Full Report: Breitbart and O’Keefe on ABC’s Good Morning America

Jorge' Snuffelufagus is hardly a journalist, I never liked his sliminess under Bubba and I like it even less now.

We need to insist that news outlets remove politicians from "journalism" positions in the media!

Opinions are one thing but allowing politicians to play "journalist" is quite another and we should all speak loudly again the advent of "official" news.

I usually have GMA on as I leave in the morning.

The usual greeting for these clowns is:

"Good Morning, Liberals…"

On a morning where they piss me off with some piece of crap story:

James and Andrew…way to stay on point. I can't believe (but perhaps I should) how many times Snufalumpolis tried to drag the conversation back to "…but you committed a crime" topic. WTF does he think ACORN was doing? What does he think padding a time sheet is? What does he think (fill in the blank) is? They are CRIMES that don't see the light of day under Snufalumpolis's brand of journalism. Rather than admit that the MSM missed the whole ACORN news and jump on the fact that a similar news event is unfolding around this CENSUS item, all he did was try to get you to 'admit' you had committed a crime (OMG…a misdemeanor!!!) on TV. That misdemeanor is a freaking Badge of Honor…wear it proudly…and keep up the great work James!!!

I agree that this is small potatoes but everyone I've talked to who is working for the Census reports the same thing. The Census is being very generous with their hours. I worked for the 1990 Census. While we were not efficient by private sector standards we were MUCH more efficient than the current count.
No government department will ever be efficient. They don't have to make a profit so they're not correctly motivated. I just wish they'd not waste too much money.

I would guess based on what they've done previously that there will be more to it. They would likely get much more ammo by actually working for them for a few weeks. Some of the stories that have come out from Census workers are pretty appauling.

Yes, it would be nice if they were more efficient with our money. But I don't begrudge these worker getting paid a full day while they are in training — even if the class ended a couple of hours early — even everyday.

We didn't get an 80 trillion dollar national debt because of little things like this.

Stephenopolis is such an apologist. He couldn't end that interview fast enough. I truly appreciate James O'Keefe an his fellow citizen journalists efforts, and their sacrifices, taking on the vile attacks of the corrupt to inform and inspire us.

George S. grilled O'Keefe as an advesary. He went into more research about O'Keefe's past than he did for Obama during the campaign. He pulled out the 'race' card. He pulled out an professor from O'Keefe's past that played into the activism aspect. He challenged O'Keefe on ACORN.

Stephanopolous was trying to get O'Keefe to give a sound bite. Personally, I think James O'Keefe did a great job.

I agree that the paid for less time during the training portion is not such a big deal, since there is the possibility of things dragging the session out. The cost of trying to adjust everyones time for the day probably exceeds the overpaid amount.

What really stands out in this segment is the attempt by Stephi to discredit O'keefe. It's actually pretty funny to see it happening while O'keefe keeps stating that "they will attempt to discredit the messenger", when someone reports things like this.

None of this is surprising, First, anything on MSM is bound to be just a bunch of liberals sittin' around talking. If someone other than a kool-aid drinker is a guest, there are usually one of two reasons: 1) The guest is a nominal conservative like David Brooks, to provide a facade of balance on the show. 2) The guest was invited for an attempted shredding, as with O'Keefe.

Personally, if the "machine" is looking to shred him, a la Sarah Palin, that adds to O'Keefe's credibility as far as I'm concerned. The fact that they scrupulously avoid the substance of his findings to go after him personally implies he's on to something. He's trying to expose what they prefer to ignore or cover up, so of course there's little chance he'll receive a fair hearing anywhere on MSM.
