President Obama was very much involved with ACORN such as training their activists, working with them in Project Vote and as well representing them in opposing a state law to require voter ID. The latter association would not normally impact a view of one's character, but when combined the other ACORN associations, his mentoring as a teenager by Mr. Davis a noted Marxists, working with domestic terrorist Ayers and for 20 years staying in the church run by racist and unAmerican minister Wright and now the ideology of those he has advising him, it should be east to judge his character and ideology. Apparently many have forgotten the scolding that was not uncommon, "You are judged by the company you keep". Since Mr. Obama did not have the American experience until he was ten years of age, that may not be something he understands. But hey, it apparently didn't make any difference to 53% of American voters.

Usually when a liberal institution/person is attacked the past response by the Democrats has been to circle the wagons and go to the mat to protect that institution/person, not this time.
