The state (I think) has jurisdiction over this matter. It's a shame, though, since when the discovery process in the civil suit occurs (if it occurs), K & G's lawyers will only be allowed to request relevant documents, and in this case, I fear there are no documents which may be relevant to a civil suit against the two of them while simultaneously containing incriminating evidence against ACORN. Even if any was found, ACORN's lawyers would move to have it suppressed to avoid it polluting a potential jury pool for a possible separate criminal trial to be held at a later date. Best case scenario is that ACORN ignores requests for production due to too many documents containing incriminating information, and the presiding judge renders summary judgment. The thought that those people at Acorn not only told them how to cheat on taxes but thought it was okay to bring young girls in the country to be used as hookers. I can't believe it. I have come now to the conclusion that never say never or that would never happen! Because, the never could happen is happening now. Where is religion and God in our country? Lord have mercy on us all - we need him now. Everytime I listen to the news of the day, my heart aches. Our country and values are going fast - if they are not gone already.
