I say force everyone of you who posts on this topic to reveal whether their health insurance is via their government employer or from the state local or federal government. There are more BSers on this topic than ever. When I ask folks face to face who share the same opinions I see here, they typically waltz a bit, look at the ground and shut their pie holes, because MOST PEOPLE IN KITSAP COUNTY have at least some govt support for their health insurance. I have had some BSers insist that their Medicare was not via the Government. Scheeeesh. And I would like to see one of you call me a communist face to face.

They are abusing the Constitution of the United States by illegally voting on this and forcing it on the American people. Everyone in the Good Old USA knows that socialized medicine has never worked well anywhere in the world… Thank you

This is brilliant. Congressman Coburn, if you do this you will have my great respect! Have you heard of Downsize D.C.'s Read The Bills Act? Well, this is exactly what their bill would do, require all bills to be read before a quorum of Congress before it was passed. In addition, anyone who voted YES on a bill would be required to sign an affidavit swearing that they had tread the bill in it's entirety before voting. I sent Senator Coburn an email encouraging him to read the bill on the floor of the Senate. Isn't that one of our .representatives job duties, to read bills before they vote on them. I encourage everyone to write/call him and request that he read the bill to his peers.
