Quite frankly, a 50% cut would be a better number. All those laid off could immediately reapply to ICE for jobs as Broder Guards. On second thought, that probably wouldn't work. They'd immeditaely go on the take to subsidize their salaries, and the Border traffic in illegals would double.

You know it is bad in this country, when the illegals are swimming the River, to go home……….
