AP: Video Makers Release Tape of Philly ACORN

(Washington)–Two conservative activists released a new undercover video targeting the community organizing group ACORN on Wednesday, an attempt to re-ignite a simmering political controversy surrounding the Democratic-leaning organization.
The new videotape shows filmmakers Hannah Giles and James O’Keefe, posing as a prostitute and her boyfriend, soliciting advice about a possible housing loan from workers in the Philadelphia office of ACORN Housing Corp.
Previous videos showed the same pair, also posing as a prostitute and her boyfriend, visiting ACORN offices in other cities.
The Philadelphia visit is significant because of a dispute over statements ACORN has made defending what took place when Giles and O’Keefe visited the Philadelphia office last summer.
Supporters of O’Keefe and Giles said ACORN has lied about whether the two were thrown out of the Philadelphia office, how much time they spent there and whether they explicitly told ACORN workers that Giles was a prostitute.
At a news conference, O’Keefe went through an edited version of what he said was a 32-minute visit to the Philadelphia office.
“At no point were we kicked out, at no time were we asked to leave,” O’Keefe said after playing the video.

Well done hanging onto this release until now. The seated garbage that is congress is going to have a lot to answer for with reinstating ACORN's funding for November. Unless of course POTUS stands on his head or does shadow puppets for his media zealots to hang their attention upon, then we'll see a mandate of forget and forget as you can't forgive something that POTUS wills your acceptance of it NEVER having happened at all.
Did someone ever start an O'Keefe defense fund? Hannah had 3 at last count.
People, do make sure to contribute to the Giles, O'Keefe & Breitbart legal defense funds – let's put our money where our mouths are.
OK, Bertha knew Hannah and James visited the Philly ACORN office. She knew that they had been video taping all of these visits. Yet, she lied about what transpired during that visit. Isn't she smart enough to realize that there was probably a video that would prove her wrong?
How stupid can she be? I have the feeling that question will be answered many times before it's all over.
If, to quote another commenter, "POTUS stands on his head or does shadow puppets for his media zealots to hang their attention upon, then we'll see a mandate of forget and forget as you can't forgive something that POTUS wills your acceptance of it NEVER having happened at all", then this might be good enough for Obama to get the next years Nobel Peace prize.
She doesn't care that she's caught lying – not the first time, and not the last; she's counting on Americans having an attention span of a gnat. Good thing the tapes are being released at a slow pace, to keep the cauldron boiling, so to speak.

The office manager is as dumb as a box of rocks as I said in previous comments. They're all dumb!! Scrambling like cockroaches into crevices. Acorn is a BIOHAZARD organization and all 390 tentacles need to be cut off and burned if our country is to survive.
Bertha will just do as Obama always does and simply say "I didn't say that" even though the (unedited) video tapes clearly show otherwise. Denying it won't make this one go away!!!!

An attempt to re-ignite a simmering political controversey? What does the AP mean, by re-ignite. That would imply that the fire has gone out. It hasn't. It never did. Only in the minds of the MSM.

AP as a wire service that should be reporting just the facts increasingly editorializes everything. It's the innuendos and omissions that are so glaring. Certainly before releasing this AP had the ability to view the video's content. If they did and were honest their news release would have been worded very differently.
The entire MSM complex with few exceptions is a sewer.

Ahem …. and tonight's performance of the Wizard of OZ, the part of Wicked Witch of the West will be played by Bertha Lewis and the part of Dorothy will be played by Miss Hannah Giles.

Is there an unedited version out there somewhwere? The only one I saw looked very doctored, unlike all the previous videos, which makes me highly skeptical of this one. I really want to believe them, but the Philly video isn't as convincing as the others.
