Interesting how they targeted Jackson Hewitt and not H & R Block or Liberty Tax. H&R Block is the largest firm so you'd expect them to test them too. They could have seen the same results if they visited enough of the Block stores. Everyone knows that all these chains push the RAL's hard.
Seeing that the H & R Block CEO was a speaker at an ACORN event, I'm very suspicious of the motivation of this sting.
