Clinton: President Obama has spoken out against the law because he thinks that the federal government should be determining immigration policy. And the Justice Department, under his direction, will be bringing a lawsuit against the act. But the more important commitment that President Obama has made is to try to introduce and pass comprehensive immigration reform. That is what we need. Everyone knows it, and the President is committed to doing it.

How can the Obama administration 'sue' Arizona, for enforcing what is already a FEDERAL law??? Is he willing to declare martial law in the USA to keep law enforcement from doing their sworn duty??? I would be willing to bet that the United States Military would refuse to draw down on the American public, just because Obama tells them to!

it would be nice instead of suing us over here in Arizona do something like use that money to replace the barbed wire fence that the illegals walk right through. I would also like to no who fronting the bill for this, is it coming from the clintons checkbook or obamas.

i was thinking maybe we could set up a sniper school along the border. it trains snipers for the war and it would cut down on illegals. along with all this Mexican pesident Calderon couldnt get mad at us because it the same thing he does, shoot all the drug dealers then arrest them.

obama & Co. are not going to sue Arizona or any other state over an Arizonian immigration laws. To do so would expose the Feds FAILURE TO ENFORCE EXISTING FEDERAL LAW. obama's immigration 'reform' would effectively eliminate both the border and immigration law. So, obama has both his CRISIS and BOGEYMAN as excuses to push URGENT changes.
Yeah I know…maybe we could start with politicians and see how that works on keeping their numbers down…
