As I noted in a more detailed post below, the Government sought to bury this admission by omitting it from their press release, and attempting to avoid reading it aloud in court when setting forth the factual basis. I have updated that post to note that I have now obtained the filed version of the document, with the signature of the Government’s representative. Now I think it’s time to start asking the U.S. Attorney’s Office why they tried to hide this language from the public. It’s also time to ask Big Media why they aren’t reporting on this.

Great investigative reporting and thank you for exposing the collusion by the Obama criminal regime and the communist controlled MSM to smear Mr. O'Keefe. This is additional proof to show how extreme these liars will go to smear anyone who stands in the way of government corruption and for truth. In the end, however, truth will always prevail.

As a result, he may have difficulty in the future of obtaining a bond and some countries may make him jump through some hoops if he wants to visit them. Now lets talk about the so called lawsuit. First, he was not questioned without his attorney. There are many reasons why someone is held for several days before they are released. Under the law, legal authorities have 72 hours. So there goes that lawsuit. Now, lets move on to slander and libel. The criminal complaint and the above guilty plea stated he and his conspirators had requested access to her central phone system. Initially, they were charged with a felony for interfering with her phone system. So what is a rational person to conclude. They were going in the closet to do what? Ooops. There goes the slander and libel. As far as evidence being evidence being "leaked" to the press. Welcome to our justice system. It happens all the time. Does the name "Deepthroat" ring a bell? Finally, I was under the belief that conservatives were for enforcing the law and punishing wrongdoing. That a conservative did not praise criminal acts of any sort. If he is so proud, why doesn't he try this stunt again. A good place to start would be try to crash the line at an airport to see why it takes so long to get through security because they always frisk the grandma and grandpa types, but let the persons speaking Arabic or Farsi through without a challenge. Lets see if another judge will be so lenient.

Hey Everyone a female prosecutor in Lake city florida was fired for speaking at Tea Party events. The state attorney general stated that as an advocate for the state (a prosecutor???) she cannot associate with a group that is against the state (people that support the US constitution and have events where they sign mock Declaration of Independences??)

I'm of the mindset that when a criminal act is performed in the pursuit of something more noble that may have a positive impact on the civil society, whether it's a police officer infiltrating a biker gang and buying guns or a Citizen Journalist lying to expose some corruption, it is good. If motive is considered and the products of the work are shown to have had a positive impact in the broader sense, i.e. getting a Senator to answer the phones for an effing change, then one should be judged as virtuous and free from guilt. I'm no abolishionist, but I definitely wouldn't have sent Dred Scott home. There are some laws that should be fought and broken from time to time, and exposed as failures.
It is outrageous and I hope that everyone living in Florida view this as a slap in the face. Just like they showed the Florida Governor (another RINO turncoat), I have a feeling that this AG can hang it up on a career in politics.
