Real Americans are and forever will be honored by your committment to this country, the battles fought and the lives lost to protect the freedoms of suppressed people worldwide. We are in awe of your service to the people of the United States and apologize deeply and sincerely for the commander-in-chief many saddled you with. Whatever keeps you going please remember that the GREAT majority of Americans appreciate your efforts. It may not seem like you have friends in this country–having to deal with an administration that offers little moral or physical support; an administration that seems to care little what our OWN military needs versus our what our traditional enemies require.
Sometimes it must be hard to understand. Sometimes it must bring your morale down. But please, please remember even at lowest points that the AMERICAN people stand by you. We support and pray for you. We are proud of you. We love you and your commitment to our safety.

Living in San Clemente we get used to the Camp Pendleton's schedule. About half of the base Marines had Monday off and all are off tomorrow for Veteran's Day. I realize they train intensely between deployments but they all should have just had the week off.

You are correct Cowboy…our Solders and Marines are in a no win situatuon, especially with NO-Bama not supporting them. My son in law is now in Iraq again…I got 1 email from him when he was still in Kuwait. I worry for him and all our troups……____We need a leader not a campaigner.

Hang in there. You're not alone.
This video made my coffee curdle in my stomach and the sound of his voice makes me want to retch. Plus the knowledge that the enemy within has a free pass because of this userper is appalling. Now we will spend millions of tax dollars psychoanalyzing the Fort Hood murderer, he will get a free pass as a Muslim and sit in some institution spreading more jihad on a laptop.
In the 1980's there were only 100,000 Muslims in this country and now there are over 9,000,000. The reproduction rate is astounding and for every caucasion baby born, there are 9 muslim babies born. While we abort babies, the Muslims consider birth an honor and tribute to their fake Allah.
There is something wrong with our politicians and so-called leaders that have allowed CAIR such tribute and have allowed over 380 Jihadists training camps to flourish on our soil. We the people need to re-examine our priorities and focus on what needs to be done to save this country.
We can never thank our Troops enough for Liberty & Freedom. Lets hope we can preserve it. Everyone needs to get off the sofa and turn off the TV and become involved and politically active if you wish to SAVE OUR GREAT REPUBLIC. Do nothing, You say Yes, If you ACT YOU SAY, HECK NO!!! Well, I cant, O Yes You Can! Join the Tea Partyers, they will inspire you, get a list of Congress, google, call, email, flood them with faxes. Get Politically organized, It will make you feel like you have input in the process, you will feel great. You may not always be on the winning side but you can say I FOUGHT FOR WHAT WAS RIGHT, I Fought for MY COUNTRY.

At the end of the day, I simply wish that Americans would stop being afraid. Unlike in the 80's, when we were full of optimism, these days we analyze the heck out of every potential public policy beforehand, not realizing that none of us can foretell the future. My case in point: the HC reform. Let it happen. If it doesn't work, repeal it and go back to the drawing board. After all, this has always been the American way.
