House Votes this Week to Reverse FCC Net Neutrality Power Grab
by Seton MotleyThe Congressional Review Act (CRA) Resolution of Disapproval of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)’s December 21st illegal Internet power grab, executed so they could then impose Network Neutrality – will be marked up today, and brought to the House floor for a full vote this week.
This is our first opportunity to rein in the Barack Obama Administration’s ongoing, all-encompassing effort to bypass Congress and enact their Leftist policies via executive branch regulatory fiat.
There are thirteen swing-district Democrats on whom pressure has been put by their leadership to stand for the ridiculous and oppressive notion that is Net Neutrality – by voting Nay on the CRA Resolution.
Let’s persuade them otherwise, shall we?

Should be a SLAM DUNK for the House …Questions are: 1) Will Senator Hitler Reid even allow for a vote ?
and 2) Will the Senate DO the RIGHT thing and become a little more "relevant" ? All should still call their Reps, regardless.
It is amazing to me that the march on our freedom continues. IF the House can pull this off, we shall see how the Senate stomps our heads. Oops, cynical?

Lets not raise the debt ceiling and one of the nonessential programs to get cut could be the FCC.Now that sounds like a plan.

Nothing short of physically dragging them out of office will stop them from trying to grab hold of the internet in order to regulate content.
Congress just needs to refuse to fund the alphabet executive departments, agencies and bureaus, and presto, no more fiat regulatory garbage.

Having a President who's main goal is to impose his Marxist agenda on U.S. by circumventing Congress is a clear target for U.S. to do everything we can in every City, and State to paralyze this Dictator and his Union and Islamist buddies.
There is a new Book out about the fact that this Marxist intrudes on private citizens in many ways, even taking property and giving it to his favored people and groups.

Thank God for the information in this article and the CRA that Congress will vote on next week. One thing that bothers me is how long it is taking to render this Obama Regime impotent, but we've learned a lot in two years.

I'm going to melt down the phone line and email of old Leonard Boswell. This fool probably doesn't even know what the internet is but will predictably fall in line with the party.
IMO, this is far more important than all the gobbledegook about the budget. If the Boehner Congress succesfully overturns this, they have earned my trust. If not, send the crybaby packing.
