Someone should ask that fat slag why, if the videos are a fabrication and a distortion, the Baltimore and Washington employees were immediately fired.
A few things to note:
1. McCarthy, though many of his actions were reprehensible and his abuse of power ruined lives, was RIGHT. Why does everyone conveniently forget that little fact? Communists WERE in places of high power.
2. I hope this child prostitution enabling, race-baiting piece of scum gets thrown under the bus, raked over the coals and put in jail where she belongs, along with the Rathke brothers who probably have a longer rap sheet than every hooker that ACORN ever helped get cheap housing.
Let her go after Fox and James and Hannah. Has she ever heard of a thing called discovery? The minute she sues, they go after all of ACORN;s financial records for the last five years. I don't think she wants that to happen.

But Bertha can't resist accusing O'Keefe, Fox, et. al. of "doctoring" the videos, and continues to threaten legal action. Bertha, honey, if you FIRED your own employees for "indefensible" actions, filing lawsuits against those who brought those actions to light is NOT a great PR move.
Look for Ms. Lewis to be tossed under the bus in a matter of days, perhaps as early as this Friday night. Like Van Jones, she's becoming a liability.

I'll get blasted for this, but I don't blame ACORN. This type of behavior is endemic in the inner-cities. I have no doubt that it goes on in many other orginizations besides ACORN. When you study the reactions of the workers, you realize this was simply business as usual. And not "ACORN" business as usual, but "socially" business as usual. Prostitution is not an uncommon profession in the inner-city. I grew up in the inner city, so I've seen it. I've also seen 3 generations living in one house, all on welfare. The daughter and the granddaughter both sucking the government teet. This lawlessness is not only "common" in the inner-city, it is "socially acceptable". That is the root cause of these problems. Until we change that value set, nothing will change. Unfortunately, now we have their king in the Whitehouse of ill repute.

They cannot sue James, Hannah, or Fox News without allowing those folks to have access to their records in the discovery process. Talk about a conundrum! Something that has really been bothering me is that ACORN professes to be an advocate for the poor and to "protect" their interests. From 1994-199 I was targeted by Acorn and was sued twice. With each suit I was threatened by the police NOPD and other officials and then when I refused to shut down my business, Coliseum Real Estate, Inc. Acorn decided to break any number of laws to take me down.

What did they pull?
Early in 1998 a Tulane University Student named Heather Bracko was arrested on Prostitution charges by NOPD. Her attorney was Jean Calhoun,. Ms Calhoun had been my Attorney in my first Frivoulas Discrimination Lawsuit launched at me by proxy by New Orleans legal aide for acorn. Ms Calhoun took Ms Bracko To Spencer Livingston and Alexandra Mora of Acorn and they promised her that the arrest would not show up if she did what they wanted which was to make contact with me and then lease an apartment from my firm. This she did.
Then in December of 1998, Ms Bracko was forced to file a Criminal complaint against me stating that I had Raped her.
What followed was a complete nightmare. I found out just how corrupt the City of New Orleans really was and that Acorn had way too much influence with our State. I lost my business after having been locked up for 4 months as a quest of the State department of Corrections , I was found Not Guilty by the way.
In 2002 the District Attorney of New Orleans announced he was retiring and that is when I got a hold of the now only copy of the District Attorney's Work product. 25 years of Criminal files were destroyed during the flood. I then took these files to an Attorney in Baton Rouge, Louisiana who then hired a private Investigator.
This is what he found out. In addition to suspecting that my office was illegally wiretapped by NOPD I found out that it was Dr Aries of NOPD who was on the second floor of 8200 Hampson St. I was on the 3rd floor.
The City of New Orleans had been giving to Acorn real estate that had been taken for Taxes. With each property HUD gave to Acorn a Federal Grant of $50,000 to renovate and then sell these properties to low income families at cost. This never happened. What did happen was that each property went into a dummy corporations and then leased to section 8.
Notice to Acorn: You destroyed my life and took everything away from me. It is now my turn to get even with anyone who was involved in my Arrest . Please know I am not the only one they have pulled this on. A source I have claims that the FBI has a list of 2000 business owners who were forced to shut down and move out because of such illegal activities.
Because of people like this I have no faith in Law or Government. I do not trust government at all. I dare Acorn to sue me for slander. But they won't If they are that stupid, I will have complete access to tons of files and can and will drag no less than 50 people into court including Ms Bracko who is still at Tulane University

I have for years and as I stated before, Acorn is well protected as is HUD. Acorn could never have done all the stealing and other criminal acts unless they were bribing, blackmailing and forcing others to cover for them. Fox News in New Orleans as with other reporters who have written articles about acorn are not interested in telling my story. I feel that most news agencies are protecting acorn. I know for a fact the DOJ and the FBI have been protecting acorn for 15 years. Hud has been involved with acorn for years and they know what has been going on. Trust me when I say that i have filed more complaints with more congressmen and senators than I should have and with each set of letters I was threatened. if one person is indited at Hud for acorns actions a hundred will and that is why they will not conduct an investigation.

After all they put me through, the Frivoulas Discrimination Lawsuits, Threats from the new Orleans Police department and the slander delivered by the local Media, I can only hope that each one of these people will occupy the same cell they placed me in at HOD in New Orleans. From 1994 to 1999 Acorn used their influence within City Hall of New Orleans to try to force me to shut down my business. They were able to compromise every Attorney I hired to represent me. Finally they coearced a Tulane University Student, who had been arrested on Prostitution charges, to lease an apartment from my firm and then filed a phony rape charge against me. Everyone up the ladder from the NOPD to the District Attorney's office knew what was going on. There were no exceptions.
The influence that Acorn had within the Federal Government was frightening. With every complaint I filed came another meeting with the Police early in the morning as I took my morning walks with a statement of "you don't know what your messing with" This does not include the emails I got from them either. I came to the conclusion that Acorn had blackmailed or bribed members of HUD and Hano and City Hall as with the DOJ. They owned the Police Union ( They Ran the Union)
If the United States Government will conduct a complete investigation, we will see the largest real Estate grant Fraud Case in our history.
