How do you verify if this is true?

My sense is that woman is just nuts. Given the way she acts I doubt she knows what the truth is, but it shows us how ACORN does not take seriously any role it has in helping people.

If you wanted to help people you would not have them met by the kind of monsters we have seen in each video.

Time for ACORN to disband. FBI to investigate and look at their financial dealings.

Scroll down to read the rest. Its a news release. The SBPD had a woman in their jurisdiction claim to kill her husband. They have an obligation to investigate. I must say they are faster than the MSM!

I suspect a lot of the posters above are reading the headline, and not the police report. They found NO evidence of a murder in this woman's past. Clearly she saw through the investigators and thought they were a couple of nuts.

Unfortunately, BigGovernment rushed to put this one out without checking out her story. Now everyone is going to focus on the fact that this woman played the investigators and made them, and conservatives, look like fools. BigGovernment needs to immediately retract this part of the story and keep the focus on the legit corruption that they've uncovered in ACORN.

This was a big embarrassment. Big enough to possibly bail out ACORN. Bold action is needed to contain the damage.

Myself, I hope they find out she lied. Other than the tape ACORN is not involved in murder in this case. If she did murder someone that will mean someone died for no reason, and that does not benefit anyone.

She was twitching around like she was on drugs. It sounded to me like she was doing a lot of lying in that video. Do these people work on commission? I laughed out loud when she said she would kill Miller -she had done it before. Didn't even sound believable.

I believe there is a criminal background for this woman and it apparently involves a serious crime and a death. There is a question if she had 2 or 3 husbands.

Maybe you shouldn't be so quick to dismiss on either side. The former MSM did this and look where it got them.

Get real…this does not bail out ACORN by any stretch of the imagination. This woman represents ACORN and the people they hire, the way they train employees (or don't train them), and the advice they give out. ACORN is a corrupt organization and the fact that one employee is a looney/crackhead only goes to show how poor their screening process is. This organization should NOT be funded with taxpayer money, period!

In the real world, we have a woman who PROVABLY made up at least a lot of her story. This lends her crediblity to her story that she made the whole thing up. This allows liberals to (legitimately) claim that she was just telling self-admitted criminals what she they wanted to hear because she felt intimidated.

I am not entirely sure that Tresa is the real name of this con artist.It sounds more like it came off a shampoo bottle. She bounced around the screen like a meth-head. I'd be curios to know if she handles any money taken into that office. Does she collect anything from the "clients" who apply for loans? All the places I've ever been to require a fee.

If he dressed like that to the ACORN offices, it was no wonder the San Bernardino woman gave him outlandish information. Those two can not make a mockery by dressing like that going to those places. It will be sniffed out and dismissed and all credibility will be gone. I want to see ACORN go down in flames as well as everyone in the administration that is associated with them, but some of these videos could kill credibility (like this last one may do) if they aren't believable.

Has anyone noticed that ACORN and the White House seem to release information one after the other. It says that Obama to this day is still an active leader of ACORN.
