Hello. I just moved to the Miami area. I am looking for a solid company to help me with a refinance. I purchased the house from a short sale and had to do business over the phone because I was living in Az. I dont think that I got a good deal. My interest rate in now 6.99 percent. I think that I can refinance and get a much better deal. Please point me in the right direction.

By taking a play from the Socialist playbook, the easiest way to bring the party system down is to cause it to impload. The easiest way to do that is the start voting in non-incumbents no matter their party. The smaller the candidates election campaign war chest and contributor list the better. By voting in non-incumbents who have no or little ties to special interests, it will take time for these newly elected politicians to create relationships that enable them to get their "cut of the action". By the time they get that arranged, a new election cycle will be starting. Then you vote them out, and vote back in a new non-incumbent. It might take a couple of election cycles, we might end up with politicians that will focus on their duties to truly "serve the people" to keep their elected position and their job. Meanwhile, we the voters vote them out anyway.

Before you start to crow about how proud a nation we are, I am suggesting that you might take a little time and read our history. I do not know your S.A.T. therefore I will not tell you where to start. But I had books sent to me from England by a friend. You would be surprise EDDIE SAULS

From what I deduce from your greeting, I know you do not know your elbow from your wrist, never mind knowing anything about the BOSTON TEA PARTY, let me tell what you do not know, you do not know how many people participated in the over throwing of the tea, and I know you do not know that the people that unloaded the tea was hired hands, in other words they were poor people like you, as time pass the list got longer, when initially there were
only 32 people that really participated. EDDIE
