I don't remember being handed a copy of a police report whenever I have called them. The cops usually write those in the car or back in the office but don't go back in and hand one to the complainer. If legit, I assume they got it from the PD. Then why didn't they produce it last week when they first made the claims about refusing James and Hannah and calling in the PD. It shouldn't have taken the PD a week to find the report for them, especially with a recent case.

As I said, if it was legit. If the report isn't kosher, well, we know what was the delay. Forgery takes time.

1) Create a short series of videos of actors playing NRA officials advising people how to buy, sell and transport guns illegally.

2) Find a convincing frontman to leak those videos through some left-wing organizations like MoveOn, ACORN themselves, or directly to old media (less accurately known as "MSM") outlets. With luck, you could get a real liberal frontman with street cred to do this on a bet*.

3) Wait for the old media to pick it up. Do nothing to deny the story; do everything to make them think we're afraid of it. Let NRA folks in on the act. Get them to temporarily issue only the fuzzy, guilty-sounding kind of denials that get the opposition salivating.

4) Measure the duration and prominence of the coverage by each outlet. As the story gains steam, release a couple more damning videos. Lather, rinse, repeat.

5) Have the NRA exec initially act publicity-shy & evade contact with the big media outlets. When they think he's at his weakest, have him offer an interview to the first big outlet who will agree to show it live or unredacted.

6) Reveal the scam during his interview. Publish the rest of the footage, complete with actors' admissions.

7) Publish charts & graphs with quantifiable comparisons of the coverage. Demand that this be rectified with a set of sweeping amendments to proposed Fairness Doctrine regulations, and that Karl Rove be appointed to the Fairness Czar position, with broad regulatory powers under the FCC.

Well, I work in an office that is a franchise of hundreds of offices (no not ACORN!) and we occassionally have some nitwit who will do something stupid. When it happens, an email is sent out to everyone in our region (not town – but the whole region) describing the situation and advice on how to handle it if it comes to our door. This happens within minutes of a bad situation, and the emails get sent to our franchise owner and his corporate supervisor as well.

There is NO EXCUSE for ACORN.

Rep Nadler is trying to rescind any of the decisions made this week, stating it's "unconstitutional" to make these snap decisions of defunding without an investigation. If videos had not surfaced – exactly WHEN would a formal investigation have taken place? Answer? NEVER. ACORN would continue to do EXACTLY what they want with taxpayer contributions. Remember, FRAUD has been going on for a very long time. Have there previously been ANY AUDITS OR INVESTIGATIONS?!? NO! ACORN refused to open the books, even to the ACORN 8. Would there have been an investigation? NOT. Rep Nadler, recognize this must be done to ACORN! Funding cut, a thorough check is done. No one is going to jail (yet). Habeas corpus is not the issue – of course the tapes are pretty damning evidence… just sayin.

It's unlikely they were thrown out of any offices. But, suppose they were. Since James and Hannah were never arrested, it follows that the police were never called and no reports or complaints of possible criminal activity were ever lodged by ACORN. Therefore, it would appear that the only reason that the pair would have been turned away was simply that ACORN didn't want to help, either because of race or more likely to keep competition in the local prostitution market down so as to collect maximum revenue from existing kickback arrangements with standing brothels. But ,I digress…

Here's the two choices: 1) They never threw them out of any offices, or 2) They did, but turned a blind eye to possible criminal activity. Neither of these is good for ACORN.

Someone needs her to say EXACTLY which offices they were throw out! Specific offices! Surely they know and we want to know now, before another tape is released, ha ha ha!

Pretty pathetic, huh? Did you look at the .pdf link for the "police report filed?" It looks like a traffic ticket. I wonder who they got on the inside to file a false police report? We should start calling her out and saying it's been "dubbed" like she has said the video is.

Why do I think that if they were thrown out of some ACORN offices it was because the workers there had some common sense and realized that Hannah was not a prostitute (raise your hand if you're surprised she's a minister's daughter) and that James, in a woman's fur wrap, was nobody's pimp. Not that they were more ethical than the workers who aided them, although they could have been – the point is, James and Hannah being tossed out of offices does not prove that the workers in those offices were any more ethical than the ones who were dumb enough to get caught.

It would be SO sweet if that Police Report was one of their traps. I don't know if this is true, but the way the rest of the story has gone, it wouldn't surprise me…

1. First video comes out.
2. Acorn say 'they tried this and failed in san diego, xx, new york, xx, xx'. We already know (now) they DIDN'T fail in New York and San Diego.
3. Fake Police report is posted online for them to find and/or provided directly to them from a 'friend'.
4. Acorn thinks 'I don't remember them, but SOMEONE in our office must have filed the report'.
5. Acorn says 'they were kicked out of dozens of offices (showing Philly police report)
6. Video comes out with James preparing 'Police Report'

That scenario would be *SO* sweet.

Or, the police report is actually a Philly Police report from a day when James and Hannah were actually there… but even if that's true, it doesn't show that they were kicked out… if it's 100% accurate, all it shows is a 'verbal disturbance' and they'd already left at the time of the report… no mention of underage prostitution.

The Key To ACORN Workers' Puzzling Reactions

ACORN workers are desensitized to criminal activity because they've cultivated an M.O. that is about gaming or beating "the system."

The workers caught on tape are not exceptions; this mindset is systemic within ACORN.

This explains why so many corrupt characters are in Obama's inner circle and social network: moral discernment deactivated in order to use these friends and associates toward his glorious ends. It also explains how Saul Alinsky could break bread with priests in the morning and with Al Capone in the evening.

With regards to this, Rep Nadler's interpretation of Attainder is extraordinarily expansive. He seems to be saying that because halting government funds for Acorn negatively impacts them, then its unconstitutional. To my mind the amendment is not a negative action on the part of the government, instead it is an act of nullification. Removing a positive does not intrinsically create a negative on the whole – therefore his claim of unconstitutionality is without merit.

The only evidence of our two intrepid heroes got "thrown out" of other offices is ACORN's own statement that it happened. No police blotters, no wittness statements, nothing else. Why, because it didn't happen. As to Bertha's last statement, let's add the unsaid terminus (since it's now so fasionable to do so according to the MSM) "So, this handful of employees, it’s unfortunate, but you know what, you can’t work for me if you don’t have common sense {to not get caught}”
