Sherrod: Breitbart Wants Blacks to Be Slaves Again

What she is SCREAMS so loudly that I can't really hear anything she is saying.

She tells a story of "conversion" to a group that is not interested in letting go of racism, (racism is their stock in trade). This group had no way of knowing that she was going to bring the story to a pivot point, during her speech, she seems awefully proud of how she had mistreated the white farmer who was "showing her he was superior to her" (does this sound like a post racial person at all, or someone paying lip service to the idea?)

This Group she was giving her speech to, an NAACP crow was laughing, and nodding approval at her recanting of how she mistreated and even cheated the white farmer, BEFORE they knew she was going to pivot the message to a positive one.

Anyone who ignores this is simply either a racist themselves, or a cynical political hack.

I was giving her the benefit of the doubt over her initial comments since the original clips were just that, clips. I wanted the full context of her speech. As this mess unfolded, the more I began to understand that Sherrod didn't have this great epiphany and the clips expressed her real views. After her Fox bashing as well as calling Fox and Brightbart racists, I knew for sure, she's little more than just another racist on the Left trying to deflect it onto the Right.

I'm probably going into conspiracy theory land but I really am starting to wonder if this whole episode wasn't a set-up from the start…

Andrew I hope you read this, you need to "out" whomever it was that leaked this video to you. This individual had the entire vid they got out to you in pieces they knew exactly what they were doing. We need to know who it is and find out all we can on them. Stop protecting this person Andrew, you were deceived! Just wondering, since Sherrod is thinking about suing Breitbart, can the Tea Party Movement bring a lawsuit against the congressmen who claimed they were called the N word 15 times. Due to their claims, the NAACP has labeled the Tea Party a racist movement. The media has repeated the congressmen's claims over and over with no proof whatsoever. I would love to have these congressmen testify under oath that their claims are true and see what proof they have.

If this incident teaches us anything, it's that we've become so conditioned to the racism of those who claim to be its victims that such doctored clips as the one that set off this firestorm are entirely believable.

I live and work in DC and have become very used to experiencing what used to be called "reverse racism," but which is now the "new racism," and I saw that clip as very representative of what goes on around here all the time.

Based on the blizzard of troll posts I've been seeing lately, it would seem that the hard left has mobilized its battalions of flying monkeys and has sent them forth through their sally port to wreak havoc (too strong: annoyance) upon the blogs of those of us who wish to exercise our First Amendment rights.

This seems to me to be yet another small bellwether that they are getting edgy about the possibility of a significant change come November.

In fact, I think they would be secretly happy about that. They're never more deliriously happy than when they can once again assume the mantle of the oppressed and powerless; it legitimizes in the rabbit warrens of their indecipherable minds their shrieking and wailing from the rooftops and soapboxes.

The worst thing we can do to them would be to begin solving the problems this country has kicked down the road for the last generation or two. I cannot imagine a hard lefty without something to gripe about. They would no longer have a reason for being.
