Reason.tv: Worst. Decade. Ever.
by Nick GillespieHands down, the ’00s were the worst political decade at least since the 1990s.
Reason.tv celebrates the (lack of) personalities, the scandals, and the screw-ups that made us all want to forget the first 10 years of the 21st century.
Approximately 2.10 minutes. No politicians were hurt in the making of this video.

The Howard Dean scream at the end is priceless.
Well, at least the worst since the 1350's & the Black Death & 2010's are going to be even more fun/s.
You said "Black Death." You must be a racist! /s/s/s/s/s/s/s
Ovomit can blame Bush for keeping America safe AFTER 9/11. Ovomit has had two terrorist attacks on American soil in two months.
The way things are going, we may look back in ten years and think the first 10 years were the best…….
Reason forgot Obambi trying to enter the WH through a window. It surpasses Bush's failed attempt of exiting through a locked door (which was not his fault).
First they came for the letter openers, and I did not speak out – who uses snail-mail these days, anyway ?
Then they came for the shoes, and I did not speak out – because I wear sandals.
Then they came for the shampoo, and I did not speak out – because I’m bald.
Then they came for the underwear – and there was no one left to speak out for me.
Everyone was traveling by horse-drawn carraige.
Go figure. America may derive new inspirations from the Iranian Freedom Fighters. (what exactly is Reuters calling them anyway?)
He spent the last few years in Chicago. Windows are the primary means of ingress into residences late at night.
Not if any of that includes Obama!!
The decade that soul of America was sold and the promise of America died. Just follow the money and you will know who got the deal of the century.
I wasn't born yet, but weren't the 1970's a lot worse than this past decade? In every way possible?
And can we think of a better name for this decade besides "the two thousands"? Maybe the zeros or the O's?

For me, the decade of the '90s was far worse than the '00s for following reasons:
-in the '90s I was unaware I was unconsciously trapped in a myopically providential black box which created cultural slime for mass consumption. That decade allowed me to dwell in a narcissistic well of self-indulging everything in sight without regard for who and what provided the luxury of such a life.
-In the '00s, I became aware of the new stage of a very old war-Islamic Jihad against Western civilization-just after watching from my rooftop TWC crumble into ash. This decade afforded me a personal computer through which I could easily access ideas and information previously unknown to me. it also afforded me an opportunity to recognize mainstream journalism is operating in cahoots with the Democrat party which to me appears creepy Big Brother stuff.
Most of all. the '00s inspired the passion that 'freedom is not ours by inheritance, it must be fought for and defended by each generation- for, once freedom is lost, you can never get it back'.

Some ways yes, many ways no. We still had industries in America, Mom & Pop shops were everywhere, we still knew who our neighbors were, "In God We Trust" meant in GOD we trust not just a controversial saying on the back of currency, schools were where you went to get an education not indoctrinated or baby sat, we still said the Pledge of Allegiance & had morning prayer in school & yes, there was still pride in being called an American.
The down side, the clothes & Disco, they sucked!/s
Yes, there were problems, as there always have & will be, but there always seemed to be optimism & a positive "We're America, Damn it!" attitude. I don't see that as much anymore. Now I see more of an individualism were the "we" has been replaced with the "I" & families are more of a group of individuals that share a genetic bond than the family of mom, dad, brother(s), sister(s), grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins.
As for the 00's, it is often referred to as nought

That Dean scream at the end?
It was when America woke up, looked into Gores lockbox, and realized that CONgress had looted the treasury.
Shouldn't we wait until next year when the first decade of the 21st century is actually over before we lament it?
Realized that sounded bad about an hour or so after I posted it. LOL
Oh well, been called worse. That's what happens when I'm thinking historically & not politically correct.
“Politically Correct” thinking is nothing more than a psychotic disorder that I couldn’t resist ridiculing. But your historical reference was spot on. Keep it up.
There was no year zero. It starts at 1 AD and this century started at the end of 2001. The end of the first decade was at the aend of 10 AD and the end of this decade is at the end of 2010. So… there is still one year left in the decade so something could still happen.
I was a kid in the 70's, and we weren't raised being told we are perfect little snowflakes who should "express ourselves" at every opportunity, we were expected to behave and show respect to adults. We also got to play things like tag or dodgeball without the nanny state stepping in to proclaim it too dangerous. If you fell out of a tree in your friend's yard, your parents didn't threaten to sue your friend's parents for having a tree in their yard. People still had common sense.
Great, I'm 37 years old and already turning into an old curmudgeon….
I think the 1930's may have been a bit WORSE then the last 10 years,,
I spent the day at the Ronald Reagan Library. I kept wondering how we came from a true, classy leader for America to an amateur, non-starter AmeriKa! President Reagan showed so much respect for the office of the presidency and also deep heart-felt respect for the American people as well as sincere PRIDE in our country! He also knew how to kick some ass when necessary!
At least there's a valid comparison between "Iranian Security Forces" and US "Law Enforcement".
Thats about the time when the Fed Reserve was born. Go figure.
Man, that is a sobering thought….
I was starting out. There was double digit inflation. Gasoline went from $0.25/gal to $0.75/gal overnight. There were no jobs anywhere, few apartments or new houses. Interest rates for mortgages were over 12 percent when I bought my first house. Everybody was convinced that there was going to be an ice age and that we would all freeze to death. I went to a seminar where they told us that by 1999 each person on earth would only have a square foot of land to stand on and that ALL the gasoline would be gone and we would be huddling in a freezing mass. It was terrible. Plus I could never get my hair to do that Farrah Fawcett thing.
Wow. Thanks.
From a teacher.
The mid to end of the 19o60s and the early 1970s were far worse than the 1990s. Back then there were home grown terrorists and actual blood in the streets, for years on end. And don't forget that the '60s opened with a corrupt, fraudulent election.
You got a few rather skewed replies ( one painting the '70s all sunshiney when it wasn't and the other a bit less cheerful but still far to cheery !) and sort of hard hitting good one. Let me see if I can make it more real andx fact filled for you.
The 1970s were not all bliss and old timey.
Sure there were more manufacturing jobs, but there were still strikes ( not as many as in the '60s, but strikes of all kinds and all over the nation, nonetheless ), the Weathemen, the Black Panthers, and other such terrorist were out and about, setting off bombs, killing cops, killing each other, robbing banks and Brinks trucks, creating havoc and mayhem, and schools were indoctrination depots, even back then.
Sure things cost less………………………salaries were a lot lower.
The anti-war movement, fueled, funded, and led by the KGB was in high swing. So were some of the same people now screaming about "GLOBAL WARMING"; except back then they were screaming hysterically about "GLOBAL COOLING" and the coming of the new ICE AGE. Erlich was preaching about the population bomb ( he started that around 1968, at the behest of the Seirra Club, and other picked it up and ran with it. Well, that's back, yet again.
True, there was still some good T.V. shows and movies, but the MSM was lying to all of America and feeding it a constant barrage of lefty bile.
Carter was a complete and utter disaster for this nation! High interest rates, stagflation, bad, very bad unemployment, the music stank, the clothes were pretty dreadful, incivility began to be rampant, but there were no computers for the average person, not really a net, and people still actually talked to each other in person.
Eccoterrorist were out there.
The overthrow of the Shah, the mullah takeover of Iran, lost of Middle east turmoil and unrest, and high gas prices, as well as rationing of gas here and gas lines………………that too was the '70s, which all bled into the '80s.
Lots of unrest ( read murders and strife ) across Africa. Lots of dictators there, doing terrible things.
Then there was the Jim Jones thing, from whence, BTW, we all got the thing about talking about KOOL-Aid drinkers.
Filthy American lefties spit on returning Nam Vets, the same bunch got into street brawls with hardhats, in the streets of NYC, Pol Pot killed off most of his people ( ever hear of "THE KILLING FIELDS" ? ), Saddat launched a war against Israel, and if I've left out, forgotten anything, I'm sorry, but this should give you a better idea of what that era was like, than what you've already been told.
The 1930s were bad times, but there have been many decades that were worse than the last ten years. This decade doesn't really end until a year from now.
Nick…………………………..WORST VIDEO EVER TO BE POSTED TO THIS SITE! Not funny, not clever, not insightful, and not particularly relevant.
There have been many rotten political decades, many of which far worse than this one, which doesn't end until a year from now.
I concur with Kate. Well said.
This thing was just awful. Much like the democrats whining and lying throughout the Bush Administration. The 90's were just awful. 92 brought Clinton's first administration. They both looked so good. So, we learned looks ain't everything. In '93 we learned that to try doing a good deed in Somalia can get your men killed and that the UN are a bunch of cowards never to be relied on to cover your back. 96 brought the Atlanta bomber and the downing of flight 800 and many of those questions about it still swirl. 98 brought the Lewinsky scandal. Clinton's crimes and misdemeanors were so much more than Lewinsky. But, it was like getting Capone on tax evasion… whatever stuck would work. The senate showed themselves in lock step with the cowardice of the UN. The president was a criminal, but at least he was THEIR criminal. They dripped with shame when they stood before the cameras to support Clinton. House
Impeachment would have to do. Chinese money, selling the Lincoln bedroom stays like a motel 6, condoms on the WH Christmas tree… a toss up as to which is worse. Mao or condoms… geez. And then the election in which Gore drug the entire country through the basest of attempts to steal an election and everybody knew it. He almost got away with it and the Florida lefties on the Florida Supremes did their darndest to get it for him, but somebody knew the both Florida law and the Constitution and we got a superlative president in George W. Bush.
It has been told to us that Mr. Obama is brilliant, but we see none of that and there is serious question when the teleprompter goes berzerk. He has no record, no accomplishments except to appear imperious at any opportunity.
and the first decade of the 21st Century is the worst with a year to go? I think it could get a LOT worse, but until then, the 90's were really bad and I have not even covered WACO or Ruby Ridge!! Not to mention little Elian Gonzalez!
Jimmy Carter also negotiated a peace between Israel and Egypt that is still standing the test of time to this day. For someone who flies the Star of David, you of all people should appreciate that and give credit where credit is due.
…or are you a Neo-con?
Hell yeah! I remember the 70's! Out of control Republican corruption then too!
It's all just a little bit of history repeating
Peace?
Didn't Carter buy off Egypt by offering $200 million per year forever; all that bribe money most likely ended up in the hands of The Muslim Brotherhood of Egypt.
Boy, with that money just think of all the books we could buy for illiterate Liberals.
Ah yes, the '70s; that was the plastic-fantastic LSD-fueled Disco era which invented America's All in the Family 'Meathead' AKA the era which birthed Oba Mao's Blue Smurf Progressive.
PS: Hey Reason-TV Thought-Police, am I allowed to use the word 'birth' and Oba Mao in the same sentence or is that too conspiratorial?
The Sarah Palin bit was annoying. One could clearly see in the clip that the interview was hacked and slashed in Michael Moore-like fashion, and that the responses shown on tv were not the ones given.
A decade is a 10 year period.
No requirement to say which 10 years.
A decade would be from 1 Jan 2000 to 31 Dec 31 2009 then,
the next decade would be starting on 1 Jan 2010.
A decade is a 10 year period…period.
IMHO
What is your definition of a Neo-con? What makes you think I am one? I am not fond of J Carter because of his ineptness in politics. It was a screwed up time, I lived it and I gave a small glimpse of my perspective. I have a great idea, why don't you share yours with us?
As far as Carter goes, I am not so sure he is on board with the Jewish community.
I get the feeling you hate everyone Syntax and just love to shake everyone on both side up. Have fun with that!
I got that feeling again! Just who are you and whats your game?
Excellent finish to the whole string here. Thanks for your view!
I don't remember the morning prayers but they still allowed prayers at a times of need, and at Christmas Concerts (that was the old way of saying Winter Concert.) We also had Christmas Breaks and Easter Break…not Winter Break and Spring Break.
Jimmy Carter the peanut farmer was POTUS and had peanuts for brains which caused a lot of concern on International issues marked by several major crises, including the 1979 takeover of the American embassy in Iran and holding of hostages by Iranian students, with an unsuccessful rescue attempt of the hostages. His Presidency is also remembered for the stagflation he created with his economic policies. Interest rates moved to double digits by 1980, the median cost of a home was $24,000 in the 70's and was $74,000 by 1980, a 1973 Ford Thunderbird cost $6,437 but the median household income was $8730 in the 70's and had increased to $17,700 by the 80's. College was way cheaper, I think I paid $280 a quarter at a Community College, but I don't remember if there was Financial Aid, if there was, no one told me about it. A gallon of gasoline went from .36 per gallon in 1970 to $1.25 in 1980 and a gallon of milk went from $1.15 to $2.16 in ten years. So yeah! It was just peachy. But we were still able to walk away knowing we would come out of it.
The main difference with then and now is the fact that our Liberties have eroded so much in last thirty years and has accelerated in the last 11 months at a break neck pace. In comparison to the 1970's, it was much worse in cost…but there was still the American dream. I feel that it is by far a more devastating blow of loosing the awareness that as an American we may loose that right to move up the ladder. If an individual has liberty they are able to move towards prosperity. So in this sense I feel it is worse, because freedom is worth more than anything. One thing I do know is that American's are a different breed of cat and we will find a way if there is a way out of this mess.
Indy1826, I love the '00's,…referred to as naught'.
LOL on the Farrah Fawcett thing!
I know that is the way of counting decades but consider the beginning of the calendar (hypothetical.) There was no year 1 until after a year had gone by. That was the first year that ended at 1.
Look at his picture. This is how those ACORN organizers work bringing Truth, Justice and the American Way to you.
Did I really need to hear a GD bomb? Yeah, I'm offended. But maybe I'm old-fashioned since I agree with this guy:
“The General is sorry to be informed that the foolish and wicked practice of profane cursing and swearing, a vice heretofore little known in an American army, is growing into fashion; he hopes the officers will, by example as well as influence, endeavour to check it, and that both they and the men will reflect that we can have little hope of the blessing of Heaven on our arms if we insult it by our impiety and folly; added to this, it is a vice so mean and low, without any temptation, that every man of sense and character detests and despises it.” (George Washington, Orderly Book, 3 August 1776)
Thanks for the long response. Jimmy Carter was possibly the worst president in US history. Obamao may "surpass" him, but he still has the first three years of the new decade to do it.
Yeah, I was taught that I was a special snowflake, but then I heard alternate views on the internet and talk radio. In the 70s you didn't have these alternate views, you had to take whatever the MSM spoonfed you.
Maybe because the makers of the video aren't freaking obsessed with Palin like you are.
Ditto. I tend to look at the 90s with a more rosy view because I was a kid/teen. The Clinton scandals were no picnic, though. And the 00s were definitely the age of enlightenment for me. The scales fell from my eyes.
Who were the guys involved in plotting the Chistmas day attack again? Oh, guys released from Gitmo in 2007 –sigh–
Very well stated.
The new decade begins Jan. 1, 2010. Just like a new decade began Jan 1st in the 60's, 70's, 80's, and so on.
The decade ends tomorrow. We wouldn't say the 70's began on January 1st, 1971; it began 1/1/70 and ran through 1/31/79.
Decades are counted the same way.
This is why America is in trouble:
Here they are, the Top 10 "Most Wanted", Corrupt Politicians of 2009:
http://www.judicialwatch.org/news/2009/dec/judici...
I didn't understand what Clinton did wrong when she said "We all remember that Bobby Kennedy was assassinated."
Your welcome and I DID through in a brief report on the schools.
BTW……………….this was the beginning of when colleges and universities ( especially the Ivies ! ) started grade inflation. Now, it is far worse, but this is the era it began. Gone was the "GENTLEMAN C"; that was reserved for those who would have/should have been given a D- at the least.
Obama is far worse than Carter; it took Jimmuh more than a mere 11 months to demoralize the whole nation with his incompetence.
Walter Cronkite was on T.V., telling everyone that Nam was "lost" ( and there were only three channels that did the nightly news and yes, EVERYONE watched ), when we were acgtually winning . Dan Rather had a hand it too.
You want to disrupt this site and nothing more. It's not working, everyone knows that you're a brain dead jerk, so why do you bother…………..is this the only way you can get a minimum salary, posting junk for the DNC ?
Sue…………………why didn't you know about the '93 JIHAD attack of the WTC?
If you live in Jersey, you could have been listening to Bob Grant, Rush, reading the N.Y. Post, and been in the know.
Not according to what I was taught in school, which was before the flood, when schools actually taught/educated children.
Do you even know the definition of Neo-con, or do you just throw the term around because you think it sounds insulting?
Sorry I missed it on the first read. I was on a short schedule this morning and didn't have my morning coffee to get the brain in gear, or maybe it was just the lack of sleep last night. Damn worlds crumbling around us and it can make me restless….
"Didn't Carter buy off Egypt by offering $200 million per year forever;" — Ummm…no. What orifice you pull that one out of?
Your "feelings" are wrong. You want "feelings", watch a soap opera.
"As far as Carter goes, I am not so sure he is on board with the Jewish community." — The Jewish community that was getting slaughtered practically on a daily basis by Egyptian sectors and that eventually stopped thanks to the peace process. Usually the saving of Jewish lives and the inability to play victim and whine about it tends to upset Neo-cons. Feeling?
Neo-con — Ex radical liberals from the 60s who support radical ideas, national defense and socialism. Usually a bunch of draft-dodging, pink team pansies but couldn't protect a warm cup of piss as has been proven beyond a shadow of doubt over the past 9 years.
I like to debate and have a point of view. I ain't here to be your pacifier or "blanky". I like to debate. Nothing personal.
Obsessed with who? You people stroke yourselves off to that idiot several times an hour and THAT'S whats so obsessive about…it's entirely too freakin' funny.
Criminy…what moron hasn't figured out yet that the Left LOVE PALIN!!! That tool couldn't beat Obama at a spelling bee contest. Hell, the idiot quit her job, abandoned her commitment to her voters to cash in on a book she wasn't even smart enough to write herself. That's the gift that keeps on giving right there.
When a reply is an attack on one's character instead of a rational thought backed with intelligence and facts, according to Anne Counter…you won the debate. Ever read her books?
Lack of facts hidden behind childish insults and schoolyard bullying tactics is the greatest victory of all. Smart folks know this.
Oh that's okay………………………….it's easy to miss things even when we're wide awake.
Ann spells her first ( given ) name without an "E" and yes, I've read a couple of her books.
You always post childish insults, are a bully, not to mention a rabid, fowming at the mouth liberal troll, who seldom posts any facts at all.
"Smart folks" know just who and what you are; we just normally don't respond in kind to you. What's the matter, pet, skin thinner than your beloved empty suit "dear leader" ?
I knew about the '93 WTC bombing, for a brief moment, then quickly resumed my state of narcissistic self-indulgence under the premise that someone else to attend to the problem. I do not recall much discussion back then about Islamic Jihad.
I blame myself for my inattention throughout the years following the first WTC bombing which is why I vowed to Never Forget the attack on 9/11/2001.
As for Rush, I was in NYC theater where I aped what my peers aped, 'Rush Limbaugh was a right-wing nutcase out to destroy America' even though I had never listened to his radio show.
I tuned into Rush in 2003, that helped me to realize what a silly fool I had been in '90s
Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me; I am ashamed I was a fool for much of my life, I'm not doing that foolish stuff again.
What do I give a sh#t how DAN COULTER spells it's name.
I post facts all the time and constantly ask for facts in return and have yet to get any with the exception of one time where Cowboy Logic was able to put aside the childish insults and drama queen BS because he ACTUALLY had a fact. I was impressed and amazed. Not often do tea-baggers exhibit such intelligence. Still waiting for all those ACORN convictions. Not holding my breath.
My skin is fine concerning the "dear leader". At least we HAVE a leader. Have a good day.
My guess is you are a troll if you like Carter so much and you can have him. You are jumping on a small comment and missing the whole picture of my statement. Therefore you are using Mr. Alinsky's Rules….
13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. In conflict tactics there are certain rules that [should be regarded] as universalities. One is that the opposition must be singled out as the target and 'frozen.'…
"…any target can always say, 'Why do you center on me when there are others to blame as well?' When your 'freeze the target,' you disregard these [rational but distracting] arguments…. Then, as you zero in and freeze your target and carry out your attack, all the 'others' come out of the woodwork very soon. They become visible by their support of the target…'
There are 27 Islamic countries in the Middle East and one country that wants to declare itself a Jewish state…Carter showed his hand last summer which is something I have suspected for a long time.
http://www.canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/...
My radical ideas are to support the Constitution of the US of America. I believe in national defense and I hate socialism. I was a child in the sixties so I couldn't convince my mother to take me to demonstrations, though mommy and daddy are liberals~ I never bought into their way of thinking much to their chagrin…and as far as being a pink team pansies, well as a woman I love pansies but am not to found of pink and don't find much need to protect a warm cup of piss. But I know I am willing to die for my future grandchildrens liberties. I am currently learning how to handle a gun in case the likes of you come knocking on my door to kill me. I love Sarah Palin and I sure that sickens you…not my problem. So if I fit you definition of a Neo-con then so be it.
Too bad this isn't the end of the decade. We've got a whole year to go.
Not everyone involved in the threatre was/is a scummy liberal, but I do understand what you're saying.
Long before there was Rush, there was Bob Grant. And if you were busy during the day, there were Joe Pyne, Barry Gray, and Jean Shepard on at night.
The good thing, is that you did wake up; but, even better, you are brave enough to admit to yourself how wrong you had been.
Now, get out there and wake up those you know, who are still sleep walking through life !
Lots of people post FACTS here; which you seldom do.
You truly do suffer from a projection complex, erroneously claiming that others do what you do about 99% of the time.
Your thin skin is pretty funny, actually; you sure can hand it out, but never can take it.
You haven't got a "leader"; he's just a "front man" and a puppet; fulfilling what he was raised to be/do……………….none of it good.
By the Rule of Saul you debate.
Thanks for the good laugh. I haven't seen him before that I can remember and his points threw me. I figured it was the flag that snared him to bring insults, I have experienced that a few times on here, it brings the anti-semite's out occasionally.
I should have known by his name syntax game.
1 a : the way in which linguistic elements (as words) are put together to form constituents (as phrases or clauses) b : the part of grammar dealing with this
2 : a connected or orderly system : harmonious arrangement of parts or elements <the syntax of classical architecture>
He is clearly here to play games with words…..
He's not a very good troll and once in a very rare while, he actually posts something worthwhile.
I don't understand why this site allows trolls to stay and often leaves very objectionable posts up. Oh well……………………
You're lucky that you haven't run into him before; most of his posts are quite vile.
Oh my God…get a room with your "troll" blankies will ya?
Your excuse for everything I swear…"troll troll troll troll".
It's a comment section on a right-wing blog, not Days Of Our Lives. Enough with the drama. I like to debate and this website allows a dissenting point of view which apparently violates your "view" of the Constitution and the 1st Amendment that you'd burn the first chance you get. Brown Shirts are alive and kicking.
Stop pacifying each other and cowboy up! I've never said anything that hasn't been said to me first in another comment and another context and I'm fine with it. It's just debating boys.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwww…………did I hurt your poor widdle feelings? *snicker*
You come here to specifically troll; you don't "debate"……..you don't know the meaning of that word.
Yes, this site allows you to stay, though it sometimes deletes other trolls' posts.
There aren't any lefty sites that allows those with opposing views to post to them. A few other right ;leaning sites do allow trolls, but usually only civil ones, which you usually aren't.
"Excuse"? I pointed out that you are one of a few RESIDENT trolls. There's no "excuse" there; just a statement of fact.
Having a "good" time whining, are you?
I don't like Carter so much and don't assume your imagination with facts. Carter was a crap President.
I find it hilarious that you neo-cons and right-wingers no MORE about Alinsky than anybody else. Told you Neo-cons were ex Liberal Socialists. No need to prove it.
"Canada Free Press"? Do you have an actual CREDIBLE fact source besides some neo-con pacifying lie machine? Geez whats your next source of facts, Mein Kampf?
I'm not the one with the back and forth with Lorben like a couple of scorned hens at a beauty parlor. Didn't hurt my feelings dude and I've had some seriously uncivil things said to me about me. Thick skin and a set of nuts. It's all you need.
I've had posts deleted from this site and have had a warning but I cross no lines that others don't cross on me all the time. I guess the hens get all PMS'd about it when I can take it and dish it back. Thick skin and a set of nuts. It's all you need.
"There aren't any lefty sites that allows those with opposing views to post to them" — YOU LIE! Get out more often. DailyKos, Huffpost, Media Matters, Think Progress, TPM, just to name a few. Just because it's facts in your imaginationland doesn't mean it's facts in the real world. Hope that proof of the obvious truth doesn't trigger the predictable "troll" response. If I had a dollar for every time that "troll" response was triggered…
"I pointed out that you are one of a few RESIDENT trolls. There's no "excuse" there; just a statement of fact." — Don't need you to make an excuse for me but I appreciate the offer. Some day, you'll have a fact to offer rather than the predictable "troll" pacifier defense and your world will be a much better place because of it.
Whatever! Go hump your Gump! And live off the rest of us…..
Touched a nerve did I? Thought you would like it from your own kind. Go hump your Gump (dolt)
Syntax_Gump-Syntax_Games significant other, we like lie in bed and read the Daily Worker, tour public mens rooms together, and live off YOU!
If you don't like Carter so much, why go off on me about it? Cause your anti-semite! You hate the flag I have on my icon…
Let me repeat myself-
My radical ideas are to support the Constitution of the US of America. I believe in national defense and hate socialism. I was a child in the sixties so I couldn't convince my mother to take me to demonstrations, though mommy and daddy are liberals~ I never bought into their way of thinking much to their chagrin…but will give them credit to be able to let me be a free thinker. And as far as being a pink team pansy, well as a woman I love pansies but am not to found of pink and don't find much need to protect a warm cup of piss. But I know I am willing to die for my future grandchildren's liberties. I am currently learning how to handle a gun in case the likes of you come knocking on my door to kill me. I love Sarah Palin and I'm sure that sickens you…not my problem. So if I fit you definition of a Neo-con then so be it.
"though mommy and daddy are liberals" — Wow. Ummmm…..talk about having a nerve being touched. Sorry. I guess they should have cared less about important things and bought you a pony instead. Than you probably wouldn't be buying into this imaginary attack on your freedoms by people who you were indoctrinated to hate since you couldn't hate commies anymore.
What…Liberals and those on the Left aren't entitled to the same freedoms as you? Why? Constantly being attacked, demonized ridiculed and for what? Are they really out to take away your freedoms like the ravings of the McCarthy-ites that feared Communists? Everybody on the Right is always raving and drooling about people on the Left out to strip away their freedoms and have been obediently doing it since the fall of Communism when they used to rave and drool about the Communists. You people don't fear anybody taking away your freedoms, you just need someone to hate and fear and the Left have been nominated to be the ones. Just like the misguided, weak-minded and delusional Germans and Austrians needed someone to fear and hate back in the 1930's and opinion generators came along and gave them the Jews and they all went obediently and blindly into the night hating the Jews for all these made-up freedoms that they were going to lose if the Jews had their way.
I thought we were suppose to keep drama out this…I love my liberal parents, it wasn't a complaint. They raised me to be a free thinker and are just mystified I didn't buy the blight of liberalism. You are a nasty little man! And you have your right to think as you please because of this wonderful country we live in. You just continue to love that free money that is coming down the pike, cause the likes of you will not survive the economic chaos that is coming because of the out of control spending due to the last thirty years of out of control spending. If you cannot see what the present regime is doing to our constitution, then you are to be pitied even the more. But I find since I am on the side of hate (as you put it) I have tired of pity for your kind. It is coming down to survival and your folk don't know how to take care of yourself when the sh*t hits the fan! Cause someone else has always taken care of you haven't they? You still down in mommy's basement playing on the computer all day? Go to your Gump! He's lonely! And if you feel like still hammering me, take it out on him cause I tire of you!
Nope…………..you're having one ( a back and forth and one, I might add, of much longer duration than the one I had with Lorben ) with me.
DU kicks conservatives off and deletes posts; so does HuffPo.
You've mentioned a couple of cesspools I've never heard of, but why don't you just go play on those sites, since you claim that there are righties there ?
You "trigger" a "TROLL RESPONSE" because you ARE a troll. Why then do you find it so surprising; not to mention upstting for for you?
Yeah, yeah, sure…………….you have to play the macho guy, bragging about what nature has deprived you of having in an adult size and then vulgarly injecting a sexual put down of a fema,le nature. No REAL man does such a thing.
I still maintain that you can't take it………………………………………your posts prove that.
And by the way………..I'll have a happy 2010, because the election is going to see a whole lot of Dems being kicked out of D.C. ! I hope that that won't make your new year one in which you contemplate doing anything harmful to yourself and others.
So do I.
Thank you 1redcent for drawing this troll out for who he really is. I knew he was a troll when he called me a Neo-con…..and his love of Jimmuh…
No big deal……Syntax_game is one of this site's oldest trolls.
You have the Mogan David flag of Israel and everyone knows ( or should ) that "neo-con" is used by stinking libtards, as just another pejorative in their quiver, to be anti-Semitic. It's disgusting, childish, and stupid; but then, that's what they are.
Syntax ONLY comes here to get beat up. He is a masochist, but a cheap one, because he won't pay to be humiliated. ;^)

Me thinks he doth protest to much!
Y'all keep talking about how great 2010 is going to be…got any candidates yet?
Oh look, a missing ingredient.
Of course we have candidates and our candidates ares going to beat your incumbents in the House and in the Senate! No, not all of them; all of them aren't running. But we'll do to most of them, who are running, what was done to the Dems in Jersey and Virginia !
Why don't you keep up?
