Oddly my take is just the opposite, has it really been five years already?
The amount of information the politicians DO NOT want you to see, is on YouTube…:) That just makes me all warm and fuzzy inside…you can hear the lies from their OWN mouths!!! Thank God for YouTube!
You tube has liberal bias.. I've seen many anti-right videos in there
There are videos of all political persuasions on YouTube. There does seem to be a rather inconsistent editorial practice in place which favors the lefty side, though. There also seems to be phalanxes of political groupies working to "mark as inappropriate" certain videos, such as those which portray Israel in a positive light WRT the Israel-"Palestinian" conflict.
Then there was the recent censoring of the video shown school children practicing a song of praise to our Omaximum Leader…
I wish I'd thought of it.

You Tube, like many things, is a mixed bag. Sure, there's rubbish on YouTube, but there's also a lot that we'll never see in the MSM,print or electronic. That it works to expose mendacity and duplicity in 'the political class' makes me soooooooooo happy! In that case, YouTube is a blessing !

YouTube has acquired the nickname JihadiTube or JihadTube because of it's ongoing policy to permit terrorist/terrorist-wannabe groups to post sick, violent, islamist videos and anti-Western terrorist propaganda online.
Best thing about Youtube is it has helped expose who the REAL terrorists are in the Middle East. The MSM is practically run by Israel and you NEVER see this sort of truthful portrayal of Israelis:

i.e. I am on video, therefore I exist.
And after 5 years I as a rural American, still cannot watch YouTube videos, due to slow connection speed,
unless I am willing to put up a dish, costing me over $1200/ yr. Yes I am a tight-wad.
Don't see any reason why you can't. It works ok on a 56k modem. What is your actual connection speed?

Like mining for gold or diamonds, you have to sift through a lot of trash, but when you find that nugget, that gem, the video that clarifies, or hilarifies (yeah, fake word!) it is worth it. Especially since it is so easy to share.

Well, we're just old fogeys! lol! It seems like just yesterday to me as well. I'll never own a cell phone and I don't trust Twitter or Facebook. Maybe I'm just a throwback…but I know how to live without any of this crap! Facebook THAT! LoL!
