Newest NAACP Hate Speech Double Standard Alert

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that racial slurs and swastikas were spray painted on a fence in Southern New Jersey late Sunday or early Monday. The article states:
Obscene references to President Obama and African Americans were scrawled in black across backyard fences owned by five residents, according to Monroe Township Police Capt. John Cortesi. Two “crudely drawn swastikas” also appeared on the fences, which face heavily traveled Corkery Lane.
As expected, the NAACP chimed in as well:
Loretta Williams, president of the Gloucester County NAACP, said her organization wanted the incident treated as a bias crime and not a prank.
“This is something we won’t tolerate,” she said. “People have no right to spread their hate message, whether it’s on a fence, a wall, or over the Internet, and intimidate people.”
It’s interesting how the NAACP denounces hate speech when they are the target, but it’s free speech or is to be tolerated when one of their own spews the hate:
Samir: My job is to educate black people, whether they want to be educated or not. I don’t give a damn what they may think about white people, I hate white people. All of them. Every last iota of a cracker I hate him. Because we are still in this condition.
Samir: We didn’t come out here to play. There is to much serious business going on in your black community to be sliding through south street with white, dirty cracker whores on your arms. What’s a matter with you black man, you got a doomsday with a white woman on your arm.
“We keep begging white people for freedom. No wonder we’re not free. Your enemy can not make you free fool. You want freedom you’re going to have to kill some crackers. You’re going to have to kill some of their babies.
For the record, as the Inquirer reports, County Prosecutor Sean Dalton called the vandalism “extremely disturbing messages of hate.” He said his office was assisting police in identifying possible suspects.
To that end, we do know who the suspects are in the calls to kill whites, er, “crackers” and their babies, so why are they not being arrested and prosecuted. Paging the Philadelphia Police and PA AG Tom Corbett, and President Obama.

Prosecuted? The Black Panthers? By this DOJ (or by any law enforcement agency they can claim is "preempting" them)? Yeah, good luck with that…

Its a least a 50/50 chance that it was an NAALCP member who spray painted the fences so they would have a new claim of racism to demagogue about…there haven't been any "racist" hallmark cards out lately!
I would expect more of this as we close in on the Mid-terms. It's my guess the race issue is being brought up as a means to distract us from what's going on in congress. The next item on their agenda is Cap and Trade and they will be in a rush to get it passed possibly expecting to still have time to tackle immigration before the democrats loose their majorities.
It's not a double standard if you have no standards.

SusanAnne, I really have to laugh at the hypocrisy, and thin skin of the NAACP. WHY? Because for eight years, and all the way up to the present, cartoonists and the MSM have relentlessly pummeled pres. G.W. Bush, Laura Bush, Dick Cheney, and Carl Rove. They didn't like it, but didn't pout and whine either. Compared to what's being served up on BHO, the attacks on the Bush administration's have been at times, pretty ugly. If Barack Hussein Obama can't handle the ridicule, then I suggest he resign. As for the NAACP, I say TS, poking at any administration, even the ONE won't just magically disappear because you folks want it to.
I condemn the NAACP for the macarena, reality tv shows, tube socks, dropped calls on the iPhone4, and Joanie Loves Chachi.

Right now, Blacks who are not free, are enslaved because they are not willing to make the changes in themselves to grant themselves freedom from those who would enslave them. None will be free until they /leave/ the plantation, get out of the slums. On their own. Section 8 housing does not count. Learn English and learn how to work.
1-Don't believe a white person did it. It's a "set up" in reaction to New Black Panther, Anti-White (Cracker) Racist Rant, and to justify THE NAACP's existance! No suspect will be found. There is none.
2- New Black Panthers will not be prosecuted for Video Taped Racist Threats, because of the color of their skin.
3- It's a Distraction tactic away from Congress deviously passing more Socialist Bills to enslave & destroy U.S.!
4- Racism and brute force against the Will of the American People is the M.O. of this Socialistic Administration and their supporters!

Until I see photos of this fence with its reported racist remarks and/or symbols, I don't care what the NAACP has to say and sadly, I don't believe the word of any reporter without evidence. Also, last time I checked, swastikas were not symbols promoting racism against black people.

Let me see if I'm following your logic here: you say the NAACP is not denouncing the remarks of Samir Shabazz thereby implying all members and supporters of the NAACP are hypocrites, but scream to high heaven when some label all Tea Partiers as racist because of a couple of racist signs.

That's a very fair point. Why should the leader of a New Jersey chapter of the NAACP be responsible for the hateful remarks of a Black Panther in Philly? But the article is about "double standards", and I believe the point was that if the whole Tea Party is responsible for a couple kooks, then the NAACP should be help responsible for the kooks in their ranks as well.
You are right to point out the faulty logic, though, and I'm sure you'll stand up for the Tea Party the next time it happens to them.

I think you're trying to call attention to their skin color, just like when white people who referred to President Obama as "slim" were in fact calling attention to his race. That's not really true. I am a white woman with several black friends, and none of them have the 'victim complex'. It's just a few loudmouthed individuals who are getting all the attention. Kind of like, do you think that "The Jerry Springer Show" really represents American society as a whole? As far as I've seen, the NAACP doesn't represent the majority of black people, either.
Research before you comment. There are photos on the web and in the papers. Someone in the neighborhood did use their cell phone to take photos. If you thought of it why won't someone else?
