Union Supporters Protest Wisconsin Senator’s Home
by MRC TVThere is a reason you won’t see the tea party hanging around outside of politicians’ homes. That’s because it is incredibly inappropriate. It’s behavior which is designed to intimidate in the worst kind of way.
Yet in Wisconsin, and elsewhere throughout the country, liberals find this tactic to be acceptable if not preferable.
This kind of intimidation has no place in our society. “We know where you live” is the inherent message here and it simply doesn’t belong. Then again these types of completely uncalled for tactics are par for the course on the left aren’t they?

And this is why I know we are going to prevail in this battle…simply put…we are better than that….
No class union protesters…Pardon the pun.
Kind of Stalinist if you ask me.
Yep. Let 'em howl.
Without any oppositional forces for them to push against, they simply end up embarrassing themselves.
They're most vulnerable to stupidity when they're bored with their own activities.
Disgusting conduct but then again it's what we've come to expect from the progressive libtards…This kind of activity goes well beyond what should be acceptable. If this fails for them what's next?
Time for the Tea Party protest politicians’ homes and Union officials… Give them a taste of there own medicine… We have to help defend some of our political leaders.. Those that stand with us we stand with you…
Its not inappropriate if it is done respectfully, and within the rule of law. No crime in what they are doing as long as they arent trespassing! Just as each and everyone of you could do the same to Trumka or the socialists who have helped drive this country into the ground!!
Its a Tactic I have advised to utilize on STR but I make it abundantly clear to respect the rule of law and keep things civil. The old tactics do not work folks the socialist animals know this and is why they continue to handle us and the conservative movement in the manner they have been doing. You are going to have to come out of your comfort zone and engage them on the line playing this game by your rules not theirs. Otherwise you are wasting your time with the phone calls, email, faxes, snail mail and protests with cute signs. For those who will go at me on this and disagree I say this, had those tactics of the TEA Party and conservatives work Obamacare would have never been passed. Argue with me all you want but that is a fact if those tactics worked that law would have never gotten through along with the other 2000pg bills! Those in power do not fear Americans, even after Nov 2 2010 they are still defiant.
You need to look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself how much does this all mean to you, how serious are you to save this nation….. what are you prepared to do?
It that a political issue asssphincterboi?
Your mammy was pro-life, wasn't she?
So should Walker supporters have been going to the "Wisconsin 14 houses" all along? After all, they were the ones hiding away, out of state even.
Look man, the big deal is going to a person's house. If that is what you support, should the next 9-12er rally be in Chicago and Obama's house?
Protest and contest all you want to, but an entire family is not elected, one person is. Going to their homes is a threat at worst and attempted intimidation at best. Set the trolling aside, for once, and just admit that going to a person's personal property is just over the line – because it is.
Gee, this sounds strangely similar to the tactics Obama taught "community activists" in their terror campaign to force banks into giving mortgages to deadbeats and crack dealers…
More communication is always better than stopping communication.
No politician is worth a damn, unless they make at least one progressive mad enough to protest. I can tell if a politician is doing a good job if there are progressives expressing their hatred.
It's a desperate move, they can go to every politicians house and stand around and pick their noses,it's the voters that these people are listening to,they are doing what I voted them in to do,so come on over to my house.
For once, I'll agree: This reaction seems… a wee bit overwrought. A half-dozen "protesters?" Laughable. That's not even enough people to completely block the street, much less pose a threat like the mob of 500 that invaded the yard outside that BoA attorney's home a year ago. There's also nothing intimidating whatsoever about reminding a public official that "my vote will impact yours [family]." If the good senator doesn't like these protests, she's almost certainly capable of persuading the city council to enact an ordinance banning them in residential zones – that is, if Wausau doesn't have one already.
Just don't expect this agreeing stuff to become a habit…
Protest away! Expose yourselves for the thurgs that you are. We will still defeat you & your Socialist Democrat greedy schemes, using law and order!
How dare the evil man (taxpayer) make these poor middleclass (100k a year) people of Wisconsin contribute 5.8% to their own pension and healthcare. The nerve of Republicans (trying to close a budget gap) take away their automatic increases each year(collective bargaining) It is their civil right! (not a right but a privilege obtained by strong-arming unions) After all they're doing it for the children! (Democrat campaign funds)
I'd like to see some Americans wielding Louisville Sluggers come and clean up this bolshevik trash.
Speaking of howling. If they came to my house, I'd let the Dogs loose. They would be on those stinky pigs at the trough faster than white on rice.
No excuse for you. Killing babies vs taxpayer funded chotzkys? Really Husker even you can do better then that.
Thug behavior poorly masked with pro-democracy chants. Like Obama, they seem to think if they imitate a few words or catch phrases from the TP crowd, they can pretty much do anything and nobody will notice.
Let these bastards come onto my lawn and try this crap…
Well, the one good thing is these are Democrats, so they are therefore kind of sissified. So long as they don't bring a gun (like their fellow Democrat Jared Loughner) or an ax handle (like their fellow Democrat Lester Maddox), probably not too much to fear. Yes, Democrats love violence. But, lacking any actually men, they usually end up engaging in some mild bitch-slapping and that's about it. For example, check out these Democrat hipsters getting their smack down: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Joxoi8Z0s6k
simple, eloquent- well said…
the unions have lost the battle and they know it…
This is the creaking and groaning sounds of a large ship breaking apart as it sinks. The hysteria was real- they- the Big Bosses- knew this was a death knell for their movement. If you stop the money train that mandatory dues give the Unions the whole shebang implodes.
They are not taking it well, predictably.
And they will not go quietly into the good night, either. So the tin ear they have shown so far will not improve- you willsimply get more of this- and 'Kenneth Gladneys'- until even their supporter's stomachs turn.
It's all they know…
2 words: Second Amendment.
Guns are the only protection against Unions.
Note to the union protesters–next time please wear your union jackets and t-shirts. You will be orders of magnitude more impressive with your snappy red and purple outfits.
Abortion isn't a politcal issue? You dumb.
Awww……it's inappropriate and the corporatists are upset. What shall they do?
Too bad for you it's legal and constitutional. You don't like it? Tough sh*t. Get used to it. It's the wave of the future for the GOP.
Perhaps it is time to pass a law to prevent loitering, unlawful assembly or picketing in residential areas. I can not think of any single reason I would demonstrate in a residential area.
so, "AnarchoSoc", how does your brain cell that roots for anarchy get along with the one that supports government control of everything? or are they even on speaking terms? good thing for you breathing is autonomic…
When you couple the protesters with deranged people threatening lives of these politicians then you have to wonder if one of the idiots is holding a sign too… I don't recall any death threats against the "Gutless 14", do you?
Abortion isn't a politcal issue? You dumb.
No knumb knutz it's a moral issue…
And it says something that THIS is the most liked comment … I'm in good company
Of course the MSM will never conceed us the high road…
I'm all for freedom of expression… so please continue to demonstrate to America your decency or lack thereof. You may not beleive it, but I believe that Americans over all are better than this and will respond when appropriate.
Ya'll libs can come to my house anytime, just don't expect to walk away.
corporatist?? are you stoopid or what? what the hell do you think soros is? who do you think that fake moore represents? who is Chomsky INC? what a douche bag, what a dupe you are troll. who the hell is NaderCorp? Good God, wake the hell up you idiot? America is corporate, and without it you'd be living in a cardboard shack.
What goes around , comes around pissant. You ready??
Nay—I've noticed that some folks get the message when the see the fletchings on a good broad head thunk into the tree next to them. A good throwing knife or two, couple tomahawks—yeah, they understand soon enough—–usually.
What a beautiful thought – - creaking…large ship breaking apart as it sinks………death knell….stop the money train that the mandatory dues give the Unions……..the whole shebang implodes… I really enjoy that, dcase.
I still say that the terror and torture, that was levied upon "We The People" for the last 2 years by this Communist Regime, deserves compensation. We have really suffered at the hands of these left wing-nuts!
The best compensation would be to see them de-funded and wimp away with their SocialistDemocrat bullying tails between their legs!
How dare they continue to rely on threatening bullying behavior rather than the intellectual, reasoned behavior of the Tea Party Citizens when a point is to be made.
Well, I guess a mob is a mob. They must hate that we're winning.
Laugh while you can dimwit. Bad times will be here soon enough.—Ready???
Yeah, I think that so-called "political philosophy" is just code for "I'm a thug and will do violence to get my own way."
Bring it on, pussy.
We're ready for your @ss.
wouldn't want them to- it's a little too late to be fooled by niceities. They are, simply, the adversaries in a relationship destined to get worse…
Dirty union scum, be they teamster or teacher, are nothing less and nothing more than street soldiers for mafia scum who collect money for politician scum.
Three words:
Pepper
Spray
Fogger
it is indeed, a mob- and mobs are ALWAYS unattractive…
Doesn't anyone own a sprinkler system anymore?

This happened at one of the R-senator's homes: http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2011/03/wis-go...
Dude, You come to my house, scare my family, and threaten, you can expect a response, period. 28 years sevring my country, so you can ubderstand I've already given blood, and prepared to give more when they turn to rabid dogs. Rememer that saying about eveil flourishing when good men stand by and do nothing? I'm not one to stand by…
What the hell was that!? 8-(
Jeez, I felt kind of sorry for them. They're probably raised by single mothers and grandmothers, and educated and socialized by progressive women of both sexes in public schools. At least there's not much chance of any of them getting hurt.
The unions want these activists away from the union's offices! The union leaders are afraid the union members will come after THEM with the tar and feathers! For good reason!
So they divert the anger at political opponents and thank god that the members don't know what's really going on! The union leaders making chimps out of the union chumps. On to the next fiasco!
As I said, it is done all the time by anti-choice demonstrators.
Sorry, but a ban in a residential area is unconstitutional as long as they do not trespass on public property.
Excuse me, but are we going to start drawing the line on what topics are permissible and what are not? This will make very interesting reading.
Excuse me, but "death threats" are not permitted under the law. So arrest them.
I see. So if it is not a "political issue" then we should be able to ban demonstrations for both sides, won't we?
Get your head out of your assboi…..
Oh, how the truth must hurt. So sorry to spoil your little party. HEHEHEHEHEHE I made you look like a horse's, well you know what, two days in a row. Abortion is not a political issue. Brilliant, just brilliant come back. Now go run along before it gets really, really bad. In the meantime, if you or one of your loved ones gets hurt or becomes ill and is taken to a state teaching hospital, make sure you tell them you will settle for the "B" team.
No. My mother was very pro-choice.
Trespass on public property? Did you mean trespass on private private property?
I guess you are against zoning and permit processes then too, eh?
Dang, maybe there is hope for you yet.
I've been to a few Tea Party rallies, but I didn't know they did things like that. I'm glad to see that they do. It's kind of encouraging. Thanks for the link.
The old twit with the mustache near the end: "Our democracy is a representative democracy, and we don't feel that Pam Galloway is representing any of us."
That's because she's representing all the other people.
1+1=2 right?
Documented death threats + going to homes of elected officiala = ?
Yuppers.
The best ammo is the written word when propelled through the barrel of the ballot box. There is a reason the First Amendment comes first and the Second comes second. Only when the First experiences and epic and permanent fail do we move to the Second. Right now, the First is bringing correction and that means we stick with it.
So did a cop show up and demand a permit in Wisconsin as happens in the video you posted? Why is it that it is different for Democrats? What's that? Permits denied? Huh? Why did you post this video again?
OH, you will say there isn't a difference? Well, here in Illinois, Obama got a permit check that, two of them (One of which he still owes the Capital city over 50 grand for) to hold gatherings at the Old State Capital, while multiple groups on the "other side" are consistently denied.
You put up this video hoping nobody would look at it. Your video even calls for protesting a Republican! I love it.
Care to try again?
Yeah I imagine abortion is political to a little Godless Soros boi whore nitwit like you….
Now be a good little girl and crawl back up on your Sugar Daddies lap and get your reward….
BTW
Don't forget the lotion.
I am curios, billy, is my statement that anti-choice protestors picket residential homes a lie, too. HEHEHEHEHEHEHE
Yes, you are correct, I meant to say private.
To all you leftist jackass trolls.
What part of "There's no money!" don't you get?
Maybe in your world, lollipops spring from the ground, there are lakes of lemonade and every night money showers down from the sky. But in the real world, we're in a depression.
Those union sons of b*tches want a share of my money? Good for them! I ain't got none. All I got is bills and worry.
If they want to take of piece of that. Have at it brother.
Didn't we just have a rose garden conference about "bullying" ?
That's a rhetorical question, of course. Democracy is only for Democrats.
This will all be very obvious after the next Civil War.
To prevail we first have to stop this !
The New Mexico secretary of state's office is cross checking the state's voter rolls with a list of thousands of illegal aliens who have been issued driver's licenses.
The work is far from done, but Secretary of State Dianna Duran testified during a House committee Tuesday that the review has turned up evidence of foreign nationals obtaining a license,
registering to vote and casting ballots !!!!!! ( what a surprise
A spokesman for Gov. Susana Martinez, Scott Darnell, says the initial report from Duran's office should concern every New Mexican. He says the review's findings are another reason the governor wants to stop issuing licenses to illegal immigrants.
Under a 2003 law, the state has issued more than
80,000 driver's licenses to foreign nationals, including illegal aliens !!!.
Both immigrant and voter rights groups questioned the validity of the review.

I hope these kinds of tactics are the wave of the future for conservatives. Conservatives need to quit playing nice and take Democrat thieves and their moocher constituents seriously. Democrats, socialists, fascists… they're not just ideological opponents, they're enemies. They're not good people. They're driven by greed and hate people who don't give them what they want: what other people have worked for, control of other people's lives; and they won't hesitate to use police, guns, courts and prisons to take it by force. They should be singled out, and publicly ridiculed and ostracized… and even intimidated. Imagine where we'd be now if Americans in the Revolution were as averse to intimidating their enemies and oppressors as Tea Partiers are now. For "progressives" (i.e. primitives) it's not about right and wrong, or justice, or democracy. They may proclaim those values, but they're lying. They want what you worked for, and they'll take it by force.
As far as the calm protesters in this video, their tactic of demonstrating at their opponent's home is legitimate. It's the immorality of their cause that invalidates them.
"This kind of intimidation has no place in our society."
Except when it is the St. Louis Tea Party protesting in front of Russ Carnahan's house. With a coffin, no less. Yep, no intimidation there.
From a baggers own blog. http://sharpelbowsstl.blogspot.com/2010/03/candle...
Sheer hypocrisy.
Liberals and their union thugs are an unstable and violent bunch. The Governor should be careful. The main street media is providing cover for the violent intimidation. With the next acts of liberal violence expect the media to try and suppress the information. The hate speech msm tacitly endorses this rhetoric and intimidation by not reporting it.
Actually, we don't live n a Democracy. We live in a Republic.
Article IV – Section 4 – Republican government – United States Constitution:
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
The American Form of Government:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rXTiMLSYXF0
That's true. Does the word "democracy" even appear anywhere in the Constitution or the Declaration of Independence, or the Bible?
Truth and fairness will always prevail…
Ok, so maybe just truth…
Excellent video. Thanks for the link.
troll
Once again, you're WRONG, Ho, in situations where the ordinance is well crafted and narrowly focused:
• Madsen v. Women’s Health Center (1994) banned "floating" protest prohibitions near homes, but it UPHELD "fixed" buffers in which protests may be banned in residential zones. In other words, it proscribes the practice of banning protests on the spot by public officials just because they say so, but affirms municipalities' rights to establish protection zones around neighborhoods of similar character as long as the limits of such zones are specified in the municipal code.
• Additionally, the Court held in Hill v. Colorado (2000) that "states and municipalities have special government interests in certain areas, including schools, courthouses, polling places, private homes and medical clinics," according to Vanderbilt University's First Amendment Center. The emphasis is mine, of course.
IOW: Just as my right to take a swing at your face ends where your nose begins, the exercise of free speech may not interfere with the right of a dwelling occupant (and please note I did not specify "homeowner") to quiet enjoyment of her/his premises. I plead nolo to the charge of argumentative imprecision, but the original point stands.
Having said all that, it's hard to see how the "protest" depicted in this clip could have interfered with anyone's quiet-enjoyment rights. Bunch of 40-and-up, polite Wisconsinites? Puh-leeze…
If we're anti-choice I suppose that makes you anti-life? How Orwellian. Do you, perhaps, work for the Ministry of Truth?
When I was a child, my parents always taught me that our home was a safe place to be. It was a place where we could close off all the hurts from school & the rest of the world and feel loved & safe, get rest & be at peace. Now in middle age, I still feel that way. I look forward to being at home safe with my husband. Apparently their parents never taught them to respect other people, homes & properties. Above all, their parents never taught them to respect themselves, otherwise, they wouldn't want to do anything to disrespect themselves.
He's got a point. At least leftists are consistent… consistently hypocritical yes but I give credit where it's due.
You don't see advocates of reason and science clogging the street in the belief that using their bodies to stop traffic will solve any problem. It is only anti-conceptual ignoramuses that do so. Moreover, observe their (unions and leftists) absolute obedience to the tribe-the union, the democratic party. The anti-conceptual mentality spans EVERYTHING from individuals, to every form of statism, collectivism, socialism, etc. ALL tribal mentalities. The anti-conceptualist lives ONLY in the here and now, and cannot conceptualize ideas-i.e. think and integrate their PERCEPTIONS (based on their senses). Instead, they PREFER to remain on that perceptual level where they DO NOT HAVE TO THINK. They will never admit this, however, because existentially, to not think is to not exist. And there you have it-they don't want to exist…or rather, they don't want to have to bear the RESPONSIBILITY of existing i.e. of thinking (which means dealing with metaphysical reality).
How does an anti-conceptualist remain so 'in the now', and have such ignorance to everything else? He does not ask WHY?-which cuts him off from causality, and thus the past. He also does not ask WHAT FOR?-which cuts him off from long range purpose, and thus from the future. Thus they are stuck completely in the present without the capability of conceptual integrations that would of course implode their masochistic philosophy. And they look for ANYTHING that will allow them to claim, "I couldn't help it!" They try to circumvent reality by replacing IDEAS with MEN. The metaphysical gets replaced by the man-made, and taken as metaphysical. Thus you have the massive corruption and backroom dealing we all see on a daily basis.
Observe this same phenomenon on the larger scale-the two party system. Orwell called it the blackwhite effect-where a member of a party will actually BELIEVE that black is white and white is black, simply because the party says so. This is the mentality of both political parties. Obviously, it is especially rampant on the left. But realize that there are those on the right that are even worse-those who want to fight for individual rights and 'save capitalism' through anarchism-that is, forming one's own government (tribe of like minded individuals), and thus falling right back into the failed tribal mentality. The important thing to realize here is the sheer adherence to the tribe, the group…instead of the ideas and principles that you share with other individuals. That is what the Tea Party has been…and it's how group organizations should function. Notice the VAST disagreement among people within the Tea Party movement…and observe what unites them-PRINCIPLES, IDEAS….not the 'party'.
The anti-conceptual tribes (and individuals in those tribes) believe in motion, not action (see community organizing). They believe in chanting, not arguing (see 'Yes We Can'). They believe in demanding, not achieving (see all bailouts, stimulus bills, and forms of welfare). They believe in feeling, not thinking (see Kant or any modern society). And they believe in denouncing outsiders, not in pursuing values (see unions). In doing all of this, they focus ONLY on the now, the today, without a tomorrow-in seeking to return to 'nature', to 'the earth', to the mud-to physical labor i.e. to all the things that a perceptual mentality is able to handle.
The worst part of it all, is that this tribalism mentality that DOMINATES our society today is not self-made but was consciously constructed as part of the public indoctrination….I mean education system. You can thank Benjamin Rush, John Dewey, and the early 20th century 'Progressives' for it. And of course you can thank Kant for making ALL of it possible.
Why are you so afraid (or against, because we all know you will insult me and say you're not afraid-the true sign of a courageous person) of people who actually believe in using their conceptual faculty i.e. their minds?
You see people who organize based on ideas and principles, people who have vast disagreements on things but realize that blindly adhering to a party like anti-conceptual sheeple like yourself do is the problem, and you make irrelevant points in trying to prove something that nobody seems to be clear of, not even yourself, in hopes of smearing them. See you cannot smear a movement of individuals…you seem to already know this though. All you can do is try to smear the 'Tea Party' like Democans and Republicrats do nonstop, 24/7 with one another. When it comes to substance, you've got absolutely nothing. I'd tell you to get a life, but because we all know that's not going to happen, just go back to living under your bridge. Your brethren don't sense your ignorance there.
Remember, the coffin was marched past in a protest march, and was representing the death of a legislative bill, NOT the death of Carnahan.
Sorry, you lose, thanks for playing, you can pic up your year's supply of Rice-A-Roni on the way out…..
talkingpointsmemo as a REFERENCE?
Seriously???
Really, are you serious??
Again, marching past, not camping in his yard…. and the coffin represented the death of a piece of legislation, NOT the death of Carnahan.
Massive fail.
Really? Here is some food for thought. http://www.operationrescue.org/archives/abortion-...
I see, Che. So if you are for capital punishment, it makes you "pro-death".
Again, I don't care if there was no coffin and every TP marcher had a teddy bear with him.
This article says you won’t see the tea party hanging around outside of politicians’ homes. This is obviously a lie and exposed as base hypocrisy.
So lack of intellect runs in the family. Damn, Darwin's laws are failing us here.
So to you, "They do it too!" is an appropriate reason for intimidation?
"autonomic… "
More than two syllables. The lib/dim/socialist's brain will now explode.
Actually, your "right" to swing at me does NOT "end where my nose begins." That's cutsey, but incorrect. Suppose you take a swing at me and miss? You've STILL committed an assault, even though I was never touched. All that's necessary is for you to put me in fear for my safety.
…and don't you just KNOW that had any such threats been made, it would have been all over the MSM for a week afterward.
Next time try to use your mind.
