Whatever Became of ACORN’s ‘Internal Investigation’?
by PubliusOn September 29th, when ACORN is under full public scrutiny in the aftermath of the undercover video sting, it announced with great fanfare that it was launching a thorough and independent review of its operations. It named Scott Harshbarger, former Massachusetts Attorney General, to head up this review.

Mr. Harshbarger promised to release preliminary findings of his review at the end of October. Monday is the end of November and his preliminary findings don’t seem any closer to release.
Still, ACORN has recently filed suit against the federal government to restore its federal funding. And just this week, Eric Holder’s Justice Department issued a ruling saying federal agencies could ignore Congressional bans on funding and could continue to pay ACORN for existing contracts.
Sounds like ACORN is tying to go back to ‘business-as-usual.’ So, whatever became of that review? And, why are we the only ones asking that question?

Remember the ethics probes, there are no further investigation into the 28 ethics probes that were being done in Congress. There is no further information about the Countrywide VIP Mortgages that were handed out. As of Dec 1, http://www.americanparchment.com is suppose to do some more investigation into these probes and find out what is happening to these investigations, wait to find out what they have with what they are calling "31 Corrupt Politicians in 31 Days." I wonder if they will cover ACORN or their connection to certain politicians in Congress.
The reason is obama .The Justice dept. is going to fund acorn as anounced today.Obama was the lead attorney for acorn and defended them when they prosted banks for not giving loans to low income people .a lot of those people were given loans that they could not afford and some were even on unemplyement.Does anyone wonder why the banks got in trouble and we have to suffer for that .People like Barny frank and chris Dodd put through laws to enable these bad loans to help those pooor people .Just saying

We are in deep debt, and with more spending in the works may well bankrupt this once great nation. No one in the congress seems to care. Stripping 5 billion from Medicare will accelerate that programs demise as well. I am a 78 year old senior who remembers when this country had leaders who were cabable of telling the truth and doing the right thing. That no longer is the case. Amazed that more people do not see the problem like many of us have.

The decision to continue funding this crooked group atrocious. I wonder how many of the investigators listed have ties with the group? Why is ACORN not being investigated by the GAO (government accounting office). One would think that receiving my tax dollars would put them under the scrutiny of the GAO.
I am not a lawyer, and I don't want to be one. Is there any way a group of citizens could file a class action lawsuit against the politicians currently in office? Basically I think the American people have the right to know anything and everything about the people that are supposed to be working for us. Their political ties, finances, who they worked for prior to becoming a politician, how they became politicians (I don't mean votes), and who helped them get to where they are. I think we would find that many of the politicians are just puppets on a string. Could we file a class action lawsuit against ACORN and force them to open their books to the public since they get public funds? Quite frankly, if ACORN does not want to be open and transparent then all public funding should stop. Let them earn the money by donations. I saw a TV interview with Breitbart, O’Keefe and Giles just a few days ago regarding the current lawsuits. Breitbart stated that they would release all of the videos to the Justice Department if they promised to investigate and prosecute ACORN and not try to sweep it all under the rug. Brietbart and company are being rather above-board with their info when it pertains to the specific ACORN offices already under scrutiny. I don’t blame them for holding back their ammo on other offices, but give them praise for what they’re doing. They are doing what our goverment entities shoiuld have been doing all along instead of blindly allowing ACORN so many funding opportunities.

With the two men in Northern Philadelphia who blocked the polling place, (one with a night stick) with intimidation tactics not being prosecuted here some 13 months later, I have to wonder? Did this send a message it was ok to those who would do this?
It is a Federal Offense, a Felony, to obstruct the Voting process right? Some people will not tolerate this kind of intimidation… ANYWHERE… So I wonder what will happen when the intimidators meet those who will take it to them and challenge, THEM? (Sad to say I have that last line right…) I wonder if it will be the ones blocking the polling places or those who stand up for their right to vote that gets beat down by the National Guard? We shall see if it is those who show those who break the law or those who expose the law breakers are the criminals… Any guesses who is going to be arrested????????

There will be a full healthcare bill passed with full funding for abortion and public options. It is there, some where in the garbage pile they call the Health Care Bill…
This has to happen even if the Democrat’s Savior and Chief has to threaten the safety of those who resist his will with their families well being, ie their continuing to work in the Federal Government…

ATTENSION AMERICANS… Be camera ready come December, 2010 and 2012… and save a copy of all tapes that will be requested by the FBI to be sent to them… Keep that tape for future use because the tapes you have sent in will never be viewed by the public and the blame will be left on those who fight back, against the repression of those who will suppress American voting rights…
Oh and the 2012 presidential election will have the National Guard called out to reside over the voting places with very strict orders.

Ok… (Not that you asked me to…lol) I’ll go out on a limb here… No worries, I can’t lose with this prediction…
I predict today that the Healthcare bill WITH the public option will be passed into law by a simple majority of between 51 and 60 votes of the Senate.
There is no doubt that the House of Representatives is already bought and paid for and their passage of this take over of American Healthcare is in the bag.

Yup it was so blatantly obvious even then… Sad to say… I had it right then and I have it right in the above posts.
Now it's going to BREEZE thru the house again and will become the law of the land… A sad day for freedom… I suggest the Democrats of the Senate and Congress make their best plays to steal as much money as possible from America before their respective coming elections… Life for them is going to become very difficult out here in the real world… We as Americans are learning that if Communism is ignored it will win… You who demolished America will be facing a very disgruntled American public who are not likely to forget your slap in the face any time soon!!!
