More Union Violence: State Worker Beat Up At SEIU Meeting
by PubliusFrom CBS 13 in Sacramento:

A state worker is recovering after a bloody brawl at a union hall. He says members of the local SEIU 1000 beat him up and sent him to the hospital all because he wanted to expose allegedl corruption within the union.
Ken Hamidi is a state worker at the California Franchise Tax Board. Last night he walked into a union hall in Sacramento for an SEIU local 1000 meeting.
“We had every right to be here, very simple; it wasn’t anything private or anything exclusive,” said Hamidi.
But Hamidi says the union members did not want him there.
“Three, four people jumped at me, wrestled with me, then did all that,” said Hamidi. “I was covered in blood and then over to the emergency room.”
Photos of Hamidi in the hospital show him bloodied from the brawl. So why did this happen? Besides being a state worker, Hamidi says he’s an unpaid reporter for a cable access show and a vocal critic of the SEIU. He calls the state workers’ union corrupt.
“This is a union hall that is leased and is being furnished and equipped and everything with our money,” said Hamidi.
Hamidi says he came to the hall to expose how he says SEIU union leaders are spending tens of thousands of dollars on a political race, he claims, they have no right to do. After he and a photographer walked in to the meeting, it didn’t take long for Hamidi to be right out the door and on his way to the hospital.

Do NOT lose sight as to who the commander of these thugs is…. Refresh your history about Germany in 1933…
Obama's BROWNSHIRTS. Have you yet to hear a denouncing WORD ABOUT THIS ATTACK OR THE PREVIOUS ATTACKS by the liar-in-chief ? OR his minions ? The silence is deafening…..
"No criminal charges have been filed."
OK, why have no criminal charges been filed? If this happened as stated, the attack on Hamidi was a battery, which is a crime. Why wasn't it reported as such and, if reported, why were no criminal charges filed? If Hamidi attempted to file a complaint and police officers refused to follow up, what reason was given? Were the police officers "sympathetic" to the SEIU? If so, they need a reason for taking the side of the aggressors; if they have no reasonable explanation, they're complicit.
If Hamidi didn't file a complaint, why not? It would certainly lend more credibility to his assertions about SEIU, while just taking his lumps and letting it drop seems counterproductive and, frankly, not too convincing.
Yep, Elvis…. Could not agree more. I was a Tier One manufacturer for the auto industry for a couple decades. I sold the corporation to a large oil company in 1983…got out when I saw things beginning to tumble. GM and Chrysler got what they deserved for poor management. Ford exercised superior judgement during the "takeover" . All Americans should support Ford for their decision. Let GM and Chrysler go down the tube. It will cost us taxpayers less in the longer run.

These parasites are killing California. 250k a year for prison guards and 110k for janitors. My mother, sister and 2 brothers have left this state. Working poor are crushed paying for our state government leaches.
AMERICANS WERE REAL SMART TO ELECT THESE THUGS! Didn't they after all contribute a lot of money to the democrats! VOTERS ELECTED THESE THUGS!!!!
The story seems to be lacking some much needed information and currently sounds more like a press release than a news story. Granted we're dealing with a news outlet reporting it, a CBS affiliate no less. There just isn't enough information for me to go on based on what's presented. Such a story normally would have comments from the police and witnesses and other information to make it sound a bit more credible than it is coming out as.
I wouldn't put it past the union to use thuggery. I live in a union stronghold area and know what they can be like however I also have seen attempts in the past by individuals who were perpetrating a hoax to try and expose corruption. I need more information before I can take sides in this one. Right now, without any charges being filed, not knowing if a complaint was filed, no police statement and no witnesses other than Hamidi's photographer, it has a slight odor to it.
I agree Dave, without more info the guy could be guilty of trespass. While I despise Unions, or what they have come to represent, you can not just walk in anywhere you want and not leave when told to do so.
Why doesn't the guy press charges?
Why doesn't he take his story to national news and tell them the story — ask for witness
protection if he is indeed armed with facts?
However, the victim of the St Louis SEIU beating, has still not gone to court. . .that was on
tape and witnessed.
Something is not right. Time to drain the Obama swamp and the thugocracy he is instilling.
SEIU – beating. Sort of symbolic of 0's politics dontcha think?
If we ever get the chance at governing again, we must have the stomach render the SEIU geldings. If they exist ,even as a rump of a remnant, they can come back. The same holds true for ACORN. Their existence must cease.
Just call it Amtrax 2 and 3 – Billions will be thrown down the hole !!!! For the sake of the people (not unions)
yea … right ….
Could this be the same Ken Hamidi that was fighting Intel Corporation after he was fired? Do a little research on Ken Hamidi (he has his own website) and draw your own conclusions on what really motivates this character.
What's the big dealio? It's just UNION goons doing what they do best. It is the nature of the beast. It is about time for regular decent folk to figure it out, once and for all. Quite frankly, anything that needs a UNION to hide behind, has a psycological flaw, a flawed self esteem.
Could this be the same Ken Hamidi that harassed Intel for years after he was fired? If so check out Ken Hamidi's website ( link below) and draw your own conclusion on Mr. Hamidi's state of mind.

Unions, gangs -aka- people who don't have the balls to stand up for themselves.
Ya know, I've been thinking. UNIONs have always used the iron fist of fear and retaliation for their intimidating methods. Whether it be on the community organizing level, through lower, middle and upper management, right down to the enforcers and street thugs.
If UNIONs were truly committed, they would go out and start recruiting Muslim males, with anger issues……..
That deserves a martini…cheers.
Probably because they told him they will cut off his thingamajigs and kill his family. Chicago style and I don't blame him for being scared.
Do I hear those wheels turning Cowboy?
Contemplating the easiest ways to clean up the neighborhood, with the minimum dollars expended and the maximum impact. Might I suggest enrolling militant muslims for crowd control, and issuing them each a suicide vest. It just might work.
On a serious note, here we go again; nobody will attempt to call a spade a spade. I am tired of hearing that Islam is a peaceful religion. It is not a religion. It is a cult; founded by one of the original Community Organizers. A two bit con man, crook, thug and pedophile: Muhammed. I do not need a reporter telling me that how I think and feel is wrong.
Right now, Muslims are about as high on my list as Barrack Obama, the CON-gress, ACORN and the SEIU. They are all two bit thugs.
Marry me.. I adore Conservative women…..rare..:)
I'll have to get Sarah Palin's blessing first..lolol
No charges were filed because cops are union. The folks at city hall are mostly union.
This is nothing new.
Even the UFT used goons to threaten physical harm to teachers and principals, who wouldn't comply with what the union ordered them to do and yes, they did even beat up oldish women, back in the mid 1960s.
Union thuggery is and always has been part of every union.
I’m fortunate enough to live, and run my business in a right to work state. I’ve also had the misfortune to have to deal with unions from time to time. If you look at a map of America, and map the basket cases, failed states, they all have one undeniable fact in common, they are heavily unionized, in blue states. This, like so many screwed up things in this country, it’s all coming to coming to a head. Live by the sword…
The chicago mob doesn't like it when you question their orders. Now that Obama the muslim is power in the Whoite House they want to get as much pwoer as possible as fast as possible and we the people are standing in their way! Obama will cliam that he knows nothing about it but the number guest at the White House is the head of SEIU. what a coincidences. DId talk to Emanuel the butcher or haow about Axelrod the destoryer! Their Obama the gretas right hand hench men. This administration is corrupt to the core and we the people need to throw the bums out and in prison most of them fo rackateering and running a croiminal enter prise. Some sent those goons there and that soemone I'm am sure is connected to Obama somehow, which means he's just guilty. Of course he'll claim, I did not have those people beat! Sure Bill-but he won't call for an investigation or prosecution of the thugs because that would lead to him! Wake up America! Save our country!
"No criminal charges have been filed in this case."
FILE THEM!
kcra.com has a video news story of the incident. http://www.kcra.com/news/21545402/detail.html
Thank you, darling…and the same to you….
I will be awaiting her approval…:)
As Cowboy Logic and others pointed out above, this is just what unions do.
On the other hand, society has a vested interest in punishing the union thugs for their criminal acts.
On yet another hand, our national government is packed with pro-union thugs, so that ain't gonna happen.
get a room, you two…
This man, knowing he wasn't liked, should have had police escort to that meeting. If he felt he was in danger it is the duty of the police to ensure the peace as well as this man's rights. Conversely I don't see how he would expect to glean anything useful if he knows he will be recognized. They need to investigate SEIU immediately.
Street thug tactics by Obama White House. Looking more like his hero, Hugo Chavez, every day.
The Kenny Gladney beat down came one day after Obama sent out the "hit them (protesters) back twice as hard edict."
.
Union thugs. Every member of SEIU is a thug.
Don't the SEIU members care that their fees are not being spent on collective bargaining but instead being handed over to politicians?
I Don't know who I find more foolish, those with Obama bumper stickers or the stickers that say "Live Better, Work Union". They are all a bunch of mindless twits in my honest opinion.

That would mean RICO prosecutions and politicians willing to back up the prosecutors.
Typically it is impossible to find just who in the crowd was responsible for the beating when everyone there is corrupt enough to cover it up. In the case of the guy beaten for selling flags the police had not been able to pinpoint to perp the last I checked. But you can bet he bragged to his union cronies about it.
What is it with the SEIU and guys named Ken?
