Now now. Don't give him too much credit. Individual leftists may score high on standardized tests, but the simple fact that they are leftists means that lack a certain capacity for common sense. Consequently, when a leftist does something as dumb as leaving behind a "paper"-trail of the musings from one of their viper's nests, it's just an example of leftists doing what they do best: being self-destructive.
I would think that all the sharing of information across numerous for-profit entities should raise a number of Intellectual Property (yes, I know it's oxy-moronic) and anti-trust issues. An interesting twist could be a RICO investigation. Terms that come to mind include: fraud, illegal aliens, terrorism, and "systematic pattern". It would be less of a reach than barry-oh defending his healthcare tax…
How dumb are these supposed smart people? They leave the proverbial trail of breadcrumbs linking them to their dastardly deeds in the form of emails, texts, lists and photos.

BTW, get a load of Charles Johnson on the NAACP tape (the Little Green Footballs dude, in case you've forgotten about him). He tried to say the Sherrod tape is just a bunch of hype. This, from a blogger who posted a video of a leftist getting booed when he crashed a Tea PArty protest, which Charles Johnson presented as "proof" the Tea Partiers were on the brink of getting violent. Yeah, Charles, that was eath-shattering evidence you presented there.
Charles Johnson is laughable. And his excusing of Sherrod's racism shows how seriously Charles Johnson treats racism. But it was always obvious that Little Green Footballs was attempting to smear conservatives and conservative groups and movements as "racist" because he's on a personal vendetta against his former friends. And my oh my is he jealous of Andrew Breitbart. Which is why, though I know that Little Green Footballs is in the dust-bin of blogosphere history now, I had to go check to see Charles Johnson's blood boiling over another Andrew Breitbart success. lol

Generically, a listserve is a software application that allows you to set up a group of email addresses so that any member of the group can send an email to the group address and it will be disseminated to all the individual email addresses. Common examples would be your local freecycle group, the PTA group email, etc.
I have a good feeling about what's about to happen here.

I heard Governor McDonnell announce last week that Virginia's budget is at a surplus. I know that our local school district cut 300 jobs and even our local library is closed on Thursdays and has removed positions. I'm glad we have a Conservative running VA again because I couldn't imagine some dumb liberal raising taxes right now when everyone is hurting.
