Maybe the Third World will help the hedge fund manager and currency manipulator do it.
The preeminent funder of the left in America wants the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to become a kind of globetrotting Bernard Madoff, offering low-interest loans to poor countries so they can invest in the doomed global warming industry.

According to Soros, the loans would allow developing countries to “jump-start forestry, land use, and agricultural projects – areas that offer the greatest scope for reducing or mitigating carbon emissions, and that could produce substantial returns from carbon markets.”
Soros, who personally wants to invest $1 billion in “clean” technology, wants the IMF to help stimulate demand for the technology he plans to underwrite.
Specifically, Soros proposes using the IMF’s special drawing rights (SDRs) to make loans to developing countries. The SDRs, which he describes as “arcane financial instruments that essentially constitute additional foreign exchange” can be converted into one of four currencies and lent out at a low interest rate. The loans would be backed by the IMF’s gold reserves.
Of course carbon markets exist only because governments say they do. Governments artificially create demand for carbon indulgences. When the demand for carbon offsets dies off as market participants finally realize anthropogenic global warming is a fraud, it’s going to get ugly.
As the Ponzi scheme finally unwinds, the governments of the developing world will be left holding the bag. When the bubble bursts, they’re going to get angry, maybe as angry as Albanians got when they were duped in pyramid schemes after the Iron Curtain collapsed.
The victims aren’t likely to be enthusiastic about markets either.

I was on the fence for years about global warming, until I realized that it was just another money making scheme. When I started to look at the so called science and then hold it up to the light of the coming carbon markets, the real story became crystal clear. If they really cared about the planet they would not be using this as the next big thing to rob the world of it's wealth and seize further control of it's people. Those with the means would use their own money to help develop technologies to reduce global warming (assuming it's man made), not look for ways to make more money from it, while doing absolutely nothing to actually help the problem. For those that still believe….Realize that "Cap and Trade" and the Carbon markets and derivative trading that will support it will not reduce CO2 one tiny bit. It will however create massive increases in energy bills and taxes, while making a hand full of people extremely wealthy. They will create a bubble that will make the housing crisis look like a day in the park. When it bursts…..Game over.

His hedge fund owns over $300 million in Haliburton, nearly a half billion tied up in Brazillian oil, and now pressing for IMF fundage for "green" technologies. Climate, to be completely technical, has to do with the seasons/temperatures of any particular area. That "GLOBAL COOLING" became "GLOBAL WARMING", which now has been morphed into "CLIMATE CHANGE" is truly funny, in a sick kind of way.
Long before there were any human beings on the earth, there were great fluctuations in temperatures. There was a great ICE AGE, there was then massive global warming, when people arrived, they didn't have anything to do with the subsequent changes. Greenland was GREEN and had a moderate "climate". There were years WITHOUT A SUMMER in England and parts of Europe and there were times, in England, when they had a vast trade in their wine. Absolutely NONE of these "changes" took place at a time when there were cars, manufacturing, nor over population.
With an inordinate amount of proof, now, that the "scientists" who promoted "GC", "GW", and version 3, "CC" have lied, covered up, thrown out vast swathes of their supposed research and figures, made certain that opposing scientific views were NOT allowed to have any "peer review", that you should now, with your nose in the air, tell the rest of us that we're wrong and that only YOU know anything is patently ridiculous………………….in spades.
