A Nobel Peace prize, an Academy Award, a temporary fixation on a bogus issue and hundreds of millions of dollars to Al because of all this, are small prices to pay to keep this man away from the levers of real power. Al’s father ultimately expressed remorse for his efforts to block the Civil Rights Act, perhaps Al the Lesser will one day atone for his own ‘inconvenient’ sins.

Al Gore is a walking joke, sadly, too many people take him seriously. I took one look at that picture and had to laugh. What was he saying at the moment he took this photo? I'm guess it was something along the lines of "Don't shoot! I admit it!" because he thought people had finally gotten wise and were read to arrest him for participating in this massive hoax. Then his schizophrenia receded and he remembered he's in Obama's new world order.
Oh no wait, got a better one. Perhaps he was telling a story about his childhood, how he never protested that his family was making wealth from tobacco farming. It was not until he was "ten" years old he tried to tell his dad to get into solar power or at least ethanol from corn. That's just his kind of whopper tale.
Nope, chances are he's painting a picture of icebergs melting while the seven seas suddenly turn into bubbling pools of acid, and pleasant coastal tourist traps all over the east coast are swallowed up forever. Course, you can't call him a demagogue, he's a "scientist"!

I've seen similar charts in college, they were often used to help explain why man, as a species, moved through out the Earth & why we see groups of civilizations pop up then disappear. They were also used to show the effects of periods of either a large volcanic eruption like Krakatoa eruptions in 1883 or the several smaller eruptions by several different volcanoes.

If we can get enough half-wits into the Republican Party to build a whole-wit, maybe they'd realize they're losing the PR war. Most everyone has heard the words climate change, climategate, cap and trade, keynesian economics, health care takeover, etc, but since they get their "news" from the old media, they don't have a clue about the truth. They're barely concepts to a spoon fed public. They need a new diet.
The Republicans have the money and muscle to start a media blitz campaign on network and cable TV, full page ads in major papers calling out the progressives on their own turf. Money talks. Especially if the media needs the ad revenue. When they try to debate in these media, they just get shouted down, usually by the moderator. Hell, they don't even utilize talk radio to it's potential and it used to be a friendly audience. The details need to be explained in sound bytes the average public can absorb and assimilate. It's got to get personal.
It's time Americans took the fight to progressives in their own hood and put them on the defensive.

I remember that idiot on stage making a speech once (his presidential campaign, I think), where he was saying, "Everything that should be DOWN is UPPPPPPPP; and, everything that should be UP is DOWNNNNNN."
At the same time, he was making motions with his hands, up and down, so the audience would be sure not to miss his point. The whole time, too, he spoke in that whiny, pedantic tone that is more suitable for teaching a third-grade class. He's like all the lefties, thinks he's a preacher/teacher and can do no wrong. Obama's the same damned way, speaking of a "teachable moment."

Conservative public service media releases might be used to educate the public about how they are being misused by the present regime. They could also begin to frame the narrative for 2010 and 2012. MSM is a dark, black hole. Public service ads (or political advocacy spots) would serve to fill the gap. Imagine: "Democrats have refunded a national crime syndicate that assists importation and sex enslavement of 14 year olds." This is indeed a target-rich environment.
