Further I am awed that the number is so low. They ought do a study of the Federal BLM……………….
Lord have mercy…. well the only good thing about this is perhaps my husbands stock will go up… but other than that… who needs a friking free golf cart? They aren't /that/ expensive… :-/ and no punishment for a guy that uses government computers to look at explicit images… :-/ He better be glad he wasn't working for a municipality.. they would have fired his happy butt… but then I always knew that working for the feds was relaxed… just didn't know HOW relaxed.
These are all atrocities and really stupid things….

I wonder. Has anyone made the connection that as Obama is handing out free golf carts, Hugo Chavez is trying to ban that "burgeois" sport in Venezuela? Since they're best buds now, maybe Hugie will just give Obama all of Venezuela's golf carts, since they won't need them anymore. You know. A Socialist recycling program
OR, maybe that's why Obama backed Zelaya, because Hugie promised him free golf carts and they'd pocket the difference from the stimulus money. Prove it ain't so!
Having government involved in anything automatically causes increased prices. A significant piece of the increased prices are simply due to the massive amount of bureaucratic paper shuffling that occurs whenever government is involved. Add to that the multitude of extra hoops one must jump through due to the maze of red tape.
Even privatizing a service that the government receives won't reduce costs by much if the private source still has to navigate through the same maze of red tape, jump through the same government hoops and fill out tons of paperwork to satisfy the bureaucrats.
