Breaking: MO Governor Nixon Issues Executive Order to Establish Obamacare Exchanges–Update: Nixon Backs Down?

We’ve just learned that the Missouri Health Insurance Pool has just voted on behalf of the state to accept $21 million dollars from the federal government to establish an health exchange here in Missouri. They are designating John Huff as the director.
Didn’t Missourians vote overwhelmingly against Obamacare in 2008 with theirProp C vote? Just like President Obama does all the time, Nixon is taking the executive order route – completely bypassing the legislature.
Original story here. In 2010, Missouri voters overwhelmingly approved Prop C, which negated key parts of ObamaCare. Ordinarily, only a legislature can appropriate funds, even if the funds are from the federal government. Stay tuned.
UPDATE: Informed by sources on the ground that state Senator Jane Cunningham, legislative sponsor of Prop C, and others interrupted the meeting where this action was taking place. The MHIP has temporarily backed down–for now.

Executive Orders are not law and are being abused. Executive Orders that break the law or violate the law making process are an illegal act (especially when knowingly breaking hte law)! Impeach him now!

The Courts bypassed the legislatures a century ago and the Executive doing so is nothing new either.
The folks know what is wrong, which is why the Republicans got ONE MORE CHANCE at the House of Representatives.
We must restore our Constitution in all her glory. Holding each branch of government to within its delegated authority is where we have to start. That is done with the BUUUUUDDDGGGGGEEEETTTTTT. (as in defund and refuse to fund going forward the corruption, the alphabet agencies especially, right here and right now.
You listening John Boehner? Or, must you be tossed too so we can get about the business of restoring our Constitution.
See, when we get hold of our federal government once again, governors will be put on notice that the checking functions of the federal government will be once again focused on state governments, as was intended, instead of on us individually, as was NEVER intended.
We are winning this fight folks, so keep up the good work. Expose that corruption and embarrass those corrupt politicians over and over and over again!

His executive order was not to force children to be vaccinated.
It was to force Medicare to pay for the vaccinations that were given voluntarily.

I would say "unbelievable", but sadly, it is all too believable. Dictators, at every level of our government, must be dispatched from office immediately! Thinking about that a bit more, they should be deported to countries who practice their dictatorial beliefs.

I'm a Missourian, the state is being consumed by the most utterly corrupt and fawning socialist/facist politicians in history their arrogance is breath taking. In the old days there was some of this but nothing on the scale of open brazen corruption we are seeign today it is just mind boggling.
You might START with cleaning up the cesspool that is St. Louis where the "city fathers" passed an ordinance recently that prohibits a homeowner from changing a faucet washer himself without hiring a UNION plumber!

And we also need Missouri to become a right to work state! In fact, all 50 states should be right to work states!!
