Union and Whistleblower Complaint Documents SEIU Ballot Fraud

Today’s Wall Street Journal and Fresno Bee report that SEIU engaged in illegal threats, ballot-tampering, and other serious violations of election rules during a June union election for 10,000 homecare providers in Fresno, according to voters and union staff who worked for SEIU during the election and have now come forward.
A sworn declaration from an SEIU whistleblower says that senior SEIU officials instructed organizers to violate election rules during the mail-in, secret-ballot vote, and then destroyed evidence of the violations. Statements from two former SEIU staff and several homecare providers were recently submitted to the California Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) as evidence accompanying a request to overturn the election results.
Among the illegal tactics reported:
- SEIU staff tampered with workers’ ballots, by voiding the ballots of workers who marked their ballot for NUHW, and by collecting ballots directly from workers’ mailboxes.
- Senior SEIU officials instructed staff to handle ballots in violation of election rule, and advised staff on how to do so in a way that was legally deniable.
- SEIU organizers threatened Latino caregivers that SEIU would “call immigration” and have them deported in retaliation unless they voted for SEIU.
- SEIU officials instructed staff to threaten and lie to voters that they would lose their wages, their health insurance, and even their jobs unless they voted for SEIU.

Home health care workers in CA are a fraud set up by the legislature to create more Union jobs and essentially buy votes. If you stay at home and take care of a disabled family member, the state makes you a "health care worker" unionizes you, and then pays you a salary courtesy of the CA taxpayers.
Based on the number provided in the article, 1 out of every 100 people in Fresno are paid by the state to sit at home and take care of their family members. To get this great deal, all they have to do is pay the unions their due. Why bother to get a real job?

Some of the NUHW complaints were filed in July, and this story was reported in the WSJ on November 12. This is another example of an important story going nowhere. I hope BigGov can ramp this one up.

Being a former SEIU member, these people are used as “pawns.” To serve as a means to an end. The union doesn’t give a damn about you personally, all they want is your dues. As far as being able to “do nothing” -I think there is enough damning information out there to start the Impeachment process. I expect these whistleblowers to be beaten up and audited, not neccessarily in that order.
The problem is that most union members don't understand Labor Law and you need to be a lawyer to understand what laws the unions are breaking or do a lot of reading. As far as I know the Justice Dept. has nothing to do with these kinds of cases, it is the Department of Labor/Public Employment Relations Board at the state level. The unions are breaking the law all over the place (my personal opinion and experience) but they lie and expect that the members won't figure it out. This case is union on union, so they've got the money to lawyer up. The laws governing unions are bad in my opinion. They favor the union over the members and once a union gets into your workplace, you've got a lot of work to do to get them out.

Someone mentioned the "untraceable " credit card donations" to the Obama campaign. There's also his college writings. These are the things that worry me. The simple statement that he would have our utilities skyrocket should have been enough to lose him the election. The dust has cleared now, and somewhere, someone, must know something. It's hard to believe now-a-days that anything is really untraceable. People have got to start digging. Harder.
