Memo to the Columbia Journalism Review – Webster's has all kinds of definitions, including one for "blackmail". Do yourself a favor and look up the actual meaning of words before you use them in a short, knee jerk reaction, hit piece.

As my hero, Mark Levin, has stated repeatedly, "taking our party back and rolling back the agenda of the left is going to take time and we have to be as resolute as they have. One step at a time. I made a bunch of phone calls to congressmen for the first time in my life in the last couple months, and I drove half a day to the Tea Party protest at the Capital before the House voted on Health Care a few weeks ago.

I told my wife one day that I couldn't stand complaining and not doing anything anymore, and I drove up to DC. It was a pretty amazing experience, and my wife, who is not politically minded at all, was very proud of me.

A couple more thoughts – Breitbart has put a nakedly partisan choice in front of AG Holder – the role of the AG should be, at least in some tiny measure, independent of the political calculations of a partisan administration.

The suggestion that more – and potentially more widely damaging – videos will be held for next year's election forces the AG to act in some way that can be viewed as an effort to protect fading Democrat prospects at the next poll.

To date, the administration – including Holder's office – has kept their refractory blankets tucked over their heads, waiting for the flames to pass. Breitbart's basically now offering suffocation as an alternative to immolation.

You know, I really fear for Andrew because this administration doesn't play by the rules. Need Proof? Look at how they took Jack Ryan out in the Illinois Senate Race by opening his divorce records and finding something bad about him. Because Divorce records almost never contain lies, right? Syntax_game – I'll give you credit for posting your opinions in this forum, and thank you for reminding everyone that there is much work to be done in order to expose the fact that there are many people out there that don't understand that neither party has the countries best interest in mind.

It's a good feeling when your vote helps the lesser of the two evils win an election, but considering the economic state/direction of our country isn't it time to start seeing (or wondering if) the outcome as a negative rather than a positive.

What you've described isn't blackmail — but I would question how ethical it would be. If I had proof that my co-worker was not doing his job, my boss would want to know immediately. Withholding that information until his review borders on unethical behavior, and it also robs my boss of an opportunity to confront him with the information prior to the review.

Of course, in my company (and probably most corporations in America), my boss could fire the underperforming co-worker at any time after some set number of written warnings. And, by withholding that information until the review, I've probably robbed my boss of the opportunity to serve those warnings prior to the review, and have thus served to delay his firing.

All of that said, I support what these guys are doing. But, I question the ethics of whithholding information until it's most politically damaging. Obama can actually fire Holder at any time — but he won't. Even if this information is so damaging that the Republicans re-take the House, what does that accomplish? Obama is still in office and is still surrounded by his hand-picked Marxists, Communists, Tax Cheats, and Crooks. (In other words, Holder is still employed.)

If we want our entire democratic process to be driven by the latest scandal (released in timely fashion 30 days prior to an election), we will condone the withholding of this information. To me, however, it seems way too much like the scandals which were publicized prior to the Democrats retaking the House & Senate in 2006. I, for one, do not wish to see our political process degenerate to a two-year cycle of "who can release the biggest scandal". I'd prefer to see our Conservative Ideas and Ideals secure the victory in 2010 (and beyond)!

Most people (IMO) that read the the Constitution view it as a reference book rather than what I would euphimistically call a Non Fiction Novel. You can not logically read a novel out of order. You would miss too many critical bits of information that make the story worth reading. The Constitution must be read from the beginning to understand why it says what it does at the end. Besides the Bible, our Constitution is the greatest story ever told. Each part compliments the next. If any one part is taken out or changed it becomes just Fiction. The Founding Fathers viewed each part as immutable and mandatory to the survivability of the whole.

By letting the Goverment and MSM change what they don't like, we are changing the story of our history and our future.
