4 D Strategy: Clinton Redux and the War Against the Tea Party Part II

With the passage of Obamacare, Democrats, assisted by the media, have been claiming that participants in the Tea Party Movement are behind a rash of harassment, racism, and violence against them. But their allegations are being debunked. See here, here and here.
Once again, Americans are being pitted against Americans, irrespective of the truth, at a level we have not since the Clinton era. The significant difference, however, is under the Obama Administration, instead of singling out individuals to target, smear and destroy; entire segments of Americans are under attack.
As Big Government reported, the Clintonistas have reunited to take down the tea party movement. It appears we are witnessing the Clintons tactics of the 1990’s — injected with steroids.
In that spirit, it is instructive to review the Clinton tactics that were used to keep them in power.
First, it is not a coincidence that both Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and President Obama are Saul Alinsky sycophants. Alinsky instructed his followers to: “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it…. When you ‘freeze the target,’ you disregard these [rational but distracting] arguments and carry out your attack…. “
The Clintons’ tried and tested strategy used during all the Cinton-gates was known as the 4 D strategy; deny, deceive, discredit and destroy.
Remember in January 1998 when the Lewinsky-Clinton scandal broke and the serious charges of witnesses tampering, obstruction of justice and suborning perjury were threatening the Clinton presidency and Hillary appeared on the Today Show? Her interview is the quintessential example of the four D strategy in action.
Let’s review some highlights.
First Hillary dodged Matt Lauer’s question about the “exact nature of the relationship” between her “husband and Monica Lewinsky. “Well, we’ve talked at great length, and I think as this matter unfolds,” Hillary said, “The entire country will have more information…” Lauer persisted for an actual answer, when finally Hillary said, “I think the important thing now is to stand as firmly as I can and say that, you know, that the president has denied these allegations on all counts, unequivocally…” There it is: Deny.
Hillary continued, “I mean, Bill and I have been accused of everything, including murder, by some of the very same people who are behind these allegations… this is part of the continuing political campaign against my husband.” There are two D’s here: Deceive and Discredit the accusers.
Then, Lauer solicited her opinion about special prosecutor Kenneth Starr when Hillary said, “We get a politically motivated prosecutor who is allied with the right-wing opponents of my husband… “ That’s right, Discredit the person who was doing his job.
“Spent $30 million.” Lauer interjected.
“ – more than that now.” Hillary said. To be fair, Hillary was telling the truth there. The probes cost taxpayers over $60 million dollars and secured over 33 indictments.
“We’re talking about Kenneth Starr,” Lauer continued, “use his name…”
“But it’s the whole operation.” Hillary claimed, “It’s not just one person. It’s an entire operation.” Deceive – unless you believe a civil servant, a literary agent, and Matt Drudge constitutes an “entire operation.”
And so on… Next, we jump ahead in Hillary’s interview, where using the D for Deception, Hillary sends the media off on a wild goose chase because at the end of the day President Bill Clinton was lying.
“This is the great story here for anybody willing to find it and write about it and explain it, is this vast –right wing conspiracy that has been conspiring against my husband since the day he announced for president. A few journalists have kind of caught on to it and explained it, but it has not yet been fully revealed to the American public.”
And the last D of the Clintons’ 4 D strategy–Destroy.
“I think we’re going to find some other things. And I think when all of this is put into context, and we really look at the people involved here, look at their motivations, look at their backgrounds, look at their past behavior, some folks are going to have a lot to answer for.” [Emphasis added]
And answer these Americans did, that is until Hillary’s husband was disbarred for five years, and fined after making a deal with the special prosecutor.
Masterfully using the 4 D strategy, Hillary single-handily ignited a backlash against Americans that was so fierce, it was precisely as James Carville said it would be –a “war” that dragged America through an unnecessary vicious and ugly soap opera while America’s enemies plotted and schemed.
The next time a politician makes accusations and plays the “victim” card without any initial proof, consider the 4 D strategy to see if they are sincere or taking a page out of the Clintons playbook to stay in power. It worked for the Clintons. Will it work again?

Somehow, no matter how much we expose these things and no matter how much we complain, these folks continue their arrogant power grab. I believe it just got a lot worse.
The Clintons are experts at deceit. Peter Paul gave hillary's 2000 campaign 2 million dollars and some of it was laundered through the Working Class Party. Watch "Hillary Uncensored" via netflix.
Their problem is – the TEA (Taxed Enough Already) Party is not an organized group. The overlords are doing their best to make it seem so, but when the TEA Party is WE THE PEOPLE, they can only poke here and watch a reaction over there, or make one incident as an example of the whole here only to see a new and different example over there.
The loosely-knit majority is an ever-moving target, warm and patriotic so it can't be frozen and therefore it can not be polarized.

Great read, a real cautionary tale, be aware! I believe the conservatives are finally using the four “D’s” or Alinsky tactics against Barry and his band of Bolsheviks, see how easy that was. We must continue to pound the left and all of it’s organs, do not fall for the propaganda from the MSM (Blair House mtg.), keep your eye on their actions and resist. These are ‘60s radicals and their spawn, you must assume everything is BS, the ends justify the means. The Tea Party is an honest grassroots uprising sparked by a quick statement on the air by Rick Santelli, and it scares the hell out of the statist, and it should. Keep it up America, we’ve already flipped, VA, NJ, MA, lets shoot for seventy Senators!
Only for a while longer; after the mid-terms this administration will lose its majority and have trouble passing any more of its radical agenda. Actively encourage those in your circle of friends to vote this November.

The Tea Party is a fraud. It was once, for a very short time, a grass roots movement created by Ron Paul and other small government, libertarians, but is now a cut out for big business/statist neo-conservatives looking to take back the government and advance their business interests. Just because W went down in flames doesnt mean the movement that supported him disappeared. Hell no! Karl Rove seems to be running around making a tidy sum of money. Dick Armey's presence in the tea party movement(sponsored by Freedom Works a UHC cut out) should tip you off to that. If this is the movement you are following say hello to Bush/Cheney 2. This could possibly buy the GOP a quick electoral win until it all comes crashing down again with overspending and wars and the people elect another left leaning president and congress like we did in 08.
This is ABSOLUTELY why the Tea Party MUST remain DECENTRALIZED, ORGANIC and reject titular "leaders" who will make nice fat targets for the Clinton/Obama smear machine.

Let's not forget the Clinton Machines tactic of throwing FBI and ATF muscle and resources at people who have "crossed a line" with their freedom of speech and right to bear arms, a la Ruby Ridge and Waco.
Nine people arrested for conspiring to kill a police officer, claiming to be Christian, hating the government, and WMDs? I wonder if cops in the gangland wars enjoy that same kind of protection from the drug peddling, murdering, and pimping gang members who conspire to kill them. How about the border officers—when do they get protection when they are threatened?
A small army went to capture these idiots in Michigan. Undercover officers, multi-agency cooperation, helicopters, body armor, heavy weaponry; I'm sure it was dissapointing that they didn't have a few dead bodies to parade before the media. Each Tea Party group is independent but they have a common reason for getting involved. They/We don't like what is going on in our Country and have had enough of standing idly by while the public is being misinformed and taken over. I agree with others commenting here, you obviously have not attended a group function. These are genuine, real, concerned citizens from all walks of life. The fact that the GOP is embracing the various groups just shows that they are smartening up. But people are not stupid and know that the GOP has let us down. We want real Constitution protectors in office who actually are representative of the people they proport to serve. These other groups can do whatever they want to discredit us. We know who we are and we know what is going on. It just strengthens our resolve.

Now, as to being fake, who knows, and further more who cares? When your goal is to taint the Tea Parties with the implications of extremism you are using a tactic that only works on people who: a) are not sure they are right, b) have a low self-esteem.
Tea Partiers know that standing for the Constitution is right. It doesn't matter how often you compare us to a handful of nitwits. We know who we are, what we believe, and our self-esteem is not tied to the Tea Party. We know we are not violent extremists.
But good try with the whole "guilt by association" thing. Guilt is a rope that wears thin over time and I think the left in this country have almost worn it out.

As I said before, the way to fight this effectively is to give them something specific to demonize. and then DARE them to go for it.
Stop calling this the Tea Party movement and call it what it really is.
The LIBERTY movement.
Tea partiers, 9-12ers, Oath Keepers and a litany of other groups are all part of this movement. None are it's entire make-up.
Media is allowing the Clinton tactic and a great many have taken that bait hook, line and sinker. Stop saying what they want you to say. Tell the truth instead.
Saying that it is the LIBERTY MOVEMENT will force the demonization of LIBERTY itself. The haters are bold, but they are not bold enough to "freeze" that word itself openly. Indeed, their tactic will itself be frozen if people choose their words carefully.

Thank you. There are good people in the Democratic Party. The leadership today is not serving the traditional base of the party well. It is destroying the country economically, and thereby the opportunities which are so urgently needed by so many people who mistakenly placed their trust in these party leaders. The Tea Parties are about restoring traditional American principles and values, including respect for the individual rather than the exploitation of any groups with a grievance to seize power and rule over others like tyrants. It's time for many in the Democratic Party to wake up and realize that their leaders are destroying their own futures.

For me, the "Tea Party" started when that Santelli guy on CNBC was commenting on the stupidity of the stimulus. I was so pleased to see thousands of people show up (with me) to protest Obama on April 15 last year.

the teaparty movement was started by stay at home mom who was tired of being taxed to much, She had a small rally in Seattle against high taxes. Taxed Enough Already. ie T.E.A. PARTY her name was Liberty Belle and she was the one who had the guts to get Things going. It wasn't someone in politics but an average mom. The movement just took off and was not organized by anyone except plain people who needed a voice against the Governent take over of our freedoms. It was WE THE PEOPLE. not the Republican party or Ron Paul or anyother big wig.
This time, it could be more difficult to discredit the small-government movement. The movement is made up of so many "regular folks" that the discrediting statements can easily be debunked by one's personal experience.
I went to a Tea Party event. There were a few kooks, but not as many as one sees at Leftists protests. These people didn't swear all the time and picked up their trash. They were everyone's neighbors at a block party. Urge the uninitiated to go see for themselves at the next rally in your town. Information is power.

Clinton had the advantage that much of the technology that we use today to document our life's events did not exist or was so expensive that it was only in the hands of the few.
Today we can document everything in real time. The deceptions of the past no longer have shadows to hide in. The light of truth can now shine in every crevice and corner. They try to silence the voice of truth by taking over the microphone and technology has allowed everyone to regain their voice without censorship.
