Now we have Rep. Phil Hare admitting that when it comes to health care “reform,” he doesn’t “worry about the Constitution”:

and then says:
"I don't worry about the constitution." in fact doesn't even know the difference between the constitution and the decleration of independence.
Phil Hare has intentionally broken his oath of office and should be impeached.

The look on his face when he realizes that he just said that on video tape is priceless, and then to be corrected a few seconds later on the differences between the Constitution and the Decleration of Independence is so unbelievable. I clapped my hands and yelled for my wife to come see this video. She was aw struck at Hare's audacity and obvious disdain for our founding documents. Hare was clearly flustered and unable to make a cogent point after that. Many kudos to the folks who got this video and confronted this man, great job!

Folks, I just heard today on local talk radio that a stealth tax was inserted into the bill at the last minute. It charges EVERY Amercian $150- $250 a month, regardless of pay scale, in order to fund Grandma and Grandpa going to the nursing home. It was a pet project of ol' Teddy. Anyone heard of this?

Not sure if this is it but I believe upcoming ( end of year or beginning of next) that your employers are supposed to deduct this amount to cover a long term care insurance policy for YOU. You are supposed to have the choice to opt out but you will have to know about it first.

If the SCOTUS does rule this bill is unconstitutional then every elected official that said something like this, or fought to have the case quashed before getting to the SCOTUS should be impeached on the grounds they knowingly violated their oath.
