by PubliusToday, in 1936 the first inductees to the Baseball Hall of Fame were announced. In in 1963, the first inductees to the Football Hall of Fame were announced. Fitting that today is the Pro-Bowl.

In light of recent investigative reports from the Daily Caller that reveal close coordination between Media Matters for America and the White House, BigJournalism and BigGovernment have undertaken the task of revisiting some of our prior reporting on the media watchdog group and our list of its donors. We thought...

Publius you dolt- what does the pro-bowl have to do with the Baseball hall of fame? This is going to be a thread to remember!
Yeah, what's Knute Rockne- chopped liver?

Reaganite's Sunday Funnies
Hall of shame
The road of life is always a dead end, but so is the road to china.
The republican and democrat parties have turned us off the super highway of freedom on to a mud road to china.
Republicans and democrats use the words of morality and fairness to cover their tyranny as they push and pull this country towards china and slavery.
Legalized voter fraud
counting illegals to reapportion congressional seats.
Gerrymandering to maintain their party's power.
Election laws/practices to silence the opposition.
The list has become never ending as both parties kill the voice of the people one tax, one regulation, one manipulation at a time and all in the name of public good.
Both parties are responsible
The party members are responsible.
Law abiding American are being punished for the action of criminals.
This will not end until both parties are in the trash heap if history.
Stop the abuse of law abiding Americans.

Put country before party and vote them both out and save our freedom.
Those who say we can't are those who won't.
Ruth was only 53 when he died. Looked it up because he looks so old in this photo guess it was the hard living.
Ron Paul was the only person to ever hit an out of the park home run in the Congressional baseball game. He was also a bit of a track star in HS. Maybe he could have been a star athlete too?
I hope the fight for the Republican nomination is L o n g , and devisive.
A real dog fight………….. right down to the bitter end.
So the occupiers of the Peoples House……………don't know which way to point their machine.
Two guys that need to be sent to their respective Halls:
Roger Maris and Mark Moseley.
"…when things are wrong and the breaks are beating the boys, ask them to go in there with all they've got and win just one for the Gipper."
Baseball and most professional sports are boring!! People need to wake up to what is really important. Our country is going down the tube and all they can due is talk about some stupid sports hero that is nothing more than an over paid prima donna!! Wake up and smell the roses!!
And in the recent Jacksonville CNN debate, he challenged his rivals to a 25-mile bike race.
That bright quip ended moderator Wolf Blitzer's questions about his "advanced age."
Ask his huge following of young people about their admiration for this Hall of Fame statesman-patriot.

The Pro Bowl had become one the most boring sports exhibitions. It's not worth watching and hasn't been for years. They had to move it to the middle of the nauseating hype week just to cash in on all the football junkies looking for a fix.
Only 20 days until pitchers and catchers report to spring training!!!
BTW: Babe Ruth is still the greatest baseball player of all time. Probably the single most famous sports figure of all time as well.

Great idea, who do I vote for?
What do you recommend? Let's take the Super Bowl for an example, the audience in stadium and tv is about 35 to 50 million , in a country of 320 million that leaves 270 million not watching. Are they(270 mil) not smelling the roses? Maybe taking a few hours on Sunday to catch a game is smelling the roses to some.
know your history, the halls of fame are full of guys that weren't overpaid. That's only a recent development. But both these sports are central to US culture and economically represent over 16 billion in revenue just last year. To say its not important is just flat wrong.
It is your choice not mine.
It is the parties who limit choice
I want freedom
You want ?????
He mentioned the HOF in Canton Ohio, hence the mention of The Pro Bowl.
If only he had andro
I'd like to see Newt try and bike two miles.
On a tandem bike, with Callista pedalling and Newt on the back seat coasting with his rosary beads in action.
