I thought about something; If the Acorn criminals and the Baltimore criminal government can file suit against real Americans like Hannah and James for exercising their right to investigate and film criminals and criminal activity, then shouldn't those criminals who have been caught on tape committing crimes, i.e., bank robbers, red light runners etc have the right to sue too? I really hate the double standard existing in this country! I agree. The two bills, one from the senate and one from the house will need to go to reconcillation to merge and then to Chairman Obama for his signature. He could let it set on his desk to quietly expire (likely) or sign or veto(unlikely). Should he veto or allow the bill to expire the house and senate will need to override his decision.
