I Condemn the NAACP: It Has a Selective Memory on Race

I condemn the NAACP. The NAACP’s move to condemn the tea party movement as racist is a scurrilous attack by a group that itself is unambiguously guilty of same. I have spoken at tea party rallies and am in contact with tea party members from across the country, and never have I heard even a whisper of that which we are falsely accused.
The NAACP has a selectively myopic view and short-term memory when it comes to actual instances of what can only be construed as racial bias. How do they explain their tacit silence about the allegations made in the New Black Panthers Party’s voter-intimidation case Philadelphia in 2008? Or talk that they tried to quash the complaint themselves? How do they explain their silence in the verbal accosting and outright attack on the black entrepreneur distributing tea party items at a town hall meeting in 2009? How do they explain their silence pursuant to King Samir Shabazz’s violent diatribe taped by National Geographic calling for the killing of white people — specifically children? Calling tea party members racist because we disagree with Obama begs the question of what they call the vicious screeds of Danny Glover, Harry Bellafonte and Julian Bond spewed toward President George W. Bush?
Their deafening silence in these instances indicate their de facto if not tacit support of those I reference.

Thank you for not being afraid to be brandished as a racist along with me Mr Mychal Massie! Our club of racists is growing very quickly and the relevanace of the word degraded into nothingness by the actions of the NAACP and others who willingly cheapen our language.
What the NAACP fails to understand (and we in the Tea Parties do) is we are all known by the company we keep. As a collective group we have pushed a few folks out and had signage indicating "NOT a TEA PARTY MEMBER". We get and want NO TAXPAYER MONIES vs the NAACP who has always had their hands out for Government and Corporate shakedowns. Talk about having become obsolete! I bet if I checked in the dictionary under OBSOLETE there would be the NAACP!
As with many groups, people seeking control of others will go to great lengths to create an aura of individual and collective importance even to the point of hastening descent to irrelevance. Ego is not in short supply in the NAACP.

NAACP is stuck in the sixties, keeping old battles alive for political purposes, when they should be joining the Tea Party and helping us fix the schools by taking back control of them. They should be marching along side us in our fight for civil rights and smaller government instead of being used by Olinsky.

Like Muslims they choose not to condemn their own people for the very same things they accuse others of. It's utter hypocrisy and clearly part of the problem they claim is (again) caused by others. With a self righteous tone they attack others for those things they themselves are guilty of and then feign innocence using the childish and eternally classic "but he started it" defense.

Honestly I'm surprised project 21 has not been given a forum at the NAACP. They are after all black people and the NAACP should extend them the courtesy regardless of their personal and political views. If the NAACP took issue with what these brave people have said and attacks them then it would be even more evident that the NAACP has ceased to be a civic organization and therefor should loose all of it's tax exemptions immediately.

What I wish for is that the truth of Conservatism would spread like wildfire and change the lives of people of all race, creed, gender. That takes core values though and many on the left have seared their conscious long ago….we will have to take what we can.
Giving a strong voice to Black Conservatives will eventually grow their base. These are successful folks who have not bought the lie that they cannot succeed. That hard work and ethics can create a very successful life for any man/woman of color or creed if they so desire. It is such a damn simple a concept!

Nowadays the NAACP just seeks money and publicity. The NAACP once did a lot of good, but have allowed themselves to sink into the depths of the slime and ooze that is the liberal left. I don't think it is too late for them to rediscover who and what they are and return to their original roots of fighting for and protecting the rights of all "colored" people, in particular Black Americans.

Because many of these trolls make up different names, it's hard to figure out their twisted actions. Anyone can go to their account and change their name. So the other name you won't know until he/she changes it back. Trolls have many monikers, and usually change the name so when they come to these sites, certain people won't recognize them.
Also some of the administrators and monitors of left winged sites have the tools to do whatever they want in the blog world. Best thing to do is, ….consider the source.

The NAACP has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Democrats. Does the NAACP remember anything about the Democrats? The party of the segregationists? And before that, the party of the slave-owners?
It is one thing to forgive the past, it’s another thing to forget it.
Let us not forget that the very first meeting of the organizers of what was to become the NAACP was held back in 1909 and consisted of 3 WHITE people. In other words, it was whitey who started the NAACP and laid out its basic premise–that all "colored" people in the U.S. were entitled to the identical protections and rights under the Constitution and various State laws as anyone else, white, red, yellow brown OR black. How far from it's original, noble purpose has this organization strayed!! By the way, these three white folks were 2 REPUBLICANS and one CONSERVATIVE Democrat. I know it's hard to believe when the Democrats have been screaming the opposite for decades, but the GOP was formed PRECISELY for the purpose of promoting equality of opportunity, regardless of race, according to the Constitution's original intent, even though the original Constitution at least tacitly recognized the institution of slavery as a reality. It was the GOP that fought to END it and it was Democrats who insisted that it be allowed to continue.

It appears now that they were actually advocating that the case be dropped when the DOJ consulted them about it. Mychal Massie has a dirty secret: behind closed doors he uses exactly the same racism perpetuating tactics he claims to find so offensive in others. He smeared me as a vicious racist in his article "Ugly is as Ugly Does," claimg I called him a "n—r and Uncle Tom." I did not, and I asked him to meet with me, produce my emails and show me where I made these hideous remarks. He refused. Project 21 members were sent notarized affidavits via certified mail saying that Mr. Massie has fabricated the only quotes attributed to me in this article. They know he lied, that he libeled me in a vindictive smear campaign, but just as a dysfunctional family protects an alcoholic, they have done nothing. He is still their fearless leader. Why does Mr Massie not simply produce the emails? Why does not Project 21 simply ask him to produce them and put my allegations to rest? There can only be one answer to that, which is that he lied about what I said simply because he didn't like what I said, and he wanted to smear me for revenge. Read the article "Ugly is as Ugly Does." Once you know the only quotes attributed to me are fabricated, it becomes obvious the whole thing is a smear. You will ask yourself, "What in the world did this person do that called for these vicious comparisons to Linda Blair's green vomit in "The Exorcist", and David Duke and Louis Farrakhan ?" The answer? Nothing. It's all lies. I am not a racist. Mychal Massie is a hypocrite and a phony, and his grandiosity knows no limits. You should read my posts. If you want a copy of the notarized affidavit received by most members of Project 21 saying Mr massie fabricated quotes as part of an online smear campaign against me, I'll be happy to send it. FYO I am not a "liberal." Just to give you an idea, my choice for president in 2012 would be Governor Mitch Daniels of Indiana. I just happened to disagree with Mr Massie primarily on reproductive rights, so he made up some horrific quotes and libeled me for revenge. He perpetuates racism just as much as those he criticizes, uses the same tactics when he thinks no one will know. As far as reproductive rights, I am a libertarian: Tea Party and Republicans should stick to small government principles. It's not the government's right to pull up a chair between me and my doctor. NONE of their damn business. I offered to meet with Mr Massie at a time and place of his choosing to show me where in my emails i called him a "n—r and Uncle Tom", but of course he refused.
