I had tandoori chicken at an Indian Restaraunt for Thanksgiving, its hard to get Turkey in Tokyo (Im about 12 ahead of the US).
about 12 hours that is.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone, including the staff at BG and BH, and especially the astute, sometimes brilliant commenters. This Thanksgiving, my gratitude goes all over the map:
To Andrew Breitbart, for the foresight to know that BG and BH were viable entities;
To Giles and O'Keefe, for providing A.B. a splashy entrance (their bravery is heartbreakingly beautiful);
To the unknown hacker/whistleblower who "stole" the Hadley CRU records;
To Mark Steyn, Charles Krauthammer and others who tell us one truth after another;
To Barack Obama, for failing to observe even a modicum of decency in his approach to governance.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! My two favorite holidays are Thanksgiving and Independence Day… I think because they both are still about the same thing that they were intended to be about. Not really commercialized in a way that detracts from their true significance.
We have a traditional Thanksgiving here just like my parents and grand parents did it. Over the last 25 years I have mastered my Great Grandmother's stuffing recipe and just got the turkey in the Nesco roaster. House smells wonderful! Kids are watching the parade and coming in over and over asking if it is time to baste the turkey yet. It just doesn't get any better than this!
I am truly thankful for living in the United States of America. Hope you all have a bountiful holiday surrounded by family and friends.
In honor of ACORN and all my Cajun Friends in Louisiana, I'm having a special treat this Thanksgiving. Turduckin.
Happy Thanksgiving to all. We have a lot to be thankful for even though many don't have the means to celebrate this day with a lavish feast. We still live in a free country and I'm especially thankful for the fact that so many Americans have woken up to the fact that this country is being hijacked under our nose. This in itself is something to celebrate because now we can do the right thing.
While many Americans have no food on the table, no shelter and no job, the WH has a lavish Hollywood state dinner probably costing enough money to feed all the homeless in this country. I am thankful for this profound stupidity and other stupidities because the people are finally realizing the truth that this USERPER is out to destroy them.
I am thankful that in 2012, I will be gloriously thankful on this day.

The Air Force flights providing air cover
The Coast Guard vessels on post
The firefighters waiting for the tones to drop
The Medics waiting for their next dispatch
The Law Enforcement Officers cruising with a watchful eye
The Hospital medical staffs that are taking care of those in need
And to all who are working or volunteering to work today to make our lives just a little more comfortable, convenient & safe.

As much as I look forward to a traditional Thanksgiving, where we as a blessed nation give thanks for all that we have in both achievement and treasure, I see the continuous bombardment of the commercial forces pushing Black Friday. Businesses not only advertise to out do each other by opening early on Black Friday with door-busting sales at 4 AM, some are now encroaching on Thanksgiving Day itself to upstage their competition. I implore Americans who feel heartfelt thanks for the bounty of this life and land, celebrate Thanksgiving by giving thanks for what we have and act on raising the lives of those less fortunate. Bah Black Friday!

I regret that I must consider BHO my enemy. I believe in comity and the love of our fellow man, but this person has set himself apart,. He has no humility or earnestness, and he set his hand against us first. We have no choice as to how we regard him. He left us no choice. You are so right about his children. We Conservatives have never attempted to make issues of his children (unlike the other side, who continually make references to the families of public figures who happen to be Conservative).
