I seem to recall that Obama was asked what book he was taking with him when he left for the European trip during the campaign. He was reading " The Post American World" by Fareed Zakaria. So, it was in his mind long before he was sworn in last January.

Ever since Bill Clinton signed NAFTA, our manufacturing sector has been in decline. Today, there aren't enough machines nor people with the skills to operate them to mount an emergency retooling of our military, should the need ever arise.
This shortsightedness by inept politicians, cheered on by their delusional anti-war supporters, now places us in a position of disadvantage. War requires the tools of war and our capacity to make them has been greatly reduced.
We won't ever have to worry about going to war again because Obumble is going to make us safer by getting on his knees and apologizing to our enemies. That's supposed to make things all better.

American exceptionalism and leadership as the worlds "super power" (and thank God for that) is one of the "fundamental changes" O-bow-ma promised. Sadly it is one promise he is making good on. This man is destroying the America he despises because he believes in throwing the baby out with the bathwater. And then he will build a nation in his image (so he thinks). a "better" America. God help us all. Who will save our country?

Last night my computer rebooted without warning or explanation. It came back up with everything normal seeming so I assumed it was one of those bastard windows updates. About an hour later I was using firefox and then it stopped responding to clocks. Outside of firefox, a mouseclick was recognized once per item, but no more. Using alt + ctrl + del results in the icon for the system monitor showing up in the tasktray, but nothing more. I could not interact. I rebooted it in safe mode and used system restore to take it to about 3 days back. (I haven’t had any other day work so far and I’ve tried at least 10 different days.) I thought it had fixed it, and I left the computer running all night with no programs open. In the morning, I went to firefox and after about 10 minutes, everything locked again. Rebooted and tried internet explorer with the same result. I just now removed firefox 3.0 and then installed 3.5, but that didn’t change anything. While downloading new nvidia drivers (I suspect that it’s a graphical problem) the system locked again and I just now rebooted. I am very frustrated. Neither AVG nor SpyRemover find any viruses or other malware. They’re both up to date. Part of what is bothering me is that there are no symptoms of viruses or malware outside of this. In some ways, that would almost be preferable. At the moment though, I am stuck, so please do what you can to help.

Unless hackers and viruses have turned a new leaf what did I do that fixed my pc. It was glitching every so often the programs would say not responding and have a white film over them I couldn’t do nothing I did the following. Scanned for viruses with Nod 32 scanned with spy bot (found faults) scanned with pc utillities (found faults) I also booted and tryed fixing with the windows cd the final thing I tried was to boot in safe mode which was the last thing I did and it started working so was it the safe mode and the only thing I can see altering is the visual display. did this fix my pc. Just dont want to do it again thaTS ALL

I have a Dell Latitude Laptop using Windows XP. I took it to Geek Squad because it was skipping and the freezing up when I played DVDs or any kind of audio. When it freezes I have to turn it off witut shutting it down. It also wouldn’t freeze right away..it freezes into about 10 minutes of playing DVDs or youtube videos. It was also making weird noises when it froze. Best Buy informed me that the noise wasn’t any hardware issue, but the kind of noise the computer makes when it’s frozen. They said nothing was wrong hardware wise, and that I had 6 viruses on the laptop. Well now, all those viruses are removed, and my laptop is still skipping and freezing when I play DVDs..to the point where I have to turn off the computer without shutting it down. If it’s not viruses, and geek squad said everything is fine with the computer physically, then what is it? I’m very frustruated
