I heard Breitbart tell Eric Holder with no holds barred that he would release the rest of their tapes before elections next year if Holder doesn't start a legitimate and clean investigation.Every time you think the dust is settling they fire the next cannon shot.

Republicans and Independents should be going to microphones in droves to put public pressure on Democrats to OK this request for justice. But don't hold your breath waiting for Democrat support. ACORN and its cohort SEIU
have donated hundreds of millions to Democrats and those Democrats have rewarded ACORN and SEIU with taxpayers' funds, friendly legislation, and closed eyes and ears to the corruption involved. I suggest a law be passed which requires a lifetime prison sentence, without parole, for anyone caught in election fraud.

Please please pleasez hide your files, back them up. We wouldn't want all the unreleased videos to go missing. I'm pretty sure B and team is smart enough to hide them all… but how ez would it be for the white house to try and destroy them. I disagree with her on global warming but there were adds running 24-7 (must have cost millions) about "green jobs" in an area with 12% unemployment. I am sure those adds forced her to do it. Btw, people should really take a good hard look at those "green jobs".

The investigator on that case was on his way to a key hearing, and got fired, in transit by cell phone "Resign or be fired in one hour." Sound familiar? The Americorps investigator got treated to the same dance: get close to the truth and get fired. This protection racket is systemic in this administration and it has surfaced in at least one investigation.
Since Obama is so closely allied with SEIU and there is tape to prove it, sadly, nothing will be done by Holder and/or the DOJ.

Both Barry and Holder have publicly tried KSM, pronouncing him GUILTY. That, alone, makes it possible for KSM's lawyers to get the trial dismissed and KSM to walk free.
Since the military tribunal was already in midtrial, does double indemnity come into play, because this is a "new" trial?
I'm not a lawyer, but I bet that there are a multitude of reasons that KSM's lawyers can and will pull out, to get him off.
