Central Jersey Planned Parenthood Fires Worker After Release of Undercover Video

PERTH AMBOY — The man and woman walked into the Planned Parenthood clinic in Perth Amboy sounding like the operators of a child sex ring looking for help with their business.
They told the manager they would bring in girls as young as 14 for tests, birth control and abortion referrals and wanted to know what kind of questions to expect from clinic employees.
The manager was helpful. She coached them to lie about the age of the girls’ sex partners. “If they are a minor, we are obligated if we hear certain information, to kind of report (it),” the manager said. “So as long as they just lie and say, ‘Oh, he’s 15, 16,’ ’’ no one should question them.
But the man and woman were actually members of Live Action, a California-based anti-abortion group that targeted Planned Parenthood clinics in five states and Washington, D.C., last month. The scenes were videotaped and posted on YouTube, and today created a national uproar.
Tonight, Central Jersey Planned Parenthood fired the manager, identified in the video as Amy Woodruff, and beefed up security around its clinics.
“We were profoundly shocked when we viewed the videotape released this morning, which depicted an employee of one of our health centers behaving in a repugnant manner that is inconsistent with our standards of care and is completely unacceptable,” Phyllis Kinsler, executive director of Planned Parenthood of Central Jersey said in a statement released at 10:20 p.m.
“We have a zero tolerance policy for this kind of behavior, and the employee in the video was immediately suspended from her duties this morning and was terminated this evening,” Kinsler said. “We are fully committed to delivering high-quality reproductive health care to the women of our communities, complying with all laws, and upholding the highest ethical standards.”
She also condemned Live Action’s sting, questioning how dramatically the video was edited.
By day’s end, Kinsler said, three Planned Parenthood clinics under her supervision — Perth Amboy, Hazlet and Shrewsbury — had received about 10 “harassing” phone calls, including one saying, “They should just bomb your place.” She reported the calls to the FBI and local police and asked for their help tightening security.
Attorney General Paula Dow asked the Division of Criminal Justice to investigate whether the manager broke any laws. “At first glance, I find these allegations to be very disturbing,” Dow said in a statement. Her spokesman Paul Loriquet said Gov. Chris Christie’s office and some legislators had referred the matter to her attention.
Lila Rose, president of Live Action, said the video “proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Planned Parenthood intentionally breaks state and federal laws and covers up the abuse of young girls it claims to serve.” The group suggested laws on aiding and abetting sex traffickers were broken.

No problem for the termed employee. After all she can get unemployment for a long time and with a liberal bend in the justice system a big cash payout and a job in addition to the talk show circuit extolling the virtues of providing government sanctioned and funded murder. Now, what more can a Socialist Progressive want? I pity her when it is time to meet her maker for all the souls she helped destroy in the name of womens rights.

I'm glad they fired that disgusting creep. But I suspect that being fired under those circumstances will only enhance her resume' and credibility in the eyes of leftists/liberals/progressives. They seem so eager to admire and collaborate with anyone who openly presents himself as a degenerate scumbag. It's as if one of the qualifications for employment in a "progressive" organization is "utter moral depravity."
For progressives, whether or not it's wrong to aid and abet child-sex traffickers depends on who's doing it. As evidence of that, just watch over the next few days as liberals far and wide slander and condemn Live Action and Lila Rose, and completely ignore the shockingly abhorent behavior of Planned Parenthood's clinic manager.
It looks she could stand to miss a few meals.

Notice how quickly the news dropped Kermit B. Gosnell and his house of horrors abortion clinic? The only way to get any information on him is through pro-life sites. The MSM has shoved him behind the filing cabinets. Can't have abortionists seen in a bad way, can they?
There is a man in my area who shot and murdered his estranged wife. He was charged with murder and jailed. After the authorities realized that she was pregnant (not showing so early in her pregnancy, a potential abortion candidate). The authorities determined that the murderer knew she was pregnant, so now he is being charged with the murder of the unborn fetus as he should be. These pro-choice folks can't have it both ways. The only real difference between the murdered in this case and the PP doctors is he purposely murdered the mother also. How can these abortionists look at themselves in the mirror? Maybe they should do the honorable thing and abort their own lives.
This is a great opportunity to defund Planned Parenthood since they seemed to be involved in prostitution.
One day when you've got a strong stomach you should read/listen to the defenses abortion doctors and others who work at abortion clinic's make for themselves and abortion. According to their logic it shouldn't matter whether he knew the woman was pregnant or not, the fetus is not human, therefore it can't be murder. If it's murder then every woman and every doctor who has performed an abortion is a murderer and should be tried in the courts as one. You are right that they can't have it both ways. It's life, human life, they know it, (especially since it isn't going to be anything else…dolphin, mouse, etc) but to admit it would make them accomplices to the greatest mass murder systematically perpetrated on mankind ever.

Exactly! Notice in the video that the PP skank isn't the least bit surprised, suspicious or nervous. She merely answers all the questions and gives encouraging advice as if this is something she does all the time. Watch the video starting at 10:20, where the fake pimp offers to pay her a little extra on the side for a little extra guidance and facilitation.
Where do people think underage prostitutes or sex slaves go (or are taken) for confidential, no-questions-asked abortions, contraception and treatment for STD's? To say that the kind of activity exposed in this video is isolated and rare is to say that child prostitution and sex trafficking is rare and not a serious problem.
As with the ACORN videos and previous Planned Parenthood videos, the strategy is to release one video, then wait to see if the targeted organization and its supporters will dig the hole deeper with a dishonest response, denial or coverup, then release more video that exposes the dishonesty of the response. This may not be as effective with Planned Parenthood as it was with ACORN because the leaders of PP may be a lot smarter than the leaders of ACORN, but it has worked before. PP did well by taking the whole day to "investigate" the matter, then denouncing and firing the skank in this video without trying to justify her in any way (a prompt but not knee-jerk response). They said they notified authorities immediately every other time a staff member was approached by the fake pimp, and that this worker was the one sorry exception. But they only know about the cases in which their staff members were not fooled. They won't know if any others were fooled until more video is released, because employees who do things like this certainly aren't going to tell their superiors about it.
We talked about this disgusting event at our weekly ministry meeting. Brandy Shiloh even said we should reinforce our employment standards and do background checks on every employer. We don't want these scum anywhere near our children.
