes. Good work Comrade.
You are right. Citations are numbered, but c/c are given a number from the computer, and the p/o handwrites the complaint number, which is what the p/o did here. The report, in Philly is then reviewed, in this case by a corporal, before being sent for review. No sworn statements are done, nor sworn complaints, except by detectives. Note the corporal and p/o names/badge numbers. The report is not a 911 call, and clearly and correcttly in Philly id's it as T/C to Dist(Telephone complaint to the local district) thus no false complaint action can be done. Also note that the victim/witness is not the complaintant, and the "verbal distunbance" subjects (Jim/Hanna) have long left the premises. Note especially no call for action by the p/o, corporal or district senior officers; the p/d never classed this for response and clearly classed it as misc b/s.
Dearest Syntax, I was just making a sarcastic comment. But if looks like it hit a nerve with you. I don't do what you do, I have better things to do. But it does appear that you are nothing but a troll. Go back under your bridge.
Carl? To whom are you speaking? If you are asking your question to a lady do you really expect to get an answer?
You don't do what I do? It was your comment I responded to. Odd.
You're right guest…nobody gives a crap. A handful of ACORN employees were caught on tape behaving incredibly stupid and irresponsible. ACORN fired them for it. *BING* PROBLEM SOLVED!!!
Oh golly, 600 people are suffering from rabid ACORN Derangement Syndrome!!! Quick stop the presses…this is the most newsworthy story of the century!!! Damn the Mainstream Media for not dedicating an entire cable news channel to the handful of irresponsible low-level ACORN workers caught on tape behaving stupidly. The ADS Network!!! 24/7 coverage of 5 fired people. Don't forget to tune in tonight to see the 973rd installment of "Where Are They Now".
I think I need my 10 year old kid to respond to you so give me a day or 2.
The p/o did not claim it took place. The time is the minutes from dispatch, not from incident. In Philly, misc reports are not citations and the numbers are handwritten by the p/o after the computer reconciles it to an existing complaint or originates a new complaint #. The form is not a sworn statement or sworn complaint, which are done by detectives. The p/o and supv(in this case a corporal) have their names/badge numbers there. The report is simply a reportees statement, not a police investigation. It is not a 911 call, and the p/o clearly states T/C to Dist, thus no false report action is possible. The subj, O'Keefe was not present, nor did any witness come forward. ACORN and the incompetent media are palying on our not knowing Philly procedure.
I don't troll like you do. Are you an idiot or a liberal…oh wait, that's an oxymoron. Never mind.
