Bertha Lewis Arrested at Immigration Protest

This happened just yesterday, at an immigration rally in NYC. Skip ahead to the 7:30 mark to see the arrest (Lewis is dressed in all white, at the far left of the still image below):
Their attempt to feign patriotism by singing the national anthem is despicable, as the immigration “reform” movement is only the latest front in the ongoing war socialists are waging against our nation.
But don’t take my word for it, Bertha Lewis outlined the whole strategy just a couple of months ago:
This is a fight we absolutely must win.

It is going to be real gradifying when the country breaks up and the Bertha's of the 'communist union of idiots' can't collect enough money to give any speeches at all.

How severe is the penalty in NYC for her crime? Now where near what she deserves I am certain. Perhaps she will be out in time to join in here in Arizona festivities this weekend. I am sure there are more than a few here who would be pleased to see her melt in the sunshine we will have. I am certain that TENT CITY would have room for her.

(a) Every law enforcement agency in California shall fully cooperate with the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service regarding any person who is arrested if he or she is suspected of being present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws.
(b) With respect to any such person who is arrested, and suspected of being present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws, every law enforcement agency shall do the following:

(1) Attempt to verify the legal status of such person as a citizen of the United States, an alien lawfully admitted as a permanent resident, an alien lawfully admitted for a temporary period of time or as an alien who is present in the United States in violation of immigration laws. be limited to, questioning the person regarding his or her date and place of birth, and entry into the United States, and demanding documentation to indicate his or her legal status.
(2) Notify the person of his or her apparent status as an alien who is present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws and inform him or her that, apart from any criminal justice proceedings, he or she must either obtain legal status or leave the United States.
Finally:
(3) Notify the Attorney General of California and the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service of the apparent illegal status and provide any additional information that may be requested by any other public entity.

You are correct. there is strong feeling of racism between latins and Blacks, especially in Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina.. What surprises me is that the black community seems uninformed of this and is protesting in favor of illegal aliens.
