The President can do nothing without Congress. I'd be happy with just being able to recall Senators. Reps are up for election every 2 years anyway. It might take longer to get signature and get them recalled before the next election anyway. Maybe if we go for Recall of Senators, they'd go back to being appointed by the States to protect them from the People. Then we go to work on our State legislators to reign them in. That's how it was supposed to work.

Amen. I like the idea of "cashing out" various of them to make restitution for theri "sins." Liquidate enough of Murtha's estate to restore the Marines he screwed.
