Eyewitness to Scott Brown’s Historic Campaign
by Ryan P. DixonWhen I heard that Brown had been within reaching distance of Coakley, and that Brown would be the 41st vote to stop Obamacare. I got together with a good friend of mine and said “We need to be there.”
Knowing how huge this election was and how important it was to me, we got on the our local radio station last Friday and said “We are going to Massachusetts to defeat Martha Coakley in one of 2010s most important elections. Who is coming?”
Being from California, and with such last minute notice, we didn’t think we could get anyone to come. To our surprise, 6 strangers come forward to help us for an election on the other side of the country. I have created a video blog of what is has been like since we have been here, and what it is like to work on a campaign, to try and make a difference, show people how important it is to be involved in politics, for it is the future of our country.
Tomorrow is a historic election for Senate in Massachusetts.
An election that is going change the United States forever, either for better or worse. If Republican Scott Brown wins it is going to send a message to Washington that the Obama Administration is no longer the invincible power that it once seemed. As it will be the 3rd strike for the Democrats, after losing the Governors’ races in Virginia and New Jersey.
If Martha Coakley wins then the it will be another lobbyist/union-bought-candidate who is out of touch with reality and will be another Democrat that will vote for Obama care. Dramatically changing the health care system in the United States.
I will have updates of the campaign and election throughout the day tomorrow, and more video blogs.

I hope I finish my workday tomorrow here on the left coast with the news that it is a landslide for Brown. Otherwise, I fear that there will be counting, and counting, and counting…..with ballots found that only support Coakley. Please, everyone in MA, make sure your polls are clean. Video everything that does not pass the smell test. Good luck!

A young face…..lots of supporters from the west coast!!! How much more can we ask for? This country is alive and people can see what is going on with this marxist-fascist administration. I can go to bed feeling euphoria. We are doing it folks!! Patriots, Tea-Parties……we have a lot of work to do before November. Let's get it right!

Our small business here in Iowa sent Brown a $100.00 and our best wishes. This is shaping up to be an epic event and I too worry that the Dem's bag of dirty tricks will be opened. The eyes of a nation and the world will be on Massachusetts tomorrow. Thank you Scott Brown!
Yes, when Brown wins it will be historic. It has been a long time since a conservative was a Senator in Mass.

I agree with you completely. Kerry was shown to be overwhelmingly ahead at exit polls, and lost. Though if brown does lose, it will serve to motivate voters in november, maybe then enough people who actually give a dang about america will get out and vote.
Are you SURE hes a conservative tho? I know hes more conservative than Coakley but, then again, I think Karl Marx was.
I must say, win or lose, this race has restored my faith in America–or more specifically AmericANS! Last year I thought I was the only one who feared the loss of freedom on this road to socialism or worse. Then I went to the 9/12 Rally in DC and was inspired. Just when I was beginning to wonder again I see the people of the most liberal state in America rise up to take back our country. Thank you!!! You give me the courage to fight on. Carpe Diem!

I am proud that very concerned young people from my state care enough about our political future to travel 'cross country to fight the good fight. If / when Scott Brown wins in the bluest of blue states, then there is hope for California! We know that all things are possible if we stay positive, work hard and support the right candidates. We threw off the yoke of tyranny once before – we can do it again.

the union executives seem to support these idiots like coakley yet everyone i know in the ibew and some other unions are voting for brown! none of them want they're health care plans taxed not now and not in 2018 period!
just like D.C. is out of touch with mainstreet union leadership is out of touch with the union workers!
we need a federal law that would not allow any unions to contribute union dues or endorse any canidate without a majority vote in favor by the actual union members that work for living and not these executives who steal our money and give it to the people we don't really want or support!

Even if Coakley wins, which appears doubtful. It will still be a win for Conservatives, and it might still be possible to put the brakes on this socialist run we have been on. Too many moderate dems from red and purple states have already seen their future.

Obama’s stump speech yesterday for embattled Mass. Senate wannabee Martha Coakley was interrupted for a full three minutes by a heckler. Adding insult to injury, the 3,000 seat auditorium wasn’t full. Even with the added attraction of Boy Clinton as a draw. And horror of horrors, Obama’s speech seems to have rallied support for Coakley’s opponent.
In a presentation Byron York described as halting, wandering and humorless, Obama tried desperately to rally support for the hapless Coakley to take control of the late Ted Kennedy’s Senate seat. As the much needed 60th vote, a Coakley win is crucial for Obama’s health care bill. Or maybe not.
Preparing for the worst, this weekend Dems signaled their intent to invoke ‘reconciliation’ should they be unable to win (or manipulate a win) in Massachusetts. Invoking reconciliation means only 51 votes would be needed to pass a health care reform bill in the Senate – a health care bill over 60% of Americans don’t want.
Anyone have any idea what the citizens reaction might be if Scott Brown wins, but they delay his taking the seat and meanwhile Pelosi and Reid try to jam thru the health care legislation?
How about if they try for reconciliation?
What will be the tipping point I wonder?

Alas, Obama’s trip to Massachusetts may end up having the opposite effect on the race. After hovering at 50/50 odds all day, the traders at Intrade started betting heavily on a Scott Brown win just after Obama’s speech. Sigh. Intrade is a website where people vote with their money instead of their good intentions. And this morning, Intrade is showing the odds are heavily in favor of Republican Scott Brown.

I don't know Scott Brown. He could be a bad person for all I know. I have zero respect for people who take their clothes off for the camera. I have read about the Amirault Case and the case where Coakley protected real child molesters. She is pure evil. Easy choice.

I sent my little donation from here in NJ. But I added a warning…he'd better live up to his conservative agenda or the Republican party would have heck to pay. I will support Republicans where they run, but we need to let them know we will watch them like hawks. The party dumped Christie on us (undercutting another possible Republican during the fake primaries) here in NJ. Our 9/12 group welcomed him with just such a warning.
Brown is NOT a conservative.
Joe Kennedy is the only candidate in this race who is for small government and was endorsed by the Boston Tea Party. Brown voted against tax cuts and supported Romneycare.
Some of you have exposed yourselves as hypocrites with this race, you are not real patriots but water carriers for the republican party.

It's the reverberations that are going to count here not even to mention this turd health care bill. The realities of finding his way and working within caucus come later, first thing is handing the Ted seat to an R, next thing is slay the beats that is HCR, what's after that is anyones guess.

It's a little cold this morning, I think I will pull up the sheets and comforter and sleep a little longer, so I can get up just to make it to work today, as I'm dad-gum glad to have a job these days (and my heater is not working too good). And I am afraid that the streets will be a little icy when the sun starts to go down, so I'm going to leave work early to get home without having an accident, so I don't think I will vote in this special election that does not include a Presidential candidate. /sarc

In all honesty friend, I don't live in Massachusetts and found out about Joe a little too late to get the message out.
But rest assured this will never happen again. People need to realize the tea movement has been hijacked by the republican party, and the real patriots have been thrown off the bus. This race clearly illustrates that. You didn't see beck, breitbart or michelle malkin even mention kennedy, did you? The very people who have been screaming liberty and small government for months are now saying it's ok to support a Rino?
Even if you are a Republican, you need to know what kind of candidate you are supporting. If you are truly conservative, do not let another big government bureaucrat like Brown coast to victory off your angst. There is some real fakery afoot here folks, and it will all come to light as a result of this race. In the meantime, watch out for frauds masquerading as patriots and collecting your money in the name of liberty than giving it to big government Rinos like Brown.
The exit polls were Democratic propaganda released early in the day to suppress the Republican vote. Let's keep history in perspective, and remember that if they try the same tactic this time.
Brown is who he is — not a Conservative, but a 10X better choice than the Democrat who so neatly represents so much that's rotten in DC.
I expressed similar thoughts earlier to my girlfriend. We were watching FOX and I said "It looks good…but I hope we don't wake up and experience a headline like Dewey defeats Truman"!

When I get home tomorrow at 5PM (CST) I will turn on FOX and I will watch and see if the country built by individuals is going to endure or a prolonging of the dismemberment of our country. A Coakley defeat tomorrow will make the midterm elections, Battle of 2010, a much more attainable goal.
Just one year ago to the day Obama, a brown man, had all the hopes and dreams of the entire country behind him. Tomorrow an election victory by a man named Brown will mark the beginning of the end to our flirtation with socialism.

Brown has called into Beck's show a few times in the last month or so. Rush has talked about him a few times. I do not know about the other pundants, but what I have heard about Brown is that he is conservative.

I am a conservative, and never heard a word about his campaign on the west coast other than he was another Kennedy (yes, I know, not related). I have already voted for Scott. I live in a town of under 13,000. No line at the polls at 7:45am but I have heard the lines are long in the Boston area (more likely to have a denser representation of Martha voters). The Only political signs I have seen in my town are ones that I put up and a few others, all scott Brown. I have not seen one Martha sign myself. My husband who drives all over that state says that he has seen a much denser number of Brown signs and only a couple of Martha signs. I think that unless the dems are successful in calling out all of their mindless zombie voters, then this is going to be taken by Brown. At least I hope and Pray that it will be Brown's! I have never actually had a stomach ache thinking about an election. Last year, voting for Mccain (as a registered Democrat) in Massachusetts kind of felt hollow, but I showed up and cast my vote anyway. Evidently the democratic party was not interested in listening to the message that I and other Dems were sending them. I wonder if they will listen now?
I really hope that tonight I will go to sleep to the sound of crazed moonbats out of control and flying into buildings!

People have introduced legislation to do just that and the Dims and the union leadership always shoots it down…they are in bed together….always have been and they only have their own interests in mind… members od the unions are just unwilling contributors to the union leaders and their "in the pocket" politicians. The only way that legislation will ever come about is when union members throw out their leadership and ALL of their chronies and start over.
every once in a while you turn on the news at night and here that an animal at the zoo has found a way to get out of it's cage and attack someone. It's always the same thing.. people taunt those animals on a daily basis, day in and day out they taunt the animals. Then one day the animal makes an impossible escape and gets to one of the people doing the taunting…Right now the american people are the animals and they are about to get out and get the congress people that are taunting them!!!

One of the best investigative sources for both voter fraud, and election fraud is Greg Palest, His book 'Armed Madhouse', is a must read, another good book would be 'The Best Democracy Money can Buy'. I agree completely that there should be neither, voter fraud or election fraud, but the fact remains that they exist. Another book, would be 'HACKED' this is about voting machines!!
