9/11 Truther Van Jones Likens Himself to Wrong Churchill

Arianna Huffington was kind enough to allow her good friend who happens to have been a former campaign manager from her California gubernatorial run to post his preliminary reflections on being unceremoniously booted from the Obama administration on the Huffington Post.
It’s the least she could do.
Jones is President Obama’s former green jobs czar.
He believes the Bush administration caused the 9/11 terrorist attacks to happen. He also denounced the United States on Sept. 12, 2001 blaming America for the atrocities the day before. He also mourned the deaths of the people killed in the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center but only the ones who were working class.
In what will no doubt find its way into the memoirs he might be contemplating writing, Jones compares himself to Winston Churchill, which is odd for many reasons but especially because of the apparent contempt that President Obama holds for the late great British prime minister.
With all the modesty one has come to expect from a community organizer, Jones writes
Of course, some supporters actually think I will be more effective on the “outside.” Maybe so. But those ideas always remind me of that old canard about Winston Churchill. After he lost a hard-fought election, a friend told him: “Winston, this really is just a blessing in disguise.” Churchill quipped: “Damned good disguise.” I can certainly relate to that sentiment right now.

Isn't it interesting how egomaniacs always pull out a quote from a truly brave person to try to exemplify their own *righteous* struggle? This guy isn't fit to lick Winston Churchill's boots (even in the grave).

One unintended benefit from Van Jones' firing: Now that he no longer has to restrain himself, he will show exactly how irrational, racist, ignorant and loony he really is. This will do nothing but give creedence to those who ousted him and cast even further doubt on the rest of Obama's inner circle.

Van Jones? WE still have yet to get an explanation of where he is currently. Be sure he is in the bowels of the White House, whispering in Obongos ear, telling him to "Wise up and Rise Up!" Do you remember what the big story was before 9/11? I could look up the names of the people involved but I think it was a congressman and a intern girl and LOTS of people thought he killed her. Then came 9/11 and who even knows all the details of that case anymore. Wag the tail is my point I guess. Look for some of the crazies to do something concerning terror. Maybe at the next big event, nobody got arrested at the last one. How far fetched would it be for some on the far left coming to the next rally and starting some major trouble. They are getting cornered with bad news right after another and they need to get this off the air waves(Fox). It just seems like they might try something.
It will be interesting as time goes on. I wonder exactly where Mr. Gore and his Global Warming hoax will tie into Acorn or one of their affiliates. It simply has to be there. There has to be a tie.

And yet visas and paper passports which identify the perpetrators and back up the official version of events miraculously survive explosions and fires that we are told melted steel buildings.

The full quote came from Churchill himself, immediately following his first post-war election defeat, in 1945.
As has been told in a few places, it arose because his wife sought to comfort him, saying that the defeat was a blessing in disguise. Winston replied, "If this is a blessing, it is certainly very well disguised."
Bill Adler included the quote in the little 1965 hardcover book he edited, “The Churchill Wit.” The quote was also referenced in Richard Nixon's memoirs from 1978.
